We had the sense that the hotel is understaffed. The fitness center has a sign saying that it is open 24 hours, but the morning I went up there to use it (at 6:30 am) it was locked. When I contacted someone at the hotel, they informed me that it had to be locked the night before (for an unknown reason) and it had not been reopened yet. I was told he would be right up to reopen it. 15 minutes later I gave up and left. Also, on the second day we were there we realized that the cleaning staff had taken our used towels, but did not replace them with clean towels, so we were left with not enough towels for both of us to shower. These were frustrations which made our stay less than optimal.

This is a great hotel in a good location next to Mayfair Mall, however they charge approximately $14/day with taxes and fees to park in their lot. This makes no sense since it's right next to a shopping mall with tons of open (free) parking spaces.

You have to pay for parking which it does not say on the description. "Self parking available" It is all self park and pay self park. Our floors in our room look liked they have not been swept in weeks. The casual bar in the lobby was not opened all weekend. The internet daily was $14.50. Between the parking and internet, we could have just stayed downtown. The nice thing about the location was close to my daughters house, who took our car home so we did not have pay for parking. Explain all your fees, makes a difference when traveling.

When we arrived we went to the hotel for happy hour and grab a quick snack. The restaurant won best new restaurant in 2024. The food was amazing and the happy hour specials included beer draft, cocktails and shrimp and oysters for $1.00 each piece.

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. It is in a convenient location for the western suburbs of Milwaukee. Parking was easy. The restaurant in the hotel is very good for dinner. The gym was great. The only thing for me to critique was that I paid extra up front for free breakfast but there was no free breakfast to be found.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I felt so comfortable & the rooms are beautiful. The fitness center is incredible!! The restaurant attached to the hotel is TOP NOTCH! Simple, classy, and overall a really nice hotel. I will be staying again!

Front desk staff called 20 minutes after she checked me in and asked when I was leaving. Restaurant and bar were “closed for cleaning” from 3-8pm. Paid $14 to park myself in the empty mall parking lot. $15 for WiFi… I ordered a $23 glass of Pinot noir (wine) and received an aluminum can of “wine”.. yikes. This place looks like a four star hotel, but acts like a one star hotel. Very disappointing.

The overall experience was horrible! Wasn’t any housekeeping, couldn’t get any clean linen or clean towels! Our bathroom was dirty, we literally had to go to Walgreens and buy bleach spray and wipes to clean the bathroom, due to hair on the sink and the tub being dirty.

Room and bathroom great, good space . Plenty of plugs. Comfy beds. Overall great room. Down side was the floor! Laminated wood floor don’t think it had been cleaned other than a hoover in days. It was filthy! Feet needed to be washed before bed!😳

New and modern feel. Very clean. Room amenities were relatively limited though. My room specifically didn't have coffee cups/mugs and the body wash in the bathroom was basically empty. Even a bottle of water would have gone a long way.

The room was fantastic!! They put us on the 14 floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Fantastic views. The room itself was very spacious. Gorgeous. Loved the bathroom. Everything clean. Customer service throughout hotel was fabulous. I would say this was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is very disorganized and messy at check-in desk. Rooms are worn out, stain and hair on my bed, dirt on floor and lumpy pillows. It would be quite nice if it was kept up and had better beds and better cleaning procedures.

Decent area just outside Milwaukee. The hotel and room itself was very beautiful and clean. Besides that, you don’t get much for the price of your stay. No free breakfast, you have to pay at the restaurant. You also have to pay for parking and wifi. The thermostat in the room is just for decor apparently because it stays at 72 no matter how low you turn it. Just kind of wierd for a nicer hotel to not include these things. Overall 3 stars.

No drawers for clothes in the Jr Suite?????…..and bed side night stands were small and useless. Should have 3 drawer wider night stands. Air conditioner had a mind of its own. Coffee table in the suite part of the room as very heavy, thus difficult to move and use the sofa bed. Great space, but inefficient because of furniture choices. Really a shame…..Hope you didn’t use a designer.

Hotel looks gorgeous at first, but after a closer look it's a little rough around the edges. Our group had two rooms, both showers flooded the bathroom despite glass door being closed, door to the room didn't close properly, the HVAC in one room was stuck on despite two attempts from staff to fix it. The bar/restaurant is quite nice, but also spendy. We were overcharged for both rooms and spent a week working with Hotels com and the actual hotel to get it sorted out.

This hotel ranks # 2 out of every hotel I’ve ever stayed at as far as how nice it is. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. The room was huge and had a very unique design. The only thing that would make it better would be free breakfast.

The check in process was terrible. We arrived at 5pm and had to wait until 6:15pm to get our room. They said they had people call in sick so our room was not cleaned. They originally told us it would be 10 minutes which then turned into an hour and 15 minutes. Very disappointed for the amount of money that is spent.

Perfect location for a girls getaway! Very central to lots of shopping. We were not interested in shopping at the mall, we instead headed to stores like TJMaxx, Trader Joe’s, DSW, World Market, Home Goods, etc. There were a few shopping centers nearby that had exactly what we were looking for. There is a Maggiano’s (my favorite Italian chain restaurant), Cheesecake Factory, and PF Chang’s next to the hotel. Had a great dinner then hit the Cheesecake Factory for dessert later on in the evening. There is a $12 fee for parking at the hotel.

Very nice, clean updated hotel. The bathroom was very spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower. Comfortable beds and modern decor. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance from hotel. We chose this location because it was only a 15 min drive to downtown Milwaukee.The parking was convenient and less expensive than staying downtown to park. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price and location.

New hotel, definitely feels high-end, it is wedged between the freeway, 8 lanes of traffic and a huge parking lot for the mall and cheese cake factory, it’s America and that’s what people in the suburbs want. If you are looking for a nice place to just plop down and have no need to walk around outside then this place is for you. There are plenty of places to eat near by IE the mall and surrounding places you can drive to. Very convenient to hop the free way and get where ever. I would stay again.

Loved the Hotel, in the morning went down for coffee and there was none. there was others also there looking for coffee. front desk response was we don’t know when we will have more. it’s was 8:30am?For the price of the room for stay not have coffee someone was not doing their job.
