Winner all around. Nice location away from the party areas, but a nice, short walk to downtown. Staff are great, comfortable bed, clean rooms and nice restaurant on the property. Had both breakfast and a dinner. Simple menu but food was great.

Hotel Nou Baleares was a lovely place to stay for our Palma eclipse trip! The staff were super friendly and helpful while maintaining the more laid back vibe and not being overbearing like a stuffy 5-star. The room was excellent, and our room (114) had the most beautiful fully enclosed balcony! The balcony was a nice coffee nook and overlooked the plaça. We loved the green tile floor and large shower and bathroom. The rooftop patio was an awesome spot for sunsets (though just a few minutes away from having a solar eclipse view! So close!) and a great place to unwind with our own food and beverages in the evening. The pool was nice to soak in during hot afternoons. The location was perfect. We were just a five minute walk down a pedestrian mall from the old town, twelve minutes from the beach, and somewhere in between that to the intermodal transit station. So many restaurants and shops nearby. We ate breakfast and had desserts from the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, Boira, and the staff and food were delightful. Your Boira orders can be charged to the room for convenience. 11/10 would recommend!

The tiniest room ever! Just slightly bigger than the bed. Breakfast nice but if you wanted another coffee it wasn’t included, you had to pay. No complaints though

The hotel was clean, spacious well appointed and the staff were super helpful. Special shout out to the blonde lady at the front desk who helped us rent a car. She went above and beyond what we had expected and make sure we had the best deal possible from the number of cars available.
