The property was well decorated and warm with heating still on at the end of April. Rooms were not huge but ample with comfortable bed. Bathroom generous with bath and power shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a delight. Cereal,fresh fruit and cooked breakfast that was cooked beautifully....not greasy in any way. Toast and preserves. Owners and staff were charming and very helpful with any requests. We needed decaf tea and Gillian was happy to oblige. On site parking or roadside. The property is 15 minute walk to the cliffs passing to pubs with food and 5 minutes from 4 other pubs in the village. Monday and Tuesday only 1 of the pubs did food though. Bus to Bridlington 1 minute walk away. All in all superb.
