I booked a very last minute reservation while driving from LA heading to Tucson and I’m very glad we stopped by and chose this hotel. The check in was very smooth and the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. My toddlers wanted to check out the pool and he gave us the room closer. The room was actually very spacious and my toddlers were so happy! The common area such as pool/jacuzzi, dining area and gym are very clean and it was actually very nice for the price we paid for. The pool was even heated and I wasn’t expecting it at all. Bonus! They even got comp breakfast with hot items including omelets and 2 different flavored waffles (plain and cinnamon) and we couldn’t be happier! We are so satisfied and will definitely be back if we ever drive to the direction again in the future. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay… very relaxing and comfortable beds. The pool and Jacuzzi were in great condition and clean! Except the breakfast, about 8 guests including myself arrived to the breakfast area about 15 mins before closing their doors and there wasn’t enough breakfast items.

We are incredibly sad by this hotel stay. The room was filthy and didn’t seem to get the last look to make sure there was no left over food from previous guests. Hair in the bath tub was the absolute worst. I will never stay here again. We wanted some kind of a refund or compensation but they said no hotel.com would have to handle that. If you stay here bring your own cleaning supplies to clean your whole room first. Yuck.

The property seemed newly refurbished & we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to find, right off the interstate. It is conveniently located in close proximity (about 30 minutes) to the south entrance of Joshua Tree. As we were leaving, we discovered several nearby gas stations and also noticed there is a Walmart nearby (within half a mile, on the same road). Check-in was seamless; staff was courteous, even providing us with a list of nearby restaurants to choose from. The room was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was a large walk-in and the water pressure was great. We appreciated the restroom sliding door - as opposed to the hinged-type doors - as it helped us reduce the need to try and squeeze past each other in the hallway (can not say the same about the previous hotel we stayed in). There was lots of storage space in the room, an automatic nightlight that came on in the restroom, and the room was fairly quiet for being so close to the interstate. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Thee breakfast options were on-par, if not slightly better, to other hotel breakfast buffets (including eggs, meat, toast/bread selection, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruits, cereal, and a waffle station with fixins). We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to the area.

Stayed here for Stagecoach festival! Friendly staff & very accommodating :) the area felt safe as a single traveler. Room was a king suite, very spacious & clean. Bed was super comfortable. Shuttle Buses for the festival stop here so it was super easy to get to & from! Dinning options & stores near hotel area too. The pool area was nice too! Overall great experience here I would definitely stay here again.

Very surprised—the property looked new, but the thermostat was practically hanging off the wall, there wasn’t much vent airflow in the bathroom, and there were no extra pillows (and none for the pullout couch) provided in the room. Overall, the room overall took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature. Also, the shower pressure was extremely low. But the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Never have I arrived at a hotel where the front doors are locked. The instructions were to use the phone for assistance, it rang and rang but no one ever picked up. When the night clerk eventually showed up he brought an unacceptable attitude.

Very nice quiet and clean facility. Unfortunately the check in was not friendly at all nor the problem they were having. As I entered the Lovby no one greeted me , the agent was on the phone but not conversating , almost like he was on Hild, and still did not acknowledge my presence not knowing what was going on. Apparently there system was down prior to my arrival and waited 45 min to check in. We were tied and wanted to rest, but I understood the situation they had going on at that moment. Not complaining at all the place was emasculate clean smelled good , and we enjoyed our stay. Thee only thing bad I would say is Staff should greet the CUSTOMER or CUSTOMERS when walking in to the lobby to check in or acknowledge that person in there LOBBY.

Excepcional service , Raphael greeted us with a smile. He was very friendly and attentive. We had told him we hadnt had dinner and quickly he gave us óptions close by and offered us a coupon TexasRoadhouse. Breakfast was 5/10 , they should have prepared for a big group. Not much options, Oatmeal toppings were not fresh.

Room was very clean. Was there for 3 days. Was told maid service was done every other day. Which it was never done even after I went to front desk in a kind understanding attitude. Was told that they would accommodate our request. Service never showed up. Other than that our stay was OK.

Our stay was pleasant enough, although the towels were a bit rough for my taste. Also the water temperature in the shower was just luke warm on some days. I appreciated that oatmeal was offered at breakfast, but at opening time, it was never fully cooked/heated. I had to take my bowl to the microwave in the lobby and heat it up for a minute.

the hotel was amazingly easy to find. Close to a Walmart just in case you need a last minute item. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate. The room was spacious, clean and roomy. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of options. Overall, we really liked the facility.

Everything is good except their coffee. I wish they would change it to a better one coz what they have is water down even though it’s says dark coffee, it’s nice to start your day with good coffee! Overall it’s a nice place.
