MP Hostel Budapest

Enkelt men bra, rent, centralt och prisvärt. Jag är återkommande gäst. Det jag saknade var frukost buffén som de hade förut. Nu betalar man 8 euro så får man 3 kuponger ( kredit) som man använder för att välja 3 matvaror i automaten "Vending machine" ( mackor och dryck) när man vill. Man kan också köpa sin egen frukost på Lidl 300 m bort. I matsalen knappt några bestick och tallrikar tillgängliga. Inte ens ens en brödkniv. Gemensam kyl, frys, micro och tv i matsalen. Jag hade dubbelrum, det var rent och prydligt, 2 enkelsängar, eget badrum. Städning varje dag om man inte tackar Nej. Dygnet runt reception vilket är mycket bra. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam.

Great location and beds with natural light and airflow. Nice courtyard to just chill in. No stove/oven but everything else was great

Todo estuvo muy bien, el check in muy rápido, la habitación básica pero cómoda, desayuno bueno, lo mejor de este lugar es la ubicación ya que caminas perfectamente a lugares importantes, si lo recomiendo.

The room smelled of urine, when the door to the bathroom wasn’t closed. Worst in the evenings. Might be a plumming problem. The common kitchen did not have the most basic kitchen things. Room was spacious and the bathroom the same. Very central location, and okay value for the money. Nice pillow, duvet and bed. I would come back.

No había ventilación en el cuarto, ni un ventilador ni aire. La cocina tenía un olor muy feo y había moscos en el lavabo, por falta de limpieza

Good Hostel...the staff is very kind. One thing to know is that they have discontinued the breakfast and have a "vending machine breakfast". It\'s ok...but it is good to know this upfront as they used to do a full breakfast spread. Otherwise....it is a great place, clean, and in an easy to get around area.

Inexpensive lodging option within walking distance to many attractions. Shared kitchen in the basement with a couple of fridges. Walls between rooms are rather thin, and a little bit cold in the room. A few strange characters intermittently hanging around the reception area.

The hostel has no air condition. The girl at the front office is so mean. The sheets are too old and nasty. No tools in the kitchen to even prepare breakfast

Helt ok hostel, men var där under varm period i September och det var helt omöjligt att sova i värmen. Checkade ut en dag tidigt och tog in på ställe med AC istället. I övrigt gott om förvaringsutrymme och trevlig uteplats. Ej särskilt utrustat kök

Cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’ai séjourné dans une chambre privée, certes un peu vétuste et avec une literie pas très confortable, mais elle était toujours très propre avec un ménage quotidien. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Budapest.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento, solucionando cualquier inconveniente. La habitación era perfecta y la limpiaban todos los días. La zona común era preciosa y el ambiente muy agradable. A pesar de ser una zona céntrica y de fiesta, los ruidos en la calle se acaban bastante pronto, por lo que se puede descansar tranquilamente.

Estuvo bien el cuarto, si está pequeño parece como casa de muñecas pero las camas están macizas y todos estaba limpio

Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto muito confortável e bem limpo. Banheiros limpos e espaçoso. Fazem panquecas de graça para os guests.

Comfortable, quiet and clean place centrally located in the city. Microwave and fridges in common kitchen area. Staff efficient and helpfull.

The room was clean and front desk is always helpful.

The hostel is nice, spacious the staff are really helpful and made sure I had everything. The rooms however have no air con or fans provided so it really warm. There is a building site next door as well and the noise starts from 5am all the way through the day in some cases. This can’t be helped but just a heads up if staying in the near future. The walls are not that thick either and could hear conversations from the next room whilst in bed, not great sleeps but in an decent position with a variety of bars and restaurants nearby.

Room is spacious and clean. Each bed has a big drawer with key. Windows are face to common area garden. It's quite noise at night. First night I cannot sleep until 5:00 as some one are talking in the garden. Room is hot in summer.

Ingen TV. - min mat försvann ur det gemensamma kylen, den var inte kvar där den dagen jag skulle checka ut, trots märkning.

The staff was polite. Conveniently located to historical and fun sites around Budapest. It was easy to commute to and from the place.

Muito boa a recepção, acolhedores e a divisão do quarto com cortinas melhora a privacidade. Recomendo

The property itself is decent. Bed is clean and so is the Bathroom. It is on the older side which isn't the problem, just FYI. There's only one place where four people can plug their electronics and Im on a top bunk, opposite the wall where the power outlet is located. I can't imagine plugging my phone to charge after a full day of touring, away from me. I have everything in my phone and not having it by my side when I go to sleep seems like a nightmare waiting to happen. I missed the part where the property does not have AC and I stayed around 2nd week of July. They were in the business of providing a place to sleep/rest and you would think that because it is one of the hottest day in record, they would at least provide a fan, but they did not. We had to leave our windows open so we can hear all the noise from the outside, from people and cars throughout the whole night. We couldn't close the curtains either so we also get the glaring light from the street post and all the cars that were passing by. I was on a top bunk and being the hot air rises, it wasn't just uncomfortable. I actually had a hard time breathing.When I communicated to the staff about my concerns the next morning, they told me that their ad did not mention AC ( which they are not wrong). I know there's no way I can spend another two nights since I need to be able to sleep and their lack of intention to provide a fan is not really going to work. I did not get any refund for the other two nights.

Room was in a noisy location on the main road, but think that was bad luck. Good value otherwise, and was pleasantly surprised when we had our own bathroom with the 2 person twin bedroom. Some bloke was urinating in the reception toilet with the cubical door open which was something.

Ótimo custo-benefício. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Ótima localização, deu para visitar os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Fica próximo de estação de metrô e do ponto de ônibus que faz o transporte direto para o aeroporto. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários.

Only stayed for a few hours as had a late flight and an early train. The location was very convenient both from the airport transfer, as well as the train station.

For the price, honestly that was quite fine. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good location as lots of things are accessible quickly in a walk. May be back, but not in summer, global heat in town gets awful wherever.

I got a twin room for myself for 2 nights here and it did the job. The location is good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a garden to chill. The location is very good in the city centre. Wifi worked well. I couldn't open window for fresh air which wouldn't be good in the hot summer with no aircon. The bed wasn't perfectly comfy. Breakfast did not look appetising so I didn't try.
