I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and quick to respond to any concerns. Everyone—from the front desk to the dining team and even the housekeeping staff—made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well-laid-out the pool area was. The food was delicious, the discounts were appreciated, and the staff went out of their way to offer helpful advice on local shopping. My only suggestion would be to consider adding bath mats in the bathrooms for extra comfort and safety. I brought this up during my stay, and the team received the feedback with warmth and openness. Unfortunately, my aunt had a minor fall in the bathroom, but the staff handled the situation with such care and understanding. As a kind gesture, even though I was fully prepared to pay, the manager on duty offered us a complimentary late checkout—something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. I’m very grateful for the experience and look forward to staying here again.

I absolutely love this place it really is a hidden gem, it’s quiet and safe, the staff are absolutely fantastic friendly kind and welcoming! The rooms are comfortable complete with bottled water and equipped with everything such as body wash shampoo conditioner tooth brushes and slippers! Room service is outstanding and the food is amazing. The pool has a built in spa which is surrounded with deck chairs and beach towels what I loved was you could swim Up to the bar and get a drink! The hotel comes with a gym that over looks the pool area! If you don’t want a swim you could book in and get a massage this place has it all! If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay this is the place to be not to far away from the main attractions but you can easily get there by go grab this is the cheapest way to get round!

The hotel is unfortunately in a remote location. The pool is surrounded by the hotel building so not really very inviting. The breakfast staff were very good. Overall just lacks ambience and is along way from the action so would definitely not stay there again.

Quiet stay at a beautiful hotel The staff make it such a hospitable stay with their kind and warm gestures, and always greeting us by name. The buffet breakfast is a must have, the food is fresh and super yummy with such a large selection to chose from. And the staff are more than happy to request some alternate options for you (they serve chicken bacon, but we had pork bacon on request) Lots of entertainment with a pool table, giant jenga, ping pong and live music We were warned that the area around hotel can be a bit dangerous to walk through at night, but we had no issues doing some late night trips to the mini mart around the corner. I would like to say a special thank you to Rian, yuni, novi, dian, ulan, The Boss Ros and the Head chef Adi. Also, the man with the kind face at reception, i didnt catch his name. They all made us feel so safe and welcomed. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back again!!

All the staff that work there are great!! The only thing i would improve is the hardness of the mattress and the quality of the pillows. Uman at breakfast service was very helpful and friendly during our stay, thank you!

Soon as I arrived at the check-in counter, they already knew that I am Marriott Elite member and automatically upgraded me to the top floor, very efficiency to have the check in. Room size is not as big as I expected but is reasonable roomy. Bed is big enough, bathroom is very clean and all supplies provided.a balcany with a view to the lobby. Breakfast served plenty of varieties but not particular outstanding. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Overall the room is great but the location is not that good at night time, dark and no street light and is off the major roads.

I stayed here as my partner was In BIMC Hospital, it was easy to still get great rates as I extended the stay three times! Due to him staying on. Close by using taxis but on a good day can walk after crossing a major road. Rooms great, staff always happy to serve

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and quick to respond to any concerns. Everyone—from the front desk to the dining team and even the housekeeping staff—made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well-laid-out the pool area was. The food was delicious, the discounts were appreciated, and the staff went out of their way to offer helpful advice on local shopping. My only suggestion would be to consider adding bath mats in the bathrooms for extra comfort and safety. I brought this up during my stay, and the team received the feedback with warmth and openness. Unfortunately, my aunt had a minor fall in the bathroom, but the staff handled the situation with such care and understanding. As a kind gesture, even though I was fully prepared to pay, the manager on duty offered us a complimentary late checkout—something I truly appreciated. Soon as I arrived at the check-in counter, they already knew that I am Marriott Elite member and automatically upgraded me to the top floor, very efficiency to have the check in. Room size is not as big as I expected but is reasonable roomy. Bed is big enough, bathroom is very clean and all supplies provided.a balcany with a view to the lobby. Breakfast served plenty of varieties but not particular outstanding. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Overall the room is great but the location is not that good at night time, dark and no street light and is off the major roads.

My stay was excellent! The staff was extremely helpful, kind & attentive ! The services were all really good ! The housekeeping was absolutely perfect ! To name the staff with whom I interacted over the 8 day stay I had from the 10th of September 2023 to the 18th of September 2023 ~ Sinta, Krisna, Erik , and all the other Reception staff were all very, very helpful & attentive! I must also mention Tanniya , Giwang, Ulan & the other staff who were so polite & happy to serve me at the restaurant *Je Ja Ton* (I hope I got the name right !) The breakfast was a huge spread of all the local cuisine all the continental & Indian fare every morning! It was a delight to stay at the Fairfield by Mariott ~ Kuta Sunset Road! ❤️ My only suggestion to the hotel management is - the staff be trained a bit more with their English speaking skills a bit to avoid miscommunication & misunderstanding instructions/requests by the guests. The laundry service could be improved a bit too. The clothes I got back were not folded correctly & the ironing was not at all upto the mark. 😢 But all in all - if I come back to Bali - Fairfield by Mariott Kuta Sunset Road will be my first choice to stay at & make holiday memorable once again !!

I stayed here as my partner was In BIMC Hospital, it was easy to still get great rates as I extended the stay three times! Due to him staying on. Close by using taxis but on a good day can walk after crossing a major road. Rooms great, staff always happy to serve

The hotel is unfortunately in a remote location. The pool is surrounded by the hotel building so not really very inviting. The breakfast staff were very good. Overall just lacks ambience and is along way from the action so would definitely not stay there again.

This was a terrible hotel. The location was not by the beach. The food was terrible. No security. Did not feel safe. I chose to leave early, and move to a different location, and the Hotel refuse to give me a refund on my stay. I was Very upset and disappointed. I would never stay there.

The hotel is good. Rooms are well set and clean. Service by staff was excellent. The surrounding area is short in restaurants and other amenities even the hotel is close to Sunset Road. I did not go to the pool but it seems good and people enjoy it. The restaurant is OK with the limited selection of wines and beer. All in all, it was a good stay.

Quiet stay at a beautiful hotel The staff make it such a hospitable stay with their kind and warm gestures, and always greeting us by name. The buffet breakfast is a must have, the food is fresh and super yummy with such a large selection to chose from. And the staff are more than happy to request some alternate options for you (they serve chicken bacon, but we had pork bacon on request) Lots of entertainment with a pool table, giant jenga, ping pong and live music We were warned that the area around hotel can be a bit dangerous to walk through at night, but we had no issues doing some late night trips to the mini mart around the corner. I would like to say a special thank you to Rian, yuni, novi, dian, ulan, The Boss Ros and the Head chef Adi. Also, the man with the kind face at reception, i didnt catch his name. They all made us feel so safe and welcomed. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back again!!

This hotel is amazing. The lobby has a beautiful, open-air concept, and my room was pristine. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Ulan, Fina, and Tari were especially great. The food was also amazing! I totally raided the buffet every single morning because it was just that good.

I stayed in the property for business and overall had a great one. The staff were very helpful, shootout to Pebri and the guys at the reception! However, the only downside is the food, taste and quality was not acceptable. But overall, the property was good.
