These are the facts. Was not told the complementary breakfast was only for 2 adults until we went for breakfast. Dialing zero for assistance doesn’t work. The only number we where able to get to answer was house keeping. First night there at the Cafe’ went to order and half of what we wanted wasn’t available. Ok we found alternatives off the extremely limited menu. Next day tried the other choice and the same thing happened. Literally half the menu isn’t available. Usually when you sit down and the waiter offers water it’s free. Not here. 90pesos each. Checkout takes forever as they inspect the room before you can leave. Supposedly we stained a hand towel. Ok maybe. But we waited 45 minutes and then still had to ask if they where finished. And when we asked the attendance pulled the paperwork from under the counter. Kind of shady. 333pesos for a hand towel. Pretty exact and expensive. The pools are nice. Beach leaves something to be desired. We didn’t do any water sports as we didn’t have time. It’s a one lane street to get there that is usually very busy. But spend some time and you can eat somewhere else for much less. The house keeping staff is fast and polite. Very nice and relaxing place - with many different pool alternatives to pick from. Very accommodating staff as well as good food and drinks. Please note that this is a gated community, so you are a bit trapped in the hotel area (and the area outside the hotel is very underdeveloped, but still felt safe).

The pool is really pretty. There are various kinds of pools, so you can enjoy a variety of them. All the staff are kind, too. It's under construction, but I can't hear the noise when I'm playing in the pool. If you're staying in the room, you can hear the noise. I recommend you to try pizza in the resort. The unfortunate thing was that the water pressure was weak, so it was uncomfortable to take a shower. It's okay if the air conditioner temperature is set low, but it's cold, so it smells a little high. I think we need to clean the air conditioner filter. We made a mistake, but the cocktail we drank for Happy Hour seemed to be priced as it is. But if I go to Cebu next time, I'm thinking of staying again. I had a great time.

Curbs are cracked and missing large chunks or stone that need repairing. The pools were designed without surface water skimmers so nothing is filtered that doesn't sink to the bottom of the pool or removed manually. Food was excellent at both restaurants!

2틀 묵었고 신혼여행인데 아주 만족스러운 청결,방음,뷰 좋았습니다 벌레한마리 못봤고 다소 침대가 좀작지만 있으만하고 조식 좀 부실한데 먹을만합니다 보완이 진짜 궁궐수준이네요 수영장 꼭가시고 투어안하고 하루종일 있길 추천해요 단점: 구석이다보니 그랩잘안잡힘,수압약하고 샤워필터가져가서 썼는데 갈색으로 바뀜 외 없음 직원들 다친절하고 좋아요

喫煙所が1箇所しかなく、部屋から相当歩かないとない。クイーンベットをリクエストしていたが初めの1日はシングルベッドを提供された。次の日にクイーンベットの部屋に変更してくれたが、交渉しなければならなかった。食べ物はバリエーションが少なく、あまり美味しくない。値段とあまりつり合わないと感じる。

A lot of my stay was excellent, and it would have been 5 stars given all the personal touches. Unfortunately, I was price-gouged for a lid to a pot that I accidentally broke. I was charged $50 (after talking them down from $85) to replace an $18 pot (I looked up the price). It was already heavily scratched... Also, I would strongly recommend they extend the pool bar hours well into the night. It was wildly popular compared to the actual bar, but it shut down way too early when there were still bar patrons. They should also sell drinks and snacks in the lobby (dried fruit from Cebu, cookies, nuts, literally anything) 24 hours a day. I would find myself waking up craving a midnight snack or just wanting something simple to bring to the beach. Given how locked down the property is, a mini convenience store or even a simple vending machine is necessary.

Overall a good resort at the price. Friendly and nice staff. Good food and swimming pool. However the way to the swimming pool from building A was too inconvenient since they didnt seem to allow guests to pass through the shortcut. Also they seem to check guest's room number everytime you pass the first floor of your building which was weird since you have to go through it all day.

A lot of my stay was excellent, and it would have been 5 stars given all the personal touches. Unfortunately, I was price-gouged for a lid to a pot that I accidentally broke. I was charged $50 (after talking them down from $85) to replace an $18 pot (I looked up the price). It was already heavily scratched... Also, I would strongly recommend they extend the pool bar hours well into the night. It was wildly popular compared to the actual bar, but it shut down way too early when there were still bar patrons. They should also sell drinks and snacks in the lobby (dried fruit from Cebu, cookies, nuts, literally anything) 24 hours a day. I would find myself waking up craving a midnight snack or just wanting something simple to bring to the beach. Given how locked down the property is, a mini convenience store or even a simple vending machine is necessary.

These are the facts. Was not told the complementary breakfast was only for 2 adults until we went for breakfast. Dialing zero for assistance doesn’t work. The only number we where able to get to answer was house keeping. First night there at the Cafe’ went to order and half of what we wanted wasn’t available. Ok we found alternatives off the extremely limited menu. Next day tried the other choice and the same thing happened. Literally half the menu isn’t available. Usually when you sit down and the waiter offers water it’s free. Not here. 90pesos each. Checkout takes forever as they inspect the room before you can leave. Supposedly we stained a hand towel. Ok maybe. But we waited 45 minutes and then still had to ask if they where finished. And when we asked the attendance pulled the paperwork from under the counter. Kind of shady. 333pesos for a hand towel. Pretty exact and expensive. The pools are nice. Beach leaves something to be desired. We didn’t do any water sports as we didn’t have time. It’s a one lane street to get there that is usually very busy. But spend some time and you can eat somewhere else for much less. The house keeping staff is fast and polite. Actually all the staff is polite. Just crappy policies in my opinion. All the pools but 1 close at 5pm. I will never return here. But take this and decide for yourself. This was cheaper than others and it shows. Also the spa was closed from the tropical storm 2 years ago.

2틀 묵었고 신혼여행인데 아주 만족스러운 청결,방음,뷰 좋았습니다 벌레한마리 못봤고 다소 침대가 좀작지만 있으만하고 조식 좀 부실한데 먹을만합니다 보완이 진짜 궁궐수준이네요 수영장 꼭가시고 투어안하고 하루종일 있길 추천해요 단점: 구석이다보니 그랩잘안잡힘,수압약하고 샤워필터가져가서 썼는데 갈색으로 바뀜 외 없음 직원들 다친절하고 좋아요

Curbs are cracked and missing large chunks or stone that need repairing. The pools were designed without surface water skimmers so nothing is filtered that doesn't sink to the bottom of the pool or removed manually. Food was excellent at both restaurants!

喫煙所が1箇所しかなく、部屋から相当歩かないとない。クイーンベットをリクエストしていたが初めの1日はシングルベッドを提供された。次の日にクイーンベットの部屋に変更してくれたが、交渉しなければならなかった。食べ物はバリエーションが少なく、あまり美味しくない。値段とあまりつり合わないと感じる。

The pool is really pretty. There are various kinds of pools, so you can enjoy a variety of them. All the staff are kind, too. It's under construction, but I can't hear the noise when I'm playing in the pool. If you're staying in the room, you can hear the noise. I recommend you to try pizza in the resort. The unfortunate thing was that the water pressure was weak, so it was uncomfortable to take a shower. It's okay if the air conditioner temperature is set low, but it's cold, so it smells a little high. I think we need to clean the air conditioner filter. We made a mistake, but the cocktail we drank for Happy Hour seemed to be priced as it is. But if I go to Cebu next time, I'm thinking of staying again. I had a great time.

Great resort. Booked a 1 bedroom unit. Got lucky with a unit with an amazing view 😍 overlooking the resort nextdoor and the water. Great spit ac units. Great kitchenette. Unit had a new clothes washer... could have used a foldout drying rack though... Resort has amazing pools. Closed quite often for chemicals and cleaning but keeps them amazing. Also a nice private beach. The onsite bar the tipsy dog had live music nightly ... Not the greatest drinks. No air con so a bit warm even at night... prices were quite high to be expected at a resort. The included breakfast was great 👍 started with 3 nights... Ended up extending over a week. Great resort, but definitely get out and see the local bars and clubs.

Took me some time to get towel. Under the heat, I was 🤔 told to get the towel from the life guard but didn't specify where. We went to go swimming at the beach but lifeguard nowhere to be found. Frustrating 😞

This Resort is gorgeous and affordable. The Architecture is miles ahead the vast majority of competing resorts. The rooms are clean and roomy and have great views. Upgrading to a suite is much more affordable than is normal . But the staff is the best part. The respect and friendly help they give their customers is what makes this place so special. You can stop looking for the best resort in your budget. You found it.
