Everything about this place was wonderful - the rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable, the house and grounds were lovely, and the breakfast was superb. Great location - 20 mins to the seaside and the bottom of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Beautiful B&B and a perfect stay in a peaceful quiet village. I was warmly welcomed by Carol and her adorable pooches Mango and Mutley, and then treated to a delicious slice of homemade cake by Lee. I was able to relax in the peaceful garden and then in my room wearing the provided soft robe and slippers. Woke up to an amazing veggie breakfast cooked by Lee. The property is gorgeous with lovely retained features from its former life as a pub, including a cosy snug for guests to enjoy. Local area information, magazines and games also provided. I would definitely love to return.

I am a bit late in leaving this review as I don’t usually leave them but this B&B is amazing! Me and my partner stayed at the vine B&B in August for 1 night as we were at a wedding reception near by. From start to finish the experience was amazing
