Next to the entrance road to the domestic terminals (T2 and T3). Frequent shuttle service to all terminals (domestic and international). If you try to use google maps to get here, forget it. It tells you to turn right when instead you should be in the far left lane in order to make the nearly blind left turn about 50 feet past the intersection. You'll most likely miss the turn if you've never been here before. Don't worry you'll figure it out the second time around. This place is convenient. But be aware, reception is one floor ABOVE the entry on floor one. Other than this odd muck up, it's a nice place and I found the staff to be very helpful.

Truly a case of you get what you pay for. While it was indeed budget-conscious, there was a lot to be desired during our stay. I had booked two rooms for my family to stay in for several days. During this stay, one of the three elevators there were out of use, causing for a huge delay for other guests staying and the cleaning staff who also would use the elevators. My family and I had run out of toilet paper and facial tissues which we requested several times (twice in person at reception and once over the phone to reception). They said that cleaning staff will stop by to replace them, which did not happen even over the span of our several-day stay. In one of the rooms, one of my family members stepped on a clothing pin that was found dug into the carpet floor and we had brought it to the attention of the reception desk. One of our rooms had a “opt out of housekeeping services” door sign and we were surprised to come back and see that they had cleaned the room regardless. There were also no kitchen hours listed, so when we tried to order food at reception in the evening, they told us the kitchen was closed. It was a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but definitely an additional area of opportunity. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and we are not pleased with our overall stay. We would not recommend this institution to friends or family.

Despite being an airport hotel, it is not that easy to walk to the hotel especially if you are landing on the International terminal. A hotel shuttle of $12 per person is a bit too expensive especially if you have a large group. It is also a bit far from the train station. Otherwise the hotel itself is fine. The laundry facility is convenient.

Very friendly staff, clean room, small bathroom but okay. Even though it is right next to the airport, an Uber or shuttle is a must, too far to walk since you gp around the airport, which is rather stupid. Otherwise it would be perfectly walkable. Not something the hotel can do much about, that's an airport thing, but the shuttle is overly complicated, need to pre-book when going from the hotel back to the airport, etc. Downsides: no toilets in the lobby/restaurant area, which sucks when you have to check out early and want to just sit there with a coffee to wait until leaving for the airport, late check in and very early check out time (10AM, really?). They make you join the stupid rewards program to check in early or check out late. Stuff like that ticks me off. Will likely not stay there again, even though it's otherwise a reasonably nice hotel.

The sink drained very slowly and the shower wand was broken. The whole hotel had a worn appearance. Breakfast selection was adequate, with some variety of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was not clean. The floors in the hallways and the room were not vacuumed. The room was very small. The air stale and the bed linens were not clean and did not fit the bed properly. The reception staff were pleasant but not interested in your experience. The housekeeping staff were not able to speak English and did not make eye contact or respond to general pleasantries such as “good morning”. This Holiday Inn does not meet the standard of service we have experienced in multiple Holiday Inns around the world. Very disappointing and I cannot recommend it.

The room was immaculate. The facility showed that it was well maintained and cared for. Every employee had a great attitude and took pride in taking care of the guests. The lobby was a combination of reception, a little restaurant with snacks, and finger foods, as well as a full-service bar, and somehow they made that space work, and it was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good. I can't think of any reason not to stay here again. 100% recommend.

I did not like the bathroom which made me feel as if my privacy was being invaded. The walls are made of opaque glass and one's silhouette could be seen in the room when taking a shower, not to mention that one could hear the water splashing against the glass wall. It was absolutely gross to be able to hear one using the bathroom because of the glass walls. A real turn off. The way the lights were wired was a problem. In my room (203) the switch (upon entering the room) controlled the lights for the whole room, bathroom included, so they were either all "on" or all "off." That was a problem when getting up in the middle of the night. The light under the sink in the bathroom was annoying because it shone through the glass wall, thus disturbing my rest. There was very little desk space for things. Worse yet, on checkout day, I went to breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, November 3, with the intention to go back to the room to get my things and check out. To my horror, I discovered that the key had been turned off. The agent at the desk (very rude and unpleasant, and upset about something) went with me to open the room, but when I got off the elevator, he didn't get off. He left me standing in the hall with no key to get into the room or get back on the elevator. He finally came back and opened the door. Overall, it was an "ok" experience. The breakfast was excellent.

The property is very clean, staff friendly. Beds are not comfortable, sheets coming off the bed. The hotel is noisy due to lack of insulation I suppose, contributing to a poor night sleep before my flight. The shower walls are made of glass which is really weird if you are not rooming with someone you’re very comfortable with. The door of the bathroom is the same as the door for the shower so you either get the floor all wet bc you don’t want to leave the bathroom door open or you close the shower door and the bathroom is wide open. Very weird. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.

The only issue we had is that we requested at check in a wake up call for 3:30am for an international flight. Good thing we set phone alarms because the call never came. The shuttle bus also doesn’t come by until almost 5am when we started boarding at 5:20. We had to use another option

I have to claim at the end of the trip. I requested a shuttle bus at 16:50on November 19, 2025. But the bus never came. I have to wait at the hotel, but the shuttle bus didn't show up until 17:10 I asked the hotel receptionist about the hotel's phone call shuttle company that will come to the hotel. I was waiting at the hotel from 16:40 ( Stand by), and the same person asked no-show..His name is Andrew. I asked the shuttle driver (George), and he told me that he was informed about the pick-up request at 17:10 Andrew did not even apologize for the situation. Julius was so rude it was a late check in which we had called prior and received the okay. We waited a long time to be let in and then waited in the foyer for 20 minutes before he came down and rudely said cant you see the sign says check in on level 1 its common sense. Well to be honest ive never seen any other hotel in my life where the check in counter has not been on entry level. Dont greet us like trash because we are paying top dollar. Whats trash is your staff member and his lack of communication and at the least any service

Upon entering the building it was a bit confusing. The ground floor was neat and tidy but was strange to have to take an elevator to the first floor for reception. First floor was neat and tidy. Receptionist was kind helpful except i wasnt told i had to tap the room card to get to my floor so i felt a bit stupid in front of locals that knew that you had to do this. Embarrassing.... since no hotel in america uses this practice. I asked for a room up high and reception was accommodating. Thank you for that. My room was spacious, clean, bright. Nice touch using real coffee mugs thank you. Was disapointed in the channel selection on the tv. My netflix and hulu did not work so i had a tech come up. He found the hdmi cord was not pluged in. When we were able to access at lease hulu he left. When i tried to select a movie it would not work as my american shows and movies were not playable in austraila. All hotels should offer more access to free movies, news and weather as well as local tv shows. All that was offered at your hotel was some local news sports and aged tv shows. Boring. The meal choices from your restaurant were ok but it needed more choices to accommodate those from other countrys. I personally had diet restrictions that your restaurant did not offer although yoyr breakfast was exceptional other than your fresh fruit . It was out of season and bland and not ripe enough. Should offer more seasonal types of fresh fruits as well as more choices. No room 4 more to say.:(

We had a great stay - the airport shuttle was efficient, the location excellent for getting to and from the airport. The room was clean and it had a nice view (we were on the 7th floor). The only thing I’d say is please consider having more options for coeliacs - there were no gluten free bread options at the buffet or room service that catered to gluten free, so that would be a great place to start :)

I liked it all except for the breakfast area which was too small to accommodate the amount of traffic it addressed. The coffee makers were too small and often broken. The downstairs had no sitting areas for waiting on taxis or shuttles. I really did like it though and would book it again. The staff was really kind, courteous and helpful.

Great basic motel with good, reasonably sized rooms for overnight stays while travelling. The free breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety but there's something for everyone and plenty of it. Would definitely stay again.
