Mysigt ställe ca 10 min från tågstationen. Vi bodde i rum med ett loft med dubbelsäng. Spiraltrappa till loftet. Gemensamt kök med det andra rummet. Man fixar sin egna frukost men allt finns där. Det är ett fullt utrustat kök om man vill laga egen mat. Väldigt trevligt

Very unique property. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equiped kitchen. Would be a perfect spot for an extended stay. The only drawback were the stairs and no elevator. The host graciously carried our bags up the stairs. The kitchen came complete with snacks and breakfast food.

Est bien situé par rapport au port d’embarquement de croisière. Chambres situées au deuxième étage avec accès par des marches en roche ou béton plutôt hautes! Lovely place. Immaculate. Only problem we found was the hot water. Takes ages to come through. Would have also liked a few windows as there was only a tiny one in the room. They can't help that though. Would stay again

A gem of a guesthouse with such friendly and helpful hosts. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice comfortable rooms with every amenity you’d need. Well located to easily walk to town and the cruise port shuttle.

Not what we expected based on the photos. Metal circular stairs to get up to the sleeping area. Breakfast was make your own, wash and replace any dishes used, a couple of eggs, some milk, yogurt, pastries in sealed plastic bags all of which were of unknown ages. Owner stated when we checked in that he could take us to the port. Upon check out he said he could not transport us because he rides a motor cycle. Supposedly called us a taxi that would arrive in 10 minutes- 30 minutes later no taxi, no one answered the door when we attempted to talk to him. Uber never showed so we had to drag our luggage over cobblestone streets to a depot about a mile or so away to get to the port shuttle. We had no idea where we were going in a strange city. Pay a little more for a nicer place.

The room was spacious and clean. Need to be able to handle stairs up to the room and up to the bedroom (spiral staricase) with bathroom on the main floor. Had to wash our own dishes with another guest, which questions the sanitary condition of the silverware. A dishwasher would be helpful.

The location was good. The unit was updated. Everything was clean. however, the entry stairs from the ground level were very steep and it was difficult to bring luggage up. Also, the original room we were given had a loft and a very small spiral staircase to get up to the bed. Fortunately, there were no other guests so we were able to switch to the other room that had a bed on the main floor.

Absolutely amazing stay. The staff was great and very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our travel plans. Very close to the port to catch our ship. Extremely clean and comfortable. Close to great restaurants. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The room was depressing, musty and uncomfortable. The ‘bed’ was actually a hide-a-bed. The sheets were clean but had holes in them. It was a noisy location. The owner was friendly and accommodating.

The hosts were lovely and really welcoming and helpful. The room was huge and nice. Really convenient for the port. The walk from the train station in the heat with my luggage was a trek so I’d probably get a taxi next time. There is quite a lot of noise from local bars at night and you can hear the other guest clearly so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. I would definitely recommend staying here for a night if you’re getting a cruise.

The host was so much more than patient. Our flight into Rome was delayed, then we got hopelessly lost trying to find the guest house. No internet, of course, as we had US cell phones. The host waited for us much longer than I would have. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked for breakfast. We were only there for one night - barely 12 hours. Anyone could do a lot worse by staying somewhere else.

Was close to the cruise terminal and the city. Clean and updated room, not much in the way of windows or a view but we weren’t looking for that. Made the transition from flying into Rome before a cruise easy and comfortable.

Erwin met us at the hotel and helped us with our luggage and explained a lot about our accommodations. There are only 2 private suites and a common kitchen area. Our room had the King bed and bathroom on the same level. The other one had the king bed up a spiral staircase with the bathroom on the lower level. Fortunately we had the first option. The room was very nice and big. He bathroom met our needs and the kitchen was very equipped and they supplied a lot of choices for breakfast. Everything looked clean. I was in communication with Erwin and he was very helpful. Even helped us get to the cruise terminal. What was nice for us was our friends were the guests that had the second room. I would recommend this place as an option for staying in Civitavecchia.

We absolutely loved staying here! Ernesto was so accommodating and pleasant and really went the extra mile for us. There was always snacks and croissants stocked and place was neat and clean at all times and was overall just the best place to stay and do close to the port! We had done so much sight seeing and walking and he was there to drive us to the port so we wouldn't have to walk with all of our luggage. Everything was truly amazing! Thank you!

Erwin was very helpful snd communicated consistently. The room was comfortable and very clean. The address wad difficult to find after a long flight and train trip and we did not completely understand that there is absolutely no staff during the day or night.

Our hosts were very accommodating with an early check in and a late check out. The premises were spotless and well maintained. Food for breakfast was bountiful. Please note hosts need to be contacted 15 minutes before arrival as no one on site. 2 flights of stairs to reach unit in building but our host helped me with my luggage

First of all the location is not a hotel, is an apartment or something like that , but is a private property with no one around. The check in time doesn’t make sense , having a deadline for check in is just insane . If you know that you are in a location where tourist are coming around there shouldn’t be an specific frame time if you are on market as a hotel, also there should be a responsible person able to take care of clients. No calls answered after like maybe 15 or so, not even the next day . If you don’t know how to deal with this type of business do everyone a favor and do not rent your property lying and make it sound is a hotel because is not. Do Airbnb instead. Make people & tourist have a hard time shouldn’t be on your check list.

Erwin was incredibly kind, helpful and such a gracious host. We stayed twice during our visit, once when arriving before our cruise, and upon our return for a night before heading to the airport. We wished we had more time to stay and would definitely return.

The hosts were lovely and really welcoming and helpful. The room was huge and nice. Really convenient for the port. The walk from the train station in the heat with my luggage was a trek so I’d probably get a taxi next time. There is quite a lot of noise from local bars at night and you can hear the other guest clearly so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. I would definitely recommend staying here for a night if you’re getting a cruise.

Nice house with a very sincere host. The kitchen is like a free mini bar. Less than ten minutes walk to the cruise shuttle bus station. Market just a few minutes away. Nice restaurants are also in close vicinity. Great!

I had hard time finding the place, although it's a walkable distance from the train station. The bus shuttle charges 6 euros from the cruise ship to the train station which is less than five minutes. I had to take a taxi who is a crook, he charged me 8 euros for nothing, he didn't even take me to the place. Apart from that the unit is clean and convenient. Nice customer service. Variety of food for breakfast, also for snacks.

The dtairway into the building is a luttle dark and dingy but the unit itself is clean and well naintained and checkin was great. One should be aware that there is a beer house in the same building and live music could be heard until midnight bith nights. Therevis so a neighbour that is proud to display his guitar playing and vocals at night. Lots of restaurants to choose from and shirt walk to the boardwalk.

Mysigt ställe ca 10 min från tågstationen. Vi bodde i rum med ett loft med dubbelsäng. Spiraltrappa till loftet. Gemensamt kök med det andra rummet. Man fixar sin egna frukost men allt finns där. Det är ett fullt utrustat kök om man vill laga egen mat. Väldigt trevligt

We had a great time, the owner allow us to check in earlier, help us with our luggage, he was so nice and helpful, he greet us with a full fridge of snacks, pastries, he has everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable, we will definitely come back for more days, super clean and comfortable.

Not what we expected based on the photos. Metal circular stairs to get up to the sleeping area. Breakfast was make your own, wash and replace any dishes used, a couple of eggs, some milk, yogurt, pastries in sealed plastic bags all of which were of unknown ages. Owner stated when we checked in that he could take us to the port. Upon check out he said he could not transport us because he rides a motor cycle. Supposedly called us a taxi that would arrive in 10 minutes- 30 minutes later no taxi, no one answered the door when we attempted to talk to him. Uber never showed so we had to drag our luggage over cobblestone streets to a depot about a mile or so away to get to the port shuttle. We had no idea where we were going in a strange city. Pay a little more for a nicer place.

Our host met us outside and showed us all the amenities. Everything was perfect. The self serve breakfast was good, and a nice touch. We had forgotten where we were to catch our cruise shuttle. A message to the host, and within a minute he gave us the address. Our whole time at sessa Strada was perfect.
