Unfortunately after coming here, all other hotels in Europe were subpar, I definitely would recommend this place since it was nice and new plus it was walkable from central plus the train was right next door. The people in the front were also nice, on our last night, instead of going out, we went upstairs to the bar.

Very modern and beautifully finished hotel, with a fancy rooftop bar. Great location, right by the central station. The lifts are little confusing though. During busy periods there was a long wait for the lift with many guests unable to work out how the lifts work. The reception didn’t provide any guidance at the check in.

Ok hotel, we was choise because of the roof bar, and we would like to see the town, from the side we dont have on over room, but you could not get a sit, lot of young people, they was not stay on the hotel, the same with the billiard. I thinke you should writ it could be difficult to be on the roofbar, specielt when you writ the hotel have it. And we stay on floor 17 and have the music from the bar. Lovely breakfast. And a nice view But we will not use this hotel again, the star and what it is will we not bay for.

Ein super, ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Top Ausstattung! Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, auch für verschiedene Unverträglichkeiten ist gesorgt! Die Aussicht aus den höher gelegenen Zimmern ist beeindruckend. Auch ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Gym steht zur Nutzung rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen! ☺️

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. My room on a high floor provided and amazing view. A little bit of a walk to the old town (couple of miles) but super safe and in the new business district. Lovely staff and exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated.

The property is great! really recommend it. The only issue is the nice closing doors to the room make - every time someone close the doors you hear a huge smash! if you are light sleeper this is not a property for you. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Other then that the room was great, clean and specious.

Service war echt unterirdisch. Musste 3x anrufen und über 2std auf ein kinderbett warten.obwohl ich schon bei der buchzng angegeben habe das ich ein kind dabei habe. An der bar habe ich 30 min gewartet und erst auf Nachfrage wurde meine Bestellung aufgenommen. Keine Struktur. Da wurden leute die später gekommen sind aber auf dem weg saßen früher bedient. Dann saßen wie mit leren getrenken über 20 min, als uch dann bezahlen wollte musste ich wieder an die theke das ansprechen. Im Endeffekt haben wir nach 2 von 4 tagen ausgecheckt und sind in ein andres hotel.

All good but I must say disappointed with the staff reception. When I arrived, a lady was next to me slightly behind, that arrived later. Then this girl in the reception (black long hair) attends her first instead of me. On the left, 2 other girls, 1 busy, one stapling papers, ignoring people. Then when its my turn, the girl (black long hair), just in a very dry way, tells me to go to the left to the girl that was stapling. This was a complete waste of time, and disappointing for such a high end hotel. If we don't consider this, the hotel is great, well located, the rooms are very nice and also the bar area. Just make more "attentive" staff, been to worse hotels with much better service.

Loved the stay, beautiful hotel and decor! The only thing which wasn’t good was the 1st person we met at reception! The guy was rude, gave us the wrong information for breakfast, wrong room as had to go back down as card not working and no apology!! Besides that the place and other staff were lovely! Would return! Ps would be nice to have still water in rooms as only sparkling water provided

Misleading information from the front desk caused me to lose 150euro in a booking which should’ve been cancelled. When trying to figure it out, the online customer service was uncollaborative. It took me almost a month of mailing back and forth and a threat of chargeback for them to even send me an invoice, despite asking multiple times. I was travelling for work, so I’m fine if I just get an invoice for the charges, but no.

Hotel itself is nice, and clean and is on a quiet street. Staff was very nice. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Wi-Fi is good. Restaurant was good, some interesting dishes on the menu. Breakfast was good, with something for everyone. Hotel is in the city center and surrounded by large avenues that are hard to cross. Public Transport is about a 5–10-minute walk from the hotel along these large avenues. Nice restaurants within a couple of blocks are scarce. Taxis are easy to get however and there is a convenient spot for them to stop in front of the hotel.

It was a 4 night stay. NYX Hotel is located in a very nice area and only a few minutes walk from Warsaw Central Station. It is very new building, clean and comfortable. Over and above that, there always were 2 cold soft drinks and large bowl of apples available in the lobby area. My family loved it every time when we came back to the hotel after a sweating outing.

Mooi hotel, gelegen aan het centraal station en grote shopping. Door de grootte van warschau moet je soms grotere afstanden afleggen dit zou mi perfect kunnen met openbaar vervoer maar we kozen eigenlijk steeds voor een uber. Hotel op zich zeer goed, wel zeer groot en dat merk je aan de drukte bij het ontbijt! Dat was trouwens zeer uitgebreid en goed! Wat mij betreft een aanrader !
