Das Personal war wie immer in Indien hilfsbereit und sehr fleißig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist der Pool auf dem Dach wo das Baden am Abend besonders Spaß macht wegen der Aussicht.

We arrived several hours early & the staff stored our luggage whilst we used the pool (sun was out/had pool to our selves: fab!). Room was superb/beds really comfortable. Our dinner & breakfast were amazing: great value & the buffets had everything! Could not fault the place. Very attentive staff.

The property is excellent. Rooms are spacious. Service is first class too. Location is close to the airport. Gym space is good though equipment is limited. Breakfast has good variety though I couldn't fathom how a 5 star doesn't have sprouts in it. Overall I recommend staying there.

From arrival to departure the service from the staff was exceptional. Special mention goes to Ashfaq at the front desk who handled our arrival efficiently and was able to check a group of 10 of us early after a long journey to Mumbai. There was excellent choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were spotless and all amenities were available. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access by road and rail from the airport.

I was booked 4 nights and each morning that I landed for breakfast it was just the same no variety like other 5 star hotels, even the fruits were the same. The spa was ok, but the strange thing is if u book a massage and if we get held in traffic or some other work the massage is not postponed it's charged. The room allotted to me was in a dirty condition, the linen was dirty with stains all over and the bathroom was dirty. I had reached early morning and check in time was 3 noon however since I was out I got allotted the room at 10 in the night.

The only unique selling point of this hotel is the distance to Terminal 2 of Mumbai airport. Otherwise it's just a standard business hotel. Asked for quiet room but got allocated one facing the metro, road and airport so it was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Yes, I know noise is an issue in most places in India. Rooms are new but its form over functionality. Why have a wet shower area right next to bath - so you can slip? Hard work trying to find switch to close blind in shower window. Air conditioning and fan could not be turned off so it was freezing at 20C with blast of cold air - had to call engineer to switch it off at the plant room. Madness. Buffet dining - choice was okay but could be better especially for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good though. Would I stay again? Only if I had to catch a flight and price was lower.

A decent hotel but not givren to disclosures. I was given a room which was vibrating (actually) and decibel level was close to 200. Of course, the hotel has deaf people on its payroll as none of them acknowledged the sound level...but offered to change my room to another floor - soundless at that. All this was happenning at midnight. A whole night wasted as I was travelling abroad the next day and could not get any rest inspite of paying more than $100.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Stayed here 4 nights. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, our only complaint was our air conditioner may have not been functioning the best as our room was very humid and there was a bit of a mildew odor that wasn’t present in the rest of the hotel. In hindsight, I regret not speaking up about it. As the days progressed, it irritated me more. Breakfast was good. Location was great. I would recommend staying here but insist on a room with better AC.

This one is major surprise. A brilliant room totally worth the money. Perfect value for money with ideal location to the airport. The room I had was on 8th floor and it was really good. The bed, shower and sheer space in the room was great. Definitely would stay here again. The staff are also very nice. What I had for breakfast was little disappointing but having only spent one night here, I wouldn’t want to knock the breakfast down that much as I didn’t have the chance to try the other dishes. Apart from the airport nearby, there isn’t much great attractions in the nearby vicinity.

Modern rooms, not sure why you can look straight into the bathroom from the bedroom area through a clear glass wall. Not ideal when sharing with my dad. Luckily we noticed and brought the screen down although it was not obvious how to do it. Also does everything need to be on your phone, the room key? What then happens if your battery runs out. 🙈

The rooms were excellent, breakfast good and the staff friendly. Am only marking it down because it was so noisy. There was a wedding late in the evening with music so loud the bedroom windows were rattling (and we were 5 floors below the wedding party). Other than that a good stay

Property was great , staff all pleasant helpful. Having upgraded our room, we were disappointed that we could hear banging @ 11pm. Phoned reception who said they were doing a setup and the banging would stop, which it did just after midnight only to woken at 1:30am & 3:30am.

We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had lot of options. Room was nice and comfortable. Though metro Station is across street, rooms were noise proofs and never had any noise. Our only problem was, we had to wait more than 2 hour for check-in and getting our room ready.

Was a good experience, check out was a little slow, fellow resident jumped in front of me in the line, there should be few employees to make sure that it doesn’t happen, or there should be express check out via app….. Also check in was slow…. I suppose there is no mannered way to check in , there should be designated makings on the floor to have proper line…

At first it was the room and outstanding food and service, but then the unthinkable happened. Emirates airlines refused my ticket without a new fit to fly after seeing a medical doctor during my travels. Even though a clinic stamp and talking to my doctor wasn't enough without and official form.The hotel let me check out again and helped me in every way.

Lovely hotel! Very close to the international airport so that’s a plus. Outside main road is busy but once you’re in the hotel, there is no noise and it’s bliss. Good food and friendly staff. Cleanliness is excellent.
