Very easy to check in . Room was spotless, feel at home. Quiet neighbourhood. good location for food. Near to the train station.. Easy to communicate with friendly staff. Family marts nearby. Nearby tempozan mall and osaka aquarium.

Really enjoyed the stay only thing is that tenants above would be walking/running in the middle of the night but no complaints.

Great location, easy access to transport and Tempozan marketplace, quick and easy to USJ via free ferry. Quick train ride to dontonbori & Kuromen market, not too far for teamlab botanical gardens. Property is clean and functional, but very small. Not enough chairs, glasses or storage space. And you can hear every step, noise and talking from upstairs and downstairs accommodations.
