Super central location within Conwy. Onsite parking available. Room was spacious and we equipped and well maintained and decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate at the Erskine Arms for the evening meal and breakfast the following morning. It was delicious and the staff once again were great. The elephant in the room is the church next to the accommodation. The clock chimes every 15mins 24hrs a day. Sleeping is virtually impossible and as a result I would not stay there again without ear plugs. Such a shame as the visit would have been prefect.

Love staying at the Y Capel, this time I had a lovely clean, bright room in the main part of the Chapel, nicely presented and very comfortable. We had an excellent dinner in the pub that evening. The food is well cooked and of a good quality abd there is a good choice of menu. The staff are really lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Its a real plus that this place also has a small carpark, a raritybin Conwy.

Staff, food, room, check in and experience 5*, would recommend and would go back. This is not a bad review, just information housekeeping: Instructions for parking were to park somewhere in the town centre but as we were staying in the chapel which had its own car park (code required), we were permitted to park in there. It’s not a problem but had we known that, we wouldn’t have spent 35 minutes driving round the full car parks of Conwy looking for a space pre-checkin.

The staff were quite friendly. The view from my balcony was amazing. The pub was very good. The town was one of our favorite stops. Viewed the castle, St Mary’s church, and took a short river cruise. All lovely.
