It's a really small room with a weird set up, but was great for what I wanted - a good sleep! Reception was very welcoming. Room was clean and well maintained. Shared bathroom and shower - didn't use the shower, bathroom was clean and well equipted.

Stayed in female only 6 dormitory, very good, clean, very comfortable. Very cheap accommodation, very modern. Bathrooms lovely & modern with rainfall showers! Lots of hot water. And lounge area is very good, phone charging area, sofas. Water machine, cold, room or hot. Laundry room, $7 for 5kg washing & drying, very good! Really enjoyed the location, 10 mins to Bugis train station. Lots of food options nearby. %Arabica a must for a great coffee, Arab Street, few minutes walk. Staff, amazing communication 100% prior to arrival, Charles was great! Check in, lady was very good (sorry didn't note name) very modern by computer & card access, very secure to room & front door after 11pm. Check out with Jiada was very good. He's a great employee, polite, friendly & very helpful. Especially when I couldn't open shoe locker. As no indoor shoes, slippers provided. A great place to stay! The room, bathroom, shower room, and lounge are all clean. In the morning, when I went to the bathroom, the staff was meticulously cleaning. When he finished, he greeted me with "Have a nice day," which made me very happy. The lounge is spacious, with power outlets and a water dispenser, making it very comfortable. I will definitely use it again!

First time to stay in a capsule hotel. A bit tough not to disturb other guests sleeping in the afternoon or in the evening.

Staff here is great. The bed is comfortable. I appreciate the handicapped accomadations in the CR. The hotel is close to great food options.

Dit hotel ligt vlakbij kampong glam in een gezellige wijk. 2 persoonskamer heel netjes, gedeelde badkamer heel netjes met heerlijke regendouche. Service aan de balie super vriendelijk, vooral Michael heeft ons goed geholpen met reserveren van een taxi naar de airport. Wij vonden Singapore geweldig

Stayed 5 nights in July '25. PROS: Good location,on a quiet road,near a few restaurants,and about 20 mins'walk to/from the Lavender MRT station. You get a card to access lift AND bedroom. I stayed in a private bedroom on the 1st floor(called 2nd floor here),a bit small but clean,excellent mattress & duvet.Air con.Safe box.Sockets with USB ports.Kettle.Wi-fi. Toilets/showers(non en-suite)are great,they are little rooms,once inside you lock the door and you have shower/toilet/sink all for you,without people going in and out.These rooms were clean,too.Shower gel is provided. The reception personnel is overall ok,I liked Nurul & Maggie,they are nice & easy to talk to. A cold water dispenser is provided in the dorms area. There is a spacious seating area by the reception. There are dorms located on the ground floor(called 1st floor here). Luggage storage is available on check-out,located out of sight next to the reception. There's a vending machine in front of the hotel,where you can get much needed cold drinks like teas,coffees,water,etc. CONS: The passport registration on arrival is a bit robotic, it detracts from personal contact. There are no stairs to go to the privates,lift only. Although a kettle is provided in the single rooms,there was no tea/coffee,you have to bring your own.There was no fridge,either. In the bathrooms,the sink spout cannot be moved left of right,ok to wash your hands,but hard to wash your face. The bedroom doors easily slam when closed,making noise.

Very spacious room. Good room to shower ratio. Nice little lounge where drinking water is provided. Only wish we would have been told when checking in how to turn on the hot water. Thankfully it wasn't it's never really too cold for a cold shower in Singapore.

Checking in was fast, I was able to chat with Charles at the front desk and he was very personable. I stayed in a 6 mixed dorm. It was quiet , clean. Showers and washroom were very clean and well maintained.

Firstly, all the staff are personable and professional. Especially my support from John. Lovely! Dream Chaser is a concept hotel with a variety of options. There are dorms, with a very comfortable sitting room. There are private rooms with five shared bathrooms. And, I was told one room with ensuite. The rooms are decorated and furnished minimally, but well. Room 2007, where I stayed has no outdoor space. The bed would be better as a single, rather than a queen. The remaining 3m square is limited and claustrophobic. I clambered over the bed to open the window. I realise it is shuttered as people/workers have access to the roof. My towels could not dry in the room. When I returned, and when I woke up there was the 'odour' of wet laundry. With a single bed one could 'periodically' open the window. Hooks would allow one to hang the towels. It would be less claustrophobic. The bathrooms are excellent, however, they rely on the hotel guests being polite. At one point I passed a guy peeing with the door wide open. Although I understand the owner may not wish to have 'rules', a respectful sign may be necessary. Potentially this is a great residence. The colonial style I loved... the colours are elegant and stylish. The quality is good. The ambience moodfull. Calm. I suggest if you can, book the one ensuite room!

It was ok the air-conditioning. The bathrooms are awful. No proper shampo and body shampo. I was disgusted from the bathroom

The room was a bit small but very clean and modern. It was close to two mrt stations which was very convenient for sightseeing. The only thing is that they should give the bathrooms a bit of a deeper clean. But overall it was a great place to stay.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour de 12 jours chez eux. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. La propreté du lieu est très bonne. Surtout en plein Arab Street. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

全体的には清潔でスタッフも親切で何も言うことはありません。　ベッドか低反発で柔らかいので腹筋がないと色々と動くのは少し難しいくらいでした。

They were not willing to refund me for an honest mistake, not realizing that they had only had 1 room available for booking. They could reimbursed me but they didn't. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless your traveling broke.

3泊しました。 MRTの駅までは徒歩10分程度。 観光するには良い場所です。 3日目に清掃が入った時にドアが閉まり切ってなく 戻ってきたら空いていました。 手動でドアを閉めない限り空いたままになります。

Located in little Arab Town area in Singapore. Super convenient and safe area for walking. is expensive but unfortunately it is what it is.

Der erste Eindruck war okay, die Zimmer sind deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern. Es gab kaum Möglichkeit zur Ablage. Alles lag auf dem Boden. Das galt auch für die Matratze, ein Bett gab es nicht, was den Geruch vllt erklärt. Unser Zimmer hat moderig gerochen. Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel aber nicht gut. Die Bäder waren dafür geräumig und machten einen saubereren Eindruck als die Zimmer. Die Moschee in der Nähe ist sehr laut und nervig. Ansonsten war die Lage gut. MRT in der Nähe und viele Frühstücks- und Barangebote.

The hostel is posh and clean. Hostel staff is really helpful. (Shoutout to Mardie) The location is a bit of a walk though from the MRT station. But, the location is great for nightlife, lots of food places and history.

Nothing special no breakfast availability no bar service so minimum possibilities. The whole place was very clean. Which is really good. Location also nice.

This hostel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive – truly some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The cleanliness throughout the hostel was impeccable, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was a bit worried about staying in a 7-bed dorm, but it turned out to be great. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I slept very well! The shared bathroom was modern and very clean too, which was a big plus. Also the surrounding area (Arabic area) was a very nice place to go out for dining. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. It’s a great choice!

初のカプセルホテルだったが、綺麗でおしゃれ。バス停からも近く、観光のメイン場所にも近い。 スタッフも親切。 観光メインで寝るだけの目的だったり、一泊程度なら、特に問題なく過ごせると思う。
