Clean room. Friendly staff. Super affordable. Pool was nice. Overall a great stay for a night and would definitely return.

The room was so beautiful and clean. The staff very friendly. The pool and hottub were nice. The breakfast was the best!!

Safer for kids as pool closes on time.

My overall stay was great with the exception of finding out at check in that I had to pay per night for parking, this was not indicated as part of the fees on the booking page. As well I drive a full size pick up truck and so I needed to use oversized above ground parking, this was not monitored well at all, on more then one occasion there were mid size and smaller vehicles in the spaces provided (which were not many) and caused issues with parking.

Hyatt Kelowna was great. Only complaint is parking. There is oversized parking up top but it’s very limited. Small cars were always parking there leaving no room for trucks/suvs that were unable to go into the parkade. The hotel doesn’t inforce the parking so it was frustrating and stressful not knowing if we would be able to park.

Clean and comfortable and welcoming after a long drive. Hot tub and gym were great. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms.

Hot tub was under maintenance for the evening which was unfortunate as that was the only time we were able to make use of it.

Stayed for competition, ended up out later than we thought and our only options for food was takeout or room service. Opted for room service, which was amazing! My daughter really enjoyed everything about the stay, my only complaint is the small window needs a darker shade or curtain. Pool was nice and warm, good for little kids and the hot tub was great. Rooms were pretty quiet for being full of hockey players, dancers and other guests.

Seems like a new hotel, clean quite friendly staff. It’s located in mid town Kelowna so is as good as it can be for the convenience of the city. Parking for our Ev truck was just big enough, charging is way over priced for the speed it was charging. Appreciated it being there but needs some attention.

Rooms are updated, bathroom is clean. Can hear some noise from other rooms (doors are loud) but that's to be expected. Parking underground is a bit tricky to navigate.

Rooms were dirty, staff was ok but doesnt look welcoming, too much noise coming inside. Not sure if ill be back.

I gave 3 stars for cleanliness as it was very dusty and my husband is severely allergic to dust. The comforter was off white, it’s due for a wash. Overall was great! Btw, the breakfast was amazing!

It was a terrible experience when we first got the room I checked the bed and it wasn’t clean the sheet has stains under the bed sheets there is black species I don’t know how to explain I have pics I told the guy at the reception to please change the bed sheets and he wanted to know why I told him I left it unfold for y and showed him the pics he did apologized they re made the bed we were so tired just wanted to sleep in our last day I found a bug I wish I took a pic my skin is itching now I don’t know if we got bed bugs or what with the money we paid we deserve a clean room they don’t clean on day two they only changed the sheet no toilet or shower was cleaned the floor is dirty the edge of the walls so dirty I really hope they can do better in cleaning line I wish we left right the way

Everything was very good. The hotel is clean; parking is easy and safe; we found the breakfast better comparing with other hotels (more tasty and better variety of food including salads, fruits and drinks). I recommend this hotel for sure!

Breakfast was a highlight, lobby area is lovely and designed well, and our room was spotless.

Nice hotel, room was spacious . Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help . Breakfast was nice touch , was basic. Did the job, maybe add some muffins , more fresh fruit . The coffee was awful , only option was dark roast which tasted terrible . Need a medium roast coffee. Appreciate the nice ice water at the front . Room was nice , spacious and very quiet. Sorry housekeeping did not do a good job. Asked for room to be cleaned and they only changed the sheets and gave us more towels. Floor was still dirty , washroom was dirty . Dirt on sink and bathtub . You can tell nothing was cleaned in washroom. Disappointed to see a dirty room still . None the less overall I would still stay here again , overall hotel was nice and staff were great ! Please improve housekeeping. That’s very important

We had the buffet breakfast that was a bit better than your average. Beds were comfy, very clean room. Staff was lovely. Our room was a bit noisy from the street but we are from a small town so we aren’t used to that. The temperature and blind controls were great and having a sofa was nice as well. I would come back.

Good location, clean facility, good breakfast. My only complaint was the sagging mattress, otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Noisy thin walls and ceiling but comfortable beds very clean rooms.

It fulfilled our expectations except for the mattress that was way too soft and uncomfortable which created back ache.

Room sound insulation system is very poor, I can clear hear people walking and talking upstairs, kids scream on the hallway. The room door also doesn’t have buffer, next door people open and close their doors at middle of the night frequently, very loud, can’t sleep well. Not recommended for light sleeper.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast buffet has everything you could want, and Hector makes sure your coffee is always topped up. Everyone is courteous and helpfull. Highly recommended.

We had a really good stay here!! The breakfast included was one of the best included breakfasts by far! Everything was clean and well kept. Would stay here again. Only issue we had was with the wifi going out and then not being able to Cast to the TV.

Best rooms are on the top floor otherwise you may be annoyed by foot traffic overhead.

HVAC system so loud, it disrupted sleep

Great place but the beds are so soft, very uncomfortable!

The room was great and the front desk staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great and a good value.

Could not get the shower to work. Could not get a dial tone on the room phone to ask the front desk how to turn the shower on. Called the hotel on my own phone and it rang a long time before it was answered. The receptionist had no idea on how to turn the shower on so said she would send someone. The person who came to the room did not know how and after fiddling with different knobs, finally got the shower to go. This was a very frustrating experience. Also, we have stayed in a number of different name brand hotels in Kelowna numerous times as we have many family members living there. This is the first time at this hotel and we were very surprised to find that there was a charge for breakfast, especially given the cost of the room - the first time a charge for us for this in Kelowna!

Had a group of young adults staying in the room next door. They got back, presumably from the bar, at around 3am and partied with loud music until 6am. Called the front desk 3 times, they never dealt with it. At checkout I brought the situation up with the manager. He said he was not aware of any concerns, having come on shift at 7am. No follow up from the hotel. Brutal customer service.

Hi, We had a terrible experience at Hyatt Kelowna. For your information, we arrived around 9:30 pm on August 17, 2025, so we weren’t able to use any of the facilities. Regarding the room: • The blind was not working when we tried to block the outside lights. • The TV wasn’t working when we wanted to watch a movie with my family. • The phone was disconnected and not in service, so we couldn’t call the front desk for help. My son had to go down to the front desk to report the issues. A staff member named Ramandeep assured him that someone would come to our room within 10 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, no one came. My son went down again, but she was gone, and an older white man at the desk promised he would come in 10 minutes. He eventually came but said he couldn’t fix the issues and left. The next day, I spoke with (I believe) the duty manager, whose name I don’t fully recall but think was something like “Hommie.” He was aware of our situation, apologized, and offered 15% off our stay. He even called on August 19, 2025, to confirm I would receive the refund. However, I have not received any refund since then. I also tried calling the hotel, but no one answered, and my messages were never returned. Overall, the service was very disappointing. The staff clearly need more training in customer service, and management should take more care in ensuring issues are handled properly if they want to attract and retain guests.

The hotel is newer, very clean, and has fantastic staff. The restaurant on site is tasty with solid cocktails and a great BC wine list. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping went out of their way to help (seeing if anything was needed, keeping me in the same room when I needed to extend my stay, being kind and friendly, etc). The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and well worth it. The rooftop lounge is a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day.

Blinds did not work. Young women at check in was rude and I felt like I was bothering her

The hotel is nice but my room was on Spall which is a very loud road, day or night. The sound proofing in the hotel is very minimal. The neighbour’s kids were screaming and yelling, followed by a huge bang on the first night. I went over and told them to quiet down (it was after 10pm). The following night the hotel or the guests themselves where doing construction of some kind, using a very loud shop vac, drill etc. Front desk was called on my cell phone (because my room phone didn’t work). And after waiting on hold for 18 minutes I was told they would be spoken to. No one ever showed up. The staff at the roof top lounge were great however. I would never consider staying at this hotel again, considering the room was $400 a night. The worst hotel for that dollar amount I have ever stayed at.

The front staff were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. That made our experience better. Vivek was amazing.

Front desk was extremely accommodating. Allowed me to have early check in and late checkout. Will stay again.

Hotel and room was overall nice, clean. Big problem we had was getting into the property. You had to be driving East on Enterprise to enter. Which meant we had to turn around, since we were driving West on Enterprise. Inconvenient, especially since we are new to the area.

It was a great stay at this hotel. I loved the location as its in the centre of the city and all amenities are just 4 minutes drive.

Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown.

Our property was very nice and very clean, however it is not at all the property that is on the pictures. It’s not on the waterfront.

Hotel was clean, and rooms were comfortable. Parking isn't great for oversized vehicles, upper parking lot is for oversized but people seem to ignore that fact and fill up the lot with their small anyways. Location is also along a busy road and quite loud if you are a light sleeper.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Location is fine if you have business near it but no special sites.

The Hyatt is located in a great spot - very close to downtown, Prospera Place and the waterfront. The King suite room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't try the in-house restaurant but there is food available - breakfast is $11 per day for guests. Free underground secure parking is available. Staff are lovely, making check-in and check-out a breeze. This was my second stay and I will definitely return.

The property is new and clean but far from downtown

Great hotel, super comfortable beds and nice rooms. Terrible breakfast, skip it and go elsewhere for breakfast.

Went into the Kali longe for a drink before dinner. Server was rude and uninterested in serving us. Tables needed dusting and chairs needed cleaning. It is an outdoor setting so I would expect some dust however this was excessive. The front desk series great as well as the service ant both breakfast and dinner was great.

Convenient location and cleanliness. Restaurant - unaccommodating to allergies (gluten/celiac). Not able to boil eggs, make salad, offer any options at all - gentlemen in restaurant. Whereas, hostess at front indicated there is gluten free and separate toaster. Hostess at front also said fruit is not on menu, when asked as an afternoon "snack". Quite surprised for a large hotel in the hospitality business. Not certain if they just didn't understand English too well - ie allergies and significance. Definitely do not recommend them if you have dietary restrictions.

The breakfast had a great selection but when it comes to eggs, bacon Sausages and has browns i would prefer it to be heated. The hot food sat in pots but not warm.
