駐車場が9台だったので、ホテルの駐車場は満車で停められませんでしたが、すぐ近くに大きい駐車場があったので1泊500円で停められました。職場に提出する宿泊証明書を用意してくださったのですが、もし変更して欲しい時はＰＤＦで送れます、との対応していただけるようで、良かったです

飯店距離藥院地鐵大概五分鐘以內很方便，飯店附近有便利商店，藥妝，麥當勞，房間算小巧精緻，但似乎沒有提供瓶裝水，不過大廳是有飲水機，還有製冰機可拿取冰塊，大廳有備用品可領取，牙刷牙膏棉花棒等用品可以拿。下次如果還來福岡還會考慮再次入住。

ホテルの駐車場は満車で止めれなかったけど，近くにたくさんコインパーキングがあったので良かった。ただ，提携している駐車場はないみたいなので20時以降に駐車すると安くなります。お部屋も綺麗で隣の音も気になりませんでした。また泊まりたいです。

博多駅からとキャナルシティから徒歩20分圏内です。パーキングも近隣に何箇所かあり20:00〜8:00まで500円程度だから高くなく良かったです。アメニティも必要な分だけ自分で選べたのも良かったです。場所的に不便かなと最初思ってましたが、結果トータル的に良かったです。

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station where I needed to be. It is very convenient location to access to a bus, subway, and train. I added the breakfast buffet for my stay, and I loved the breakfast! The room is very small which it was fine for me because I am a small person, but it may not be not safe for a big person because between the end of the bed and the wall is very narrow space that I had to walk very carefully to go to the bathroom; otherwise I may hit my head with the TV (built in to the wall but screen is there). Also I didn’t like funky smell of hallway and the room which was a like cigarettes.

Great place to stay. Comfy and rooms were a good size for Japanese hotel. Only let downs were location and cleanliness. Location I can’t blame the hotel, good public transport available, but further from Hakata and Tenjin, I should’ve booked a closer one! The room was mostly clean, but random things were not. Why was the windowsill so dusty? Why was the top of the air conditioner so dusty? Why was the bath clean, but the edge around by the wall so gross?

Everything was nice overall, though the room my wife and I stayed in was quite small for two people. Still, most things were fine — except for the window. It felt really stuffy since we couldn’t open it at all, not even a little. I understand the security concern, but having it completely locked was too much. It stayed uncomfortably stuffy throughout our stay.

Very nice, enough space considering 2 beds and a small sofa area. Shower was great, clean bathroom and nice firm beds. No noise from other guests, no outside noise. Had available parking which was perfect though a little more expensive than other places, but happy to pay as much more convenient. Close to station, restaurants and conveniences.

チェックアウトの際に携帯電話を紛失していることに気づき、大変お騒がせしました。チェックアウト後にも何度も訪ねるなど、ご迷惑をおかけしたのにも関わらず、真摯に対応していただきありがとうございました。受付の女性の方も優しく接してくださり、心強く感じました。携帯を見つけてくださったHさん、本当にありがとうございました。また機会があったら、宿泊させていただきます。

Its a small hotel but its quite easy to find and convenient, but the staff is not helpful. We have three people in total but there were only two pillows. The staff refused to give us extra pillow until we made the third phone call and insisted. Kinda ridiculous.

What a nightmare experience I had! This is the worst experience I had in the world! First, I reserved the room with breakfast for 2 nights and clearly mentioned that we have 2 adults with 1 kid aged 10 while booking. When I arrived, I was informed that I was required to pay extra money for my kid’s breakfast. Second, we went to the reception and requested for 1 more pillow. The front desk lady rejected and told us that every room only provides 2 pillows! We can’t get 1 more pillow! Third, room attendant only helped us to collect the rubbish without tidying up the room or even the bed! Lastly, we got some issues to pick up the car. I sought help from receptionist to give a local call to the car rent company to confirm the address because I can’t speak Japaneses. The receptionist told me to go back to the room to call and pay the calling fee when I checkout! An old man with skin head and young lady can’t understand any English, even I used google translate (from English to Japanese), they didnt try to help the customers to solve the problems or try their best to offer help!

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station where I needed to be. It is very convenient location to access to a bus, subway, and train. I added the breakfast buffet for my stay, and I loved the breakfast! The room is very small which it was fine for me because I am a small person, but it may not be not safe for a big person because between the end of the bed and the wall is very narrow space that I had to walk very carefully to go to the bathroom; otherwise I may hit my head with the TV (built in to the wall but screen is there). Also I didn’t like funky smell of hallway and the room which was a like cigarettes.

薬院駅から徒歩数分なので、2歳児を連れての家族旅行でも交通の便がとても良く、いい所に泊まったなぁと思いました。また、宿泊費が安いため、それもとても有り難かったです。そして、朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。メニューも豊富で、朝から水炊きも明太子も博多ラ-メンも食べちゃいました。とっても美味しくて、いつもはあまり食べない娘が、いっぱい食べて美味しかったぁととても満足そうに言っていました。ここの朝ごはん、本当にオススメです。

객실이 넓고 화장실도 여느 일본호텔 보다 넓은편이어서 편했습니다. 데스크 직원 및 방정리 해주시는 모든 직원들 역시 친절했습니다. 역에서 가깝고 숙소에 가까운 곳에 마트 및 편의점이 있어서 그점도 좋았습니다. 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

2人で宿泊だけど、ルームキーのカードが1枚しかなくて、別行動の時に困りました。フロントに言えばもう一枚借りれたのかな?? 朝食は種類豊富で美味しいし、地元のメニューが取り入れられていてウキウキ！2泊してメニューは同じ内容。ベビーカーで朝食会場に行ったら「お席ご用意します」と親切にして頂きました。

最初に案内されたお部屋がタバコの臭いがしたので、お部屋の交換をお願いしたところ快く変更いただけました。広いお部屋にしていただけたし、スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。朝食については、座席は多かったがバイキングスペースが狭すぎて大渋滞が発生していました。全く前も後ろにも動けないし、すれ違えないのでトレーが当たって危ない時もありました。もう少し広々としたスペースならいいなと思いました。

天神からちょっと離れているので、穴場感はあります。実は少し歩くと隠れ家的な飲食店が点在してます。朝食は種類が豊富で良かったです。インバウンドの人はほぼアジア系の人で、朝食会場担当のお姉さんはひたすら日本人の私にも英語で話してました。

객실과 화장실 모두 깨끗하고 침대와 벽 사이도 생각보다 좁지 않아서 캐리어 펼치고 쓸 때도 어렵지 않았어요. 오사카에서 숙박비 더 높았는데도 줄눈 사이 곰팡이가 까맣게 낀 호텔에서 묵은 적이 있는데 화장실 청결도가 높아서 좋았습니다. 11월말 쌀쌀한 날씨였는데 보온 기능의 비데도 좋았고요. 침대도 제가 엑스트라베드에서 잤는데 소리도 안나고 적당히 푹신하고 편했어요. 성인 2명에 만11세, 만4세 어린이 동반이었는데 어린이용 슬리퍼, 스펀지 등이 들어있는 귀여운 어린이세트를 준비해주셔서 감탄했어요. 리셉션 직원 분들도 친절하셨습니다. 조식 이용가능한 시간이 길어서 좋았고 메뉴는 라멘이나 흰죽도 있었고 커피머신 메뉴도 다양한 편이라 만족했습니다. 하지만 당도가 거의 없거나 쓴맛이 나는 과일이 있기도 하고 디저트 케익 표면이 좀 말라 있어서(투명 뚜껑으로 덮여 있으면 좋을 듯합니다) 다소 아쉬운 점에 별 4개 드립니다:) 위치도 역과 너무 가까워서 좋았고 버스 정류장도 멀지 않았어요. 후쿠오카에 다시 간다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 아 그리고 크게 아쉬웠던 점은 헤어 드라이어가 디자인은 세련되고 보관주머니도 있는데 앞부분 뚜껑이 너무 자꾸 빠져서 쓰기 불편했어요. 빠진 뚜껑을 끼우려면 뜨거워진 뚜껑에 어쩔 수 없이 손을 대야 하더라고요. 그리고 소리가 크지 않게 약하게 쓰고싶은데 자꾸 바람세기가 왔다갔다 했고요. 불량한 헤어 드라이어는 교체 부탁드리겠습니다.

客室は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。連泊しましたが、朝食があまりに酷くて驚きました。まず、お盆がきちんと拭かれておらず、水気が残っており、あまり使いたくありませんでした。料理は、8時半過ぎに行きましたが、ご飯やパンの補充がなかなかされず、ローストビーフ丼や明太子もありませんでした。しばらく待っていましたが、なかなか補充されなかったので、スタッフさんに伝えましたが、ご飯やパンや10分位待ちました。明太子は20分以上は待ったと思います。ローストビーフ丼は最後まで補充されませんでした。また、レストラン内に小蠅がたくさん飛んでおり、衛生面がとても心配になりました。パンは蓋付きのケースに入っていましたが、蓋を開けると、3匹くらいパンに付いていた小蠅が飛び出してきて、食べる気がなくなりました。ただ、スタッフさんにそのことを伝えると、翌日の朝食は、スタッフさんがテキパキと皿を片付けてくださったり、料理の様子を確認してくださったりと、改善されていたように思いました。でも、最初の朝食の衛生面がとても不安でしたので、もう宿泊はしないと思います。

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. We initially stayed in a room where the bed was positioned next to the window. Unfortunately, there was a draft during the night, and we ended up catching a cold. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very kind and helpful—they quickly arranged for us to switch rooms. The new room was not only warmer but also more spacious, which we really appreciated. Also note that they charge a 3000 yen fee for lost room key, so just be careful.
