There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.

The room was in generally good condition, though the bathroom sink did not drain and the TV remote worked sporadically. The location is handy to a Hofer and restaurants and also a nearby park. The traffic noise was a problem at night.

Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip bathmat as the shower floor was quite slippery.
