Sparkling clean room. Nice rooftop poll and bar. Staff and amenities were fine. We just thought it was closer to the BGC. Makati itself was disgusting. Everywhere we went smelt of garbage and diesel. Everything was close by but it was expensive. BGC prices and lousy neighborhood feel and smell.

Great location! Staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a pet with us. Stay was great! Only wish there was some parking for hotel guests. We parked at the mall a couple blocks down the street which was fine but difficult when raining. Parking was also 500 php/night which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, very pleasant stay

This place superb for me. From checking in and out no hassle fast and convenient. their staff's are very nice and helpful, the property is well equip and clean, from comfortable bed, microwave oven, etc. They have this huge rooftop swimming pool that we really enjoyed and its open till late 12am. They have spa, The bar is cool they have a happy hour for a lot of varieties of drinks which for me is affordable. area is close to nearest shopping malls, spa, and bar if you wanna try going out late night. Thanks I'll definitely will come back and recommend this place.

Mid range hotel in the Poblacion area of Makati. This hotel had poorly trained and unhelpful staff at front desk - check in and check out were slow and torture filled. Cleaning staff did the bare minimum each day. The gym is basically a broom closet with a treadmill and nothing else. The pool is small and lacks space for hotel guests. The check out and cleaning staff tried a Filipino cheap hotel scam of an extra charge for cleaning a supposedly "dirty" towel. Given that every hotel stay has 1 or more dirty towels, then this scam trick presumably works on people unfamiliar with cheap hotels and in a rush. There are plenty of similar mid range hotels in the Makati area that do not resort to these scams, so we suggest to choose elsewhere.

Very good hotel. Travel to hotel is limited by airport taxies only, as well as hotel collection but its 3 times dearer. Travel back use the GRAB app. Pool facilities are very good but limited seating but more towels on seats than people. Roof bar reasonable only recommendation that the hotel teaches the staff how to make and what various drinks are for example vodka and coke as this took in average 3 attempts to get correct.

This is my second trip and stay at the Coro Hotel. The staff (in particular) starting with the bellmen Michael and Josh, to the front desk staff of Sam and Faythe, and to all of the staff at the beautiful pool and restaurant bar have literally "sold me" on this property. So much love and kindness! The rooms are netculously clean and casually elegant and the housekeeping staff is fabulous. I have vowed to make the Coro Hotel my home away from home when I am in Makati on business or pleasure. Note: some reviewers gave negative reviews in regard to the location. I would like to remind them that although some of the surroundings are not like that of Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills... the atmosphere and spirit of the neighborhood is typically that of Philippino charm, love and kindness. I have walked the streets at night alone many times over and can only assure you that you will be safe at all times. My love to everyone at the Coro and I cannot wait to see everyone again!

It was a fast stay of just one night. The room was clean but smelled very strong of cleaning supplies that it gave me a headache. The front desk ladies were very helpful and kind in assisting in transportation. Would stay again.

Unpolish routine room cleaning, didn’t replace the used water glass or refill the teas and coffees. Slow room service request or no show when we ask for extra towels or extra teas. The area is ok if you like bars and night life. The hotel rooms are ok. Facility is ok. The pool area has a nice view, but the pool itself is too deep for adult, like 5ft deep. Also they put stairs instead of slow down slope which is for me is unsafe, my son & I tripped off few times, we’re fine though. All in all, it’s an okay experience.

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was very clean with great washrooms, water turned hot fast, and had great water pressure. The staff was exceptional and always helped us anyway they can. They exchange currencies here at better rates than outside money changers! Location can be a deal-breaker, lots of female "companions" around the outside, but never had an issue. Area is generally louder with more youth hanging out which makes it more lively especially at night/holidays

Our AC did not work at check-in. We called the front desk three times throughout the day and went to the front twice. Finally, at 11 pm, we told them we wanted to go to bed, and that room was SOOO hot. They kept saying someone would check it, but they had been saying this since 2 pm. After a long day of travel, we finally got frustrated and said someone needed to come so we could go to sleep. They finally came around 11:30 pm and took about 15- 20 minutes to fix it. They never apologized or offered us to move rooms or anything. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled. Overall we booked this hotel as we expected it to be very good. Aside from this though the hotel was very nice and clean.

Great property, wonderful rooftop pool. Everyhting was great and staff was excellent. Two issues wifi was really bad, needed to log in every hour, frustrating and no room charges without deposit again frustrating, not be able to pay charges on checkout. On the whole this is a great hotel and I would return for sure

First off, I was placed in room 717 corner unit which had no shower door. Water went everywhere as I was told not to worry about making a mess. Worst part was the noise!! Every door closing was loud!! Terrible experience and not worth the price!! People book here for the price and location but this place is a dump!! Front desk girl never believe when I told her my shower had no door. She even asked to see my pictures and made me feel uncomfortable.

Zero coordination between pool/ bar area & front desk re any charges. Was being billed for services not provided & any room charge orders were not signed fir at the time! leading to disputes on check out. During checkout, they asked me to wait until the maid checks the room. I waited 10 minutes and finally I told them that I had to leave for the airport. I explained I had not taken anything and even if I had they have my credit card deposit. I walked out and the staff tried to stop me but I was able to leave. When I got into the taxi they tried to stop the taxi from leaving.

Excellent stay here. Hotel itself is quiet but area around is loud. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. I also loved the lounge with the pool area with the restaurant. It was great how the restaurant has specialties on certain days & even has cards in your room about them.

This is a lovely property. The staff is great, the place is clean and the rooms are nice. It just happens to be in the Red Light District away from all the major tourist attractions. The area around the hotel is not particularly appealing to a tourist.

Fint och fräscht hotell mitt i Makati. Bra service och alla faciliteter man behöver. Väldigt serviceminded personal som gärna hjälper till. Nära till både restauranger och nattliv. Lite väl nära red light district, men var inte alltför påträngande. Otroligt mycket hotell för priset!

The room at Coro Hotel was perfect. I stayed in 1614 and it was perfect, with a view of the city. Loved how it was 1 floor below the rooftop pool. It was spacious. The staffs were all friendly and warm welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. On top of that, the area was close by to all restaurants, bars, convenient stores. Perfect location

Prices are fare for American prices and services. However the Philippines' food and room service are on the high side for the Philippines. Rooms public areas are clean. No juice or expresso at the breakfast. Just brew coffee option. Food presentation good. Taste good. Have 2k Peso they really don't want cc holds for service. They will take CC at the bar and pool. Both excellent.

Bon emplacement pour les rues animées du soir, plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Assez bruyant puisque le quartier est très animé. Très bon service au restaurant du haut. Ils peuvent vous charger des frais sans vous laisser le choix une fois qu'il est trop tard. Nous avons apporter un café de l'extérieur à la piscine et une fois que le café était terminé, ils nous on chargé un frais puisque nous ne l'avions pas pris à l'hôtel, mais sans nous avertir quand ils nous ont vu rentrer avec. Ils peuvent aussi changer les promotions des menus une fois qu'ils vous apportent la facture en disant que ce qu'il est écrit sur le menu n'est pas valide, alors que nous, on se fit au menu. Donc au final, ils s'arrangent pour vous charger des frais et plus cher sur vos factures. Faire attention. Je tiens à souligner le service de Jeff au restaurant du haut qui était excellent.
