This was a last minute booking, on arrival the property looked very nice (tidy gardens, no litter) good size carpark that was free! EV chargers available and a Costa coffee next door. Booking in was in the Pub, which was a nice, clean looking place. On the whole it was a nice stay.

Large spacious clean room, lots of electrical outlets, usb ports. Good shower, comfortable bed.Free parking. Pub a few meters away still got a good nights sleep. Didn’t eat in the pub but menu looked good and the staff were friendly.

A modern room that was very comfortable. Lots of parking. Food is available in the in the PaisleyPear which does involve going outside to reach. Plenty of car parking. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Convenient location, comfortable room but could have been cleaned more thoroughly, air conditioning restricted to 19c. Good onsite restaurant for evening meals, continental buffet breakfast choice was a little limited. Fine for a couple of nights stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy. Check in was a little confusing as to where the actual check in desk was, other customers were also unsure. Bathroom floor was uneven and not great for myself who is disabled, it felt like it was sinking by the bath.

I have noticed since staying here a year ago that the place is showing it’s age. In the bathroom there was a non functioning loo roll holder that hadn’t been removed in the bedroom the carpets could do with a deep clean ..not just a hoover and the windowsill was sticky. All in all it just needs some TLC Service with a smile tho and an easy checking in process too This hotel is a great asset to Brackley and hope to see standards kept up to what they were when it first opened

Very pleasant hotel. Comfortable bed and good amount of space in the room. We requested an iron anc ironing board and got it straight away. The hotel is in a great location Only downside is the WiFi is very poor.

Excellent for the price. Glad it was away from the main pub which seems popular at weekend. Wi-Fi was an issue in the room and worked better in the pub. Not feasible on a laptop in rush hour.

The staff were friendly and the food was good basic pub grub. Service was good. The room was clean and had coffee and tea making facilities and plenty of sockets for chargers etc. The only real downside was the air conditioning which was not working and this caused us to have a very bad nights sleep as it was pretty hot and humid. Air conditioning is clearly advertised on their website but even though we turned it on in the room there was no cold air coming out. My guess is they turn it off to save money. We had to open the window which would only open a couple of inches which was not adequate unfortunately. We’d had a long hot day at an event and we were looking forward to a good nights rest in a cool room. Therefore we’ve had to knock off a couple of stars as we hardly slept and had to be up early for work the next morning.

One night stay between family members , meeting midway between our homes . Modern and pleasant with lots of easy parking very near the M1 And constant thundering traffic . But the room was cool , air conditioned , quiet and very clean .

Reception for the hotel is inside the pub, so if you're trying to check in you have to get through the pub/restaurant clientele waiting to be seated at the entrance. (Not clearly enough signposted at door entrance I felt). Hotel room itself was basic but clean. Ok for an overnight stay.

Room was lovey and clean and beds were comfortable. Food in the restaurant was nice and the staff were all friendly. Only negative is for breakfast there was 1 lady doing everything so we waited 30 mins for our food order to be taken and then the continental buffet was all running very low as she was just to busy trying to do it all

We always stay at the Paisley pear when visiting family . However this time was dreadful . Room clean as normal but he’s staff made up our mind never to stay again . When it came to 11.39 at night several staff thought it funny to gang around the car park and swear , women exposing the breasts , sweating and shorting off to male staff . This went on 01.25am ish . Shocking behaviour . When we spoke to reception in the morning her first response was his to you know it was our staff . Dash cam clearly caught staff in the uniform and the goings on . My partner made them aware and not even an opology . Shocking . We stayed the second night because we had paid fortunately it didn’t happen that night .

We stayed here to look after our grandson whilst his parents went to a wedding. We had an evening meal here on the Friday & Saturday night which was absolutely delicious. The service from ALL the staff was top class and very friendly. The menu choice was great and was lots of smaller items for our grandson for us to choose from. We had breakfast 2 mornings and again the choice and value for money was great. I would particularly like to give a BIG shout out to Hannah, who arranged for a room swap and was soooo attentive at breakfast time, she was great with our 1 year old grandson and nothing was a problem. Always smiling and cheerful. All the other staff we came into contact with were also amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. We go to Silverstone, and in future this is where we will be staying. Look forward to seeing everyone soon. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality. 5*

Ideal for what we were looking for which was a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location to the Milton Keynes National Bowl (approx 30 mins drive) and ability to check in late. Across the road from a late night petrol station and M&S simple food so somewhere to grab a late night snack. Room was spacious and very cool when we checked in, maybe even a little too cool but warmed up after adjusting room temperature. There were some small finishing touches that could be improved upon, e.g. replenishing the hand wash, replacing the tv remote control batteries as it was was barely operable, and replacing the broken toilet roll holder fitting, although we would have addressed these if we’d arrived earlier and if we were staying longer.

Perfectly convenient if you're attending any event at Silverstone. Comfy beds, AC in the rooms and a great shower. Breakfast is varied and very reasonably priced. The village of Brackley is very quiet but has a few pubs and dining options, within a 20 min walk from the hotel (if you don't want to drive).

2 day stayover for work. Hotel is good, festive menu was good. Breakfast service is very poor. Chef needs to go back to cokkery school and the quality of the ingredients is low, mushrooms uncooked, black pudding under cooked, sausages/ beans tasteless and scrambled egg rubbery

Hotel was nice WiFi was terrible and not much 5g at the top end of Brackley , went to get dinner on Saturday night at 2100 hours and the kitchen was closed but on there web site it did say the kitchen closed at 2200 hours so was a bit disappointed, the room was nice and clean and had a bath food was nice the first night and breakfast was also very nice compliments to the chefs
