We won’t stay here again. We chose this property for the heated pool (for our children), this pool is not heated! The pool room itself is probably 80 degrees, but the pool was very cold! When I brought this up to the gentlemen working the front desk, he was very condescending, saying it’s not broke and was at 80 degrees (he said this without even checking). He stated people complain about how cold this pool is all the time. Next, the breakfast here is a joke! I’ve had better breakfast at lesser hotels. There was two things, small omelets and very greasy half cooked bacon. Oh and a pancake machine- which is not great, other than that it’s the norm, stale cereal and stale bagels. Let’s move on to our room, there was no microwave, the furnace/ac had an absolute mind of its own, and the electronic blinds were broke. I get very cold, very easily, so I had the heat on, it kept blowing out very cold air-after it would shut off from the heat. For the price of this place, it’s a no for us from now on.

This hotel was spectacular. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool. They gave us free drinks and snacks in the evening at the atrium. Breakfast had an amazing variety and was delicious.

Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, breakfast offered, many exterior doors so it's easy to get in and out no matter which side of the building you park on, plenty of parking, close to gas, shopping, and restaurants, dog friendly

Very clean and enough towels for 3 adults and a teen. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer provided. Pool table and coffee bar open 24/7 in the lobby. Indoor pool was clean and not busy. Staff was very efficient and cordial. Breakfast would have been better with pastries but there was still enough to start our day. Appeared to be a new property. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here 1-2x a year. This time, we didn’t feel that warm welcome that we usually do. Certain staff members were glued to their phones. The pool was closed which we were unaware of until we went downstairs in our bathing suits to find the sign on the door. Maybe this should have been mentioned at checkin? The floor in the room was very sticky too. It was clean but maybe they used too much solution? We will come back and recommend but this stay was not as good as other stays

I was so disappointed when I got my Room after being on the road for hrs all I wanted was a good nights sleep the AC / heater in the room was so noisy that you would have thought a plane was landing I spent the night Getting up and turning it on and off it was unbelievable.. it was a night mare also the bathroom smelled of Sewage it was over bearing ..

The gentleman on the day shift was very polite. The gentleman on the night shift responded to me as if I was bothering him when I called about our toilet not flushing and needing a plunger sent up. He asked for me to come get it. The floors weren’t very clean. Very sticky. But the room was quiet and then ready was great! I’d return.

I like the convenient location and the staff at all locations are awesome! I disliked the people on the floor above stomping like a heard of elephants. Didn’t complain as we were only here one night but it amazes me how incredibly inconsiderate other travelers are.

The traffic noise is absolutely horrible! Don't plan on sleeping. Beds are cheap and hard, pillows and linen are cheap and worn out. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and kindly allowed us to check in at noon which was very helpful. The indoor pool was a big plus especially since it rained on Saturday. The location is very convenient and there’s a nice Japanese restaurant nearby which made dining easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We called to notify the hotel we're going to be late due to traffic, after 2 am. The gentleman was very polite and said be safe, he'll wait. We arrived shortly after 2 am. Breakfast needs some better options. Coffee is good.

Breakfast times were given wrong. Missed the first day. The second day options we limited. Ask for a complete cleaning the second day due to a spilled drink on the bed. No service at all. I asked twice. I had to clean the room myself and change the bed.

Ok mid-level hotel. Safe and plenty of parking. There was a sign at breakfast saying they could accommodate food allergies but did not have any dairy-free milk when we asked staff. In the gym, the bike was very shaky and needed service.

They neglected to tell me breakfast stopped at 9am. So we missed breakfast. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I said I was on vacation and didn’t want to get up that early and they should offer breakfast at least until 9;30 but 10 would better. The staff blamed corporate and I suggested they let them know I complained. They said it doesn’t matter as they have complained before.

This hotel is tucked away and is in brand new condition. Staff is friendly, hotel is close to a lot of shopping, dining and highways. Great breakfast and coffee as well. Very quiet at night and was able to sleep well.
