We never met any staff. Because we were travelling by rail and had limited access to wifi, and because I did not read the entire message, telling us to message the hotel before arriving, there was a delay in getting into our room. Please note, it is not a normal hotel with a lobby + front desk to check you in. At least, not while we were there. When we got in to the proper room, the accommodation was clean and fine. Now that we know how it works, we would stay here again.

I booked a room for my 88-year-old grandmother. The hotel did not send me instructions until 11pm the night of the booking! My grandmother had nowhere to stay. We called the hotel 3 times to be met by the rudest staff. Absolutely shocking. AVOID!

No front desk, no one to welcome you, room in different location had to walk around in an haley to get to building, room we got different from what we did see on pictures

This hotel is extremely basic. Don't expect any frills. My room was clean and made up each day. The bathroom was new and a good shower. It's in a very quiet location. The building my room was in was very worn out & old carpet on the stairs. Brocken glass on the front door to enter the building which was never locked. But it was a quiet & safe area. I had the breakfast once(11€90) The coffee machine could not cater for many people & there was nothing hot to chose from. However, good bread & warm croissants.

J'ai loué une chambre par hotels.com, donc payer ma réservation en ligne immédiatement. une fois sur place, la chambre était soi-disant loué. On m'a proposé une chambre qu'il refuse de louer habituellement car elle est insalubre. J'ai donc refusé, alors d'aujourd'hui la gérante de l'hôtel a refusé de me rembourser, et la plateforme hotels.com ne me répondent pas pour un éventuel remboursement. Je déconseille donc fortement
