Leonardo Eden Hotel Amsterdam City Center

This wasnt 4*. I did stay in Leonardo hotels in London, this one wasnt up to standard. At self checkin i ve been told i have to 'book' room cleaning for next day as this isnt automatic. When i booked and returned to my room 2pm, i called reception, asked why room isnt cleaned, been told it will be after 3pm when guests will checkout. Room had an odor of mould, the sink has left a 'swimming pool' underneath everytime I used and showerhead was useless. Water leaking everywhere apart from where it supposed to- body and hair. Cleaner has left cloth at the table after 'service' didnt fill up coffee pods, toilet paper, etc. this isnt 4*. Needs a room refurbishment, and better cleaning/standards.

Clean and good sized room, comfortable bed, easy checkin / checkout, very tasty breakfast.

THERE is no Refrigerator or mini bar to store stg cold. AIRCONDITIONERs are very old and noisy. Floor is very basic hotel carpets looks very cheap.

We’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and always request the same room. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the room we were assigned this time. They probably gave our room to someone else
