Unsupportive, unprofessional, abusive behaviour by only the Arabic Staff, they dont know even about the respect, very proudy behaviour with visitors.

Nice property but very far from kaaba, however prices are very cheap so overall it’s good, but with kids it’s not worth the trouble and headache for the travelling. And shuttle service defo needs improving.
