Stayed 3 nights

So a mixed review for this place! Firstly the staff were very polite and helpful and would go out their way to help you. Rooms were ok and clean with everything working and functional. Curtain pole kept falling down but didn’t really bother me to be honest. It’s handy the pub was next door for food and reasonable priced too. So pad points !!!!! If you want a nice chilled stay and feel relaxed this place will not let you do that. The other guests didn’t know the meaning of being respectful and quiet…. I was here for three nights visiting family, and the first night was like a club 18 to 30s holiday with shouting, slamming and anti social behaviour like urinating outside my room in the flowers with me the other side of the wall and nothing was said! The other two night wasn’t much better with stomping up above and slamming doors resulting in putting the fan on extra loud to drown out the noise. I later discovered that the council housing use this place to house the tenants till they have a place to live. Not being snobby but if I’m paying 188 pound I want to relax , not to listen to a tenant arguing to the council when her brand new property is ready… just the noise that let this place down.

Stayed 10 nights

Every staff member was amazing esp Nula in the restaurant. Hotel rooms are dated - no phone, no tissue box, no fridge, no aircon, only 1 chair. Stayed 20 days as Location was tops for our needs, handy bus stops. No shops or amenities nearby. Restaurant ran out of jam, other items were stale, cooked breakfast was good.
