Awesome and amazing pool and grill area our 4th was the best ever

Pool was full of ants

The cost of the room was as promised. However, they hit us up with a $90 pet fee for two tiny dogs that behave better than most of their guests. No one told us this when we were price shopping for a pet friendly location.

It has a FIREPIT!!! 😍

The whole hotel itself was very clean, well lit, and was overall a great experience! Breakfast was nice and warm everday, also had a fireplace and a pool, but unfortunately it was only open till 8pm so that was kind of a bummer.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The reason for the low star is because of the fee charged for the dog. Not only was it excessive in my opinion but it wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. With the 90 dollar fee, the room was 269 USD which seems high.

Staff was friendly & welcoming! Room was clean & comfortable! Breakfast was unique & satisfying! Outside fire pit was lovely as well as cookies at check in!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The entire property was very dog-friendly and the staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor fire pit was a nice surprise that we enjoyed very much!

This property allows pets, so that is disgusting. Too loud, babies crying, people running down the halls. Party at pool lasted till after 9:30, pill was suppose to close at 8. A car had its window broken during the night, very unsafe location. Child wanted to swim when pool was suppose to open at 10. The pool was still being cleaned and the person cleaning it wanted the child to wait because he had failed to finish his job on time. It should not be a Hilton, disgrace to the Hiltons name. Breakfast had watery eggs, undercooked bacon, cold coffee. I will never stay in there again.

I’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful. But this little 2 day stay wasn’t what I expected it to be. The pool had a closed sign on it. There was a musty mildew smell on my floor that hit time the elevator doors opened. The sink in the bathroom drained so slow I stopped using it. Housekeeping didn’t service my room at all, luckily I had my own towels. The front desk crew was very helpful and polite. There was a construction crew there remodeling. But over all I would stay there again

The room was spacious and clean with good climate control. The kitchen area was spotless and well stocked. The water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was too soft for our taste. The front desk was not manned neither when we checked in nor out—we had to hunt down a person.

The room was assigned to me smelled like DOGS… for this to be a non smoking room it was terrible .. letting it be pet friendly defeats the purpose of offering a non smoking room .. The room didn’t give clean at all ..

Stay tonight when we arrive we told them that it was here on the bed sheets and they were dirty nobody came we had to change them ourselves ask for housekeeping to come once we left for the day only to get back after a long outing to realize no one came to clean I will not be booking another stay here again

The property was well kept and the room was clean after I dispatched 3 flying bugs about 1/2" long, 1 in the main room and 2 in the bathroom. The breakfast was awful, overripe bananas when peeled had large brown spots in several places. The breakfast sandwiches were rock hard. The only thing I had that was good were the prepackaged muffins.

We’ve stayed at this location several times and the cleanliness and service had gone down. No hand soap or conditioner in the bathroom. No dish soap. White towels were very stained. Floors and doors very dirty. Disappointed to say the least.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel. We fully appreciate a hotel that accommodates pets(as we travel with ours sometimes), however, the cleaning crew need to put more effort into cleaning the rooms. They actually have to change the sheets and maybe even throw out a mattress every once in a while due to the beds smelling of urine. Our whole family woke up the next day wreaking of urine. There are stains all over the room, cabinet doors are falling off. It was absolutely disgusting. There are pretty good options for the breakfast buffet, however we had witnessed the lady who cleans the tables replenish the food with the same exact gloves on. The lady at check in last night was very nice. This property really needs to work on its cleanliness. We will definitely be addressing these matters with corporate, it’s was all so unacceptable.

Great place to stay...very clean

Everything was good until I got to sleep. It sounded like someone in the room above me was either running or playing all night. That was very disturbing and ruined the stay.

Great place with everything you need. Love the spacious rooms and the convenience of the refrigerator and microwave/sink. Wish the pool had stayed open a bit later for the kids but was great overall and great staff

The toilet ran constantly and it "whistled" as it was filling back up. The lid was also loose. The kitchenette was great. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good with several items to choose from. I thought it was a little overpriced compared to other hotels.

Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you could hear the people above us walking and running back and forth. When I called down to the front desk at 10:30pm the desk person said that she was the only one working and she couldn’t go up to investigate. She said “she would try to call up and get them to quiet down”. Needless to say, the noise didn’t die down until about midnight. During check out when they asked me about my stay I said it was a terrible experience. No apologies were offered.Would NOT recommend this place.

Horrible, the people up above us kept us up all night, sounded like a heard of cattle, stomping, then they were up at 6am woke us up again I actually called and complained. Then as I checked out they said oh there were 4 children above you. Really who puts 4 kids on the 4th floor! And it’s definitely NOT sound proof. We we’re coming back Sunday.. I don’t think so they did off anything to fix except to tell them to be quiet. It wasn’t there fault it was front desk not putting family on bottom floor or no one below them .. terrible experience

Second stay here, first stay was excellent. Spent 1600.00 on three rooms for three days. Last night of our stay the front desk for some reason provide access to one of the rooms to a new guest at approximately 11:00 pm. My daughter and her family had been booked in the room since our arrival. Fortunately they the dead bolt and safety stop otherwise a random person could have accessed their room. After explaining to the person trying to access her room that there were people already in the room she made contact with the front desk which relayed to her that there was no record of her being in the room or even being booked into the hotel. Never did the person at the front desk make an attempt at an apology. They left that night because they did not feel safe in the hotel. I have since tried to make contact on three different occasions with the manager to try to be compensated for the inconvenience of the one night. Five days later no response. I personally spoke to the person at the desk that night and they had no idea my daughter had been booked into that room, I also left instructions for the manger to call me. I am only left to believe that they do not consider guest safety a priority. They are fortunate that they did not get an unsuspecting guest shot. I would expect a more professional response from a Hiton based property. To be awakened at 11:00 pm by someone trying to access your room when you have two young children ages 5 and 7 is inexcusable.

The facility was wonderful and the staff was very professional and helpful. I had a medical episode and the staff and manager were quick to react getting me the help I needed. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Left Indiana from a funeral! Stopped in Cullman and there was an issue at that hotel with lights and electricity having to be off for a long period of time and the lady was so kind there to tell us about this one. Wish I remembered her name. We got to this hotel around nine and James was incredible. Wet kind and heartfelt regarding the death in our family. He took care of us quickly and effectively! We have marked this hotel and will be back again.

I wouldn't send my dog here. They charged me for the night after cancelling my room because they kept claiming my card was declining before I even made it to check in. Then their workers wanted to be unruly and disorderly.

We had a bad experience when checking in.The last who checked us in was not very nice.O told her we have reservations and have her mi name.She is looking at the computer and kept talking to the guy who was already there when we came in.She wasn’t checking him.They talked about someone who they knew.She just kept talking to him.I asked the lady if she could just go ahead and checked us us so we can go to our room.We were tired.I explained to her that we’ve been on tje road for 12 hours and we are ready to hit the bed.She said the computer is slow so that’s why she is talking to that guy while waiting for computer to work.She knew I was irritated listening to their conversation.She said there’s nothing she can do.My point is she should have explai To me that she is waiting for her computer to come on the screen instead of kept talking to that guy.She finally got the computer to work and it declined my credit card and my husband submitted another one and it’s declined too and all she said “declined”.Finally the other lady sitting nest to her told her to keep trying because it happened to her the day before with another customer and she did few times and it got approved.We told her we used our card with gas and food before we checked in and we didn’t have problem.It was a stressful check in.

All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We are especially grateful to the cleaning team: we left something in our room when we checked out, and one of the employees rushed to catch us in the parking lot to return it.

The check in process could have gone better. I was billed for the room again after already having paid Expedia. When I asked why I was being charged again another employee told me that it was just a deposit. After seeing how much the charge was I went back down and spoke to the employee who told me it was just a deposit. She looked into the problem and saw that I was indeed charged twice. The problem was quickly resolved. The only other complaint I have is that the folks working here seem more concerned with their smoke breaks than taking care of the customers. I had to wait for them to get back from their smoke break and saw several other customers having to do the same. Also, they should find a better place to take their smoke breaks away from where the customers are hanging out. Right beside the fire pit/patio area doesn't seem like a great place to smoke when kids are around.

Upon checking in the lady at the front was rude and obnoxious when I tried to check in. Said my room wasn’t paid for when it most certainly was. And argued with me about it. And also said my company card was declined for incidentals but when I used my personal card it worked just fine. Then this morning the cleaning staff opened my room door and tried coming into my room as I was taking a shower. Which is extremely rude considering I have two more hours till check out.

Room was nice with plenty of room. We stayed for a softball tournament and it’s close to everything.

My room was clean. I felt safe in the area. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.

Nice quiet area. Hotel has a private drive all by itself. So many food options and shopping down the hill from the hotel. Customer service was great and rooms were nice and clean.

Vicky greeted me when I arrived and was so nice! We chatted a little and then she texted me later to see if everything was OK. Super nice people and great location.

The room was good. Clean and functional. The AM breakfast was inadequate. We went down at 7am to have breakfast and many items were gone. No eggs, no bacon, very limited selection of other items. Overall poor. No one maintaining the food area so it was not clean from spills and empty food dishes. Poor service. Front desk is 5 feet away and was unconcerned.

what a shame that this nice of a property couldn't have a fully stocked breakfast for its SOLD OUT weekend. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again. What is the point of nice plates and utensils if there is no breakfast to be served on them? They absolutely would NOT restock the breakfast. Not sure if they didn't have anymore or just no staff to do it. I would blame on poor management.
