What we liked: The view Comfortable beds The bottle of bubbly, and toilet rolls etc. left for us What was not so good: - The bed in the smallest room had not been made up and there was no bedding available to enable me to make it. I tried to call the Housekeeping Team using the number in the handbook but it said the number was unavailable. I eventually managed to speak to Julie at Dart Valley Cottages and although Julie did manage to sort out the issue in the end, I did feel as though I was the inconvenience which was a little disappointing! We were given sheets later that day and I made up the bed myself - there was no offer for anyone to make it. - The shower in the upstairs bathroom is very difficult to use as you cannot stand up in the bath due to the ceiling sloping - It looked as though the floor under the sofas hadn't been cleaned in a while (I wasn't on my hands and knees looking but you could see the detritus from the opposite seats) - The floor of the bunk bed room was not particularly clean - I was unable to open the window in the smallest room - this would be a real issue in hot weather - The floor mats in the main living area have no grips on the bottom and were very slippery and potentially dangerous
