Great room, nice bathroom was quite new and modern, tv didnt work however. Location a little outside town but a bus stop was nearby. It wasnt too expensive for an uber into city, approximately £14. Ate in the bar one night but the food was only average. Went into bar next evening and waited 10 minutes for staff to turn up even after ringing reception. Staff were friendly.

What a room. Massive and comfortable. Most unlike a Holiday Inn. The bar and breakfast service were excellent, all staff were really friendly and attentive. I haven't used it before and had really stopped using Holiday Inns because the are too often expensive, dated and poorly run. This is a great exception.

Really decent hotel for the price. Amazing buffet breakfast, good choice for everyone. Restaurant and separate bar area. Room was well equipped, cosy and the beds huge.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and roomy. Bathroom with shower large and modern. Every member of staff that we came across was polite, helpful and friendly. A special mention for Bassam on reception. When we arrived to check in he was dealing with a very awkward and irate guest (who was completely in the wrong). Bassam dealt with everything in a most professional, calm and polite manner.

Staff were very helpful and friendly without losing their high level of professionalism. Property was quiet and very clean, staff all around whereever you got in contact with them were just superb... I would defintely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Room was comfortable, bathroom was dirty with dried toothpaste left on the sink. Service in the bar was awful. It was like the chef didn't know what was on the menu, starter was wrong. Main was wrong, when they eventually delivered a "pie" it was in a bowl with a layer of uncooked pastry and a slice of cheese on top.

Staff, reception, chamberstaff, dining, very helpfull & attentive. Room was spotlessly clean, but had two issues. Room had a portion of ceiling dropped to 6 feet near bed, this was a King room, so not acceptable as would injure head. Mirror which was full length, good, as wedding guests would wish to check full attire, but was in corridoor area of room & no lighting, dark. Shame as plug was there for hairdryer. Not really suitable for face & or hair amendments. Would stay there again as these faults are not a refection of staff, but "architectural"error

The rooms actually look much better in person. Clean bathrooms and nice soft beds. Breakfast was delicious as well and very friendly staff. Perfect for a weekend getaway in my opinion

Stay was very comfortable, the receptionist was extremely helpful. Only couple of complaints, it was being decorated outside my room and the plastic sheeting they had put down was very noisy in the morning as people walked by. My room was directly above reception and the outside lighting coming through the window was too bright even with the curtains closed. It was like I had the bedroom light on.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and roomy. Bathroom with shower large and modern. Every member of staff that we came across was polite, helpful and friendly. A special mention for Bassam on reception. When we arrived to check in he was dealing with a very awkward and irate guest (who was completely in the wrong). Bassam dealt with everything in a most professional, calm and polite manner.

They took payment at check in, we had prepaid. When I remembered this and told the staff on duty there was no apology from them. They took a while to figure this out on the system and refunded us. But still no apology. The walls are made of paper. Could hear people coughing in the next room, turning taps on etc.

The hotel was close to Ashton took us 20mins to walk there. The room was nice clean amd the bed comfortable, The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch Highly recommend this hotel

Nice and comfortable place to stay in the surrounding of good and beautiful environment. Spacious Room with good size bedroom and bathroom. But, one minor point, the shower room should have fitted and provide safety handrail to avoid danger of slippery fall while having shower.
