Nice place with a decent amount of space. There are 4 laundry/dryer machines. You could check your laundry's status by using the TV. Walking distance from JR Tamachi station, so it's easy to get on the Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku Line. Mita Station is also close by. Walking to/from the station, you'll find lots of food around the area - restaurants, izakaya, or combini food. It's a great place! I would definitely come back again.

Place is clean and staff are nice. There are a few convenient stores nearby and walking distance to the JR train station about 9 minutes. The laundry facility is always busy and takes over 2hrs for a load. Would be nice if they put a seating area and restrict people from leaving their laundry in the machine for a long time. There is a sign to get your laundry promptly but there are people that don't care.

Clean, great location near restaurants and train station. I would have rated it much higher if it wasn't for the lack of lounge space. I travelled with a family of six, and during down times we can only confined ourselves to our rooms. The reception area has one odd looking "bench", and the first floor has another similar bench with a huge artificial flower display. I can think of better use of that space... I understand the cultural difference and perhaps "lounging around" is not encouraged, but I was on vacation and hoping I could sit with my family and have a conversation.

Das Hotel war top sauber, schön gestaltet und von Check-In bis Abreise hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben Frühstück mitgebucht, die Auswahl ist etwas klein, aber auch hier war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel liegt im Bezirk Minato, der an sich nicht sonderlich sehenswert ist. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Anbindung zum Haneda Airport (Keikyu-Line) gebucht. Es liegen zwei U-Bahn Stationen (Tamachi Station & Mita Station) nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, von denen man alle Ecken von Tokio problemlos erreichen kann. Ein 7Eleven liegt direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, wo man Bargeld zu einem günstigen Umrechnungskurs (besser als in Deutschland) am ATM abheben kann. Pyjamas, Zahnbürsten, Wattestäbchen, Duschgel/Shampoo und vieles mehr wird vom Hotel gestellt und muss nicht extra mitgebracht werden. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden das Hotel nochmal buchen.

Beautiful hotel located close to the Tamachi train station. Our room was quite large by Japanese standards. The bathroom has a wonderful soaking tub. And the hotel provides amenities, including a bath powder. A great way to relax after a busy day of touring. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet. Instead we went across to the grocery store (Life) and picked up food for breakfast. We enjoyed the hotel’s complimentary espresso. There is also a food court about a block away. Excellent selection of local food at good prices.The staff was charming. Little English spoken. Google translate helped out there. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

お風呂が独立して洗い場と浴槽があり、観光で疲れた体で湯に浸かる事ができました。洗面台もトイレとは独立しているので水回りの支度をするのに非常に便利でした。衛生面のマイナスは浴槽に毛髪が落ちていた事。チェックインの日も、２日目に掃除に入ってもらった後も分かりやすく落ちていました。駅から多少は歩きますが、コンビニや23時閉店のスーパー(？)もあり便利で良いホテルだと思います。お部屋に静岡のお茶パックを置いてくれているのを持って帰るの忘れてとても悔しいです。絶対美味しいお茶だったのに……

The hotel and rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it also came with breakfast which had a fabulous selection. The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The location was close to the Tamachi station which has a JR Line and the Mira Subway station. We would definitely stay here again

This is a very basic hotel. The rooms are tiny, I mean really, really cramped, with nowhere to even hang a towel, and no drawers or shelves for clothing, the bed pushed against the wall, so no bedside table. The queen sized bed was rock hard. The only thing provided in the room is green tea, no other types of tea and no milk. On a good note, the shower was wonderful (great water pressure & good hot water) and the staff are lovely & it’s a 5 minute walk to Tamachi station.

This hotel is actually very good. The room was bigger than most in Tokyo. It had an awesome tub. Towels and sheets and pillows good. Bed was ok but not the best. It’s a little flat and old fashion but not bad at all. Breakfast was also really good. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It is not less than a 4. U less you were personally affected somehow.

We had a deluxe room and it was a great size. Bathroom was fantastic (love the Japanese style shower/bath) and room was very clean. Great view overlooking the river. The breakfast was fantastic and I appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby?

Unprofessional and disrespectful front desk manager. I stayed here for 7 days but am shocked by the behavior of the front desk staff. A hotel manager with black hair constantly stood idly by as his female colleagues were proactive in handling most guest interactions. His lack of interest and effort were painful to watch. Furthermore, they demand 2000 yen extra per hour in case you want to check out an hour later. I stayed for 7 days and instead of offering the courtesy like most hotels worldwide this man kept yelling at me on the phone saying "you must pay you must pay!!!" On the day of checkout as i entered the empty lobby, I overheard he and his colleague laughing at me. They were gossiping and whispering like children and didnt realize that the little Japanese i know helped me get the gist of what they were saying.

Only a quick stop in Tokyo after travelling further afield before our flights home. Friendly staff and happy to let us store our cases before check in so we could make the most of our last day in the city. Reasonable size room with space for all our stuff. Staff helped us arrange our taxi to the airport.

Great hotel within walking distance of Tokyo harbour. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as many convenience stores. 5 minutes walk from Tamachi station, making it easy to get train or bus to other areas of Tokyo. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms are small but cosy with beautiful bathrooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Close to Tamachi station (Yamanote line), but no noise from trains. Mita and Asakusa lines also very close. Wide variety of cakes, restaurants and izakaya in the area. Well priced. Recent build so all brand new and well maintained. Rooms are not huge but big for this price range and compare very well vs Villa Fontaine, APA etc. Beds were excellent. Bathroom large. Laundry etc very useful.

It is a business hotel so at first you are skeptical, BUT it is so much better than expected! The staff is really nice and the breakfast is amazing (omelletes, french toast, fruit, bread (warm), eggs, fish, soup, yogurt,smoothie, juice, etc.)!! Seriously so much variety, cleanliness, fresh towels everyday. There are mostly business men but a handfull of families as well. Very quiet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl ertragen. Ausserdem sind die „Wärmelampen“ nur zur Schau. Das Essen unter diesen Lampen war kalt. Kalte Rühreier sind einfach nur eklig. Der Kaffe war ungeniessbar. Ansonsten hatte das Hotel alles was man braucht und ist gut in Stand gehalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber! (Ein von zwei Kissen war jedoch sehr hart und es gab nur zwei Kissen im Zimmer)

Great location, close to metro & train stations. Service was great, very friendly. Room was comfy, clean and amenities were amazing. Breakfast was great too. Coffee could have been better, but I think it's just the dark roast they seem to prefer in Japan. And no hot milk which was disappointing as I like a latte style coffee in the morning.
