Four generations of our family had a wonderful New Year at Butts Farm. The house was extremely warm and comfortable, even with minus temperatures outside. The location was lovely for exploring the Cotswolds and the owner was very welcoming. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax. All in all, a perfect place to celebrate!

Very cold, unable to reach housekeeper, despite five messages, logs not available for fire unless purchased at 5 per bag.Mice droppings in kitchen cupboards and no water on final day due to Thames Water problem. We have stayed in numerous Cotswold properties and this one was very disappointing and overpriced.

We had a de stay at this charming holiday cottage. The picturesque surroundings made for a truly pleasant experience. The serene environment offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

A beautiful, well equipped and spacious cottage in a picturesque village. Lovely spacious living and dining room and, as a group of 9, we didn’t feel cramped, and a huge coffee table was perfect to sit around and play card and board games. Good secure back garden for dogs. Plenty of parking spaces. Falcon Inn, within walking distance, is a must. Lovely food and service. Would highly recommend and would come back. Only minor feedback is: it would be good to provide tea towels for the non-dishwasher items.
