This hotel is one for the best hotels I've stayed in Indonesia for comfort and customer service was top level, Every staff member I came into contact with was very welcoming, Use of sauna for free was a good start to the day. The Jambuluwuk Thamrin is located quite close to the nice central shopping malls, yet manages to be insulated from the noise and bustle of the main roads. My deluxe room (the most basic) was spacious and comfortable, with no noise intruding from nearby rooms. The only sounds were the birds outside my window each morning and evening. I appreciated the quite reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel, which was great when it was raining outside. The breakfast buffet was particularly interesting, with many options changing each day.
