Primero que nada se desconocía que el hotel no contaba con estacionamiento, y que por el valet parking cobran por día $120. Nos enteramos de una forma grosera el cargo que debían hacernos por las 4 noches de hospedaje. La recepcionista en turno matutino del domingo fue bastante grosera para generar el cargo del banco estacionamiento. Por otro lado en el desayuno los meseros poco atentos, hasta el día de hoy que fue nuestra salida que nos atendió un joven que nos informó todo lo que el desayuno del hotel incluye.

No me gustó que me hayan cobrado el estacionamiento, que es un servicio alterno al hotel. Es la primera vez que me sucede eso. Adicional me cobran un importe de estacionamiento erróneo y encima la recepcionista se molesta, muy mal No me han realizado mi reembolso. Todo lo bueno del lugar se eliminó al final de mi estancia

Nos hospedamos en este hotel cada año desde su inauguración. El hotel está nuevo y es elegante. La habitación cómoda, cama muy cómoda. La vista no es nada buena pero la habitación está insonorizada. Desayuno, cena y servicio a la habitación muy bien. Solo agregaría que no hubo mucho ambiente en el restaurante de noche y para ser viernes estaba vacío. Sí repetiría la estancia.

Hotel is very nice but AC was not working on the day we check-in, called it in and when we returned from our day it was still not working. Called front desk and they moved us to another room. Bar area is closed and restaurant needs more options. Breakfast buffet was nothing but fruit, eggs, beans, potatoes and vegetables. Need more options to be called buffet in my opinion. Everything around closed super early to eat at night.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, sin embargo tuve varios inconvenientes. La señal de la TV era mala y solo se veian pocos canales, al principio solo nos dieron una llave y cuando necesite pedir una segunda me la configuraron incorrectamente en 2 ocasiones y me hicieron perder mucho tiempo. Un dia simplemente no salio agua caliente de la regadera. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que la unica opcion de estacionamiento es con valet y eso tambien te hace perder tiempo porque solo hay una persona. El hotel no tiene maquina de hielos y si pides te los cobran. En general no tuve buena experiencia en este hotel.

Very nice, clean, and safe hotel. 3 day trip with my wife to visit family. Staff spoke english (if you need it) and they were very polite. I thought the shower was a terrible design. It left the bathroom floor wet. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was weak also. Room was very spacious and had plenty of furniture. Everything else was comparable to a 3 or 4 star hotel. Side note...there were no wash cloths provided. There were bath towels and a hand towel. My first visit to Mexico, so I'm not sure if its normal to not have wash cloths, but they provided shower gel with no wash cloth.

Dieron una habitación que estaba a mi nombre, te piden tu INE para registrarte no sé cómo pudieron dar mi habitación. También reservé una habitación para 4 personas y nada más tenía la habitación 2 toallas, marqué a recepción y después me las llevaron, pero no tiene uno porque estar marcando si desde el principio saben para cuántas personas es la habitación. Otra cosa si es una habitación compartida no sé cómo no ponen puerta en la regadera y solo es un cancel corredizo que te quita mucha privacidad al bañarte. Y el colmo fue de que en la reserva dice que incluye estacionamiento, pero te lo cobran al final, así que realmente no lo incluye. En general un poco decepcionante la estancia.

The breakfast was not great. The food was average and the staff was unfriendly and would prefer to turn down any request. Only one waiter named Hugo was great, he would ask if you need something and help while displaying great attitude. You rescued our stay!

The quality for sure decreased since last year. The customer service in the restaurant is beyond terrible, there are a couple of young servers that highlight and do an amazing job, unfortunately the other ones are just awful, grumpy and rude, seems like it is a “must have” to be able to work there. They make you feel that you are getting food for free. TERRIBLE

The room service was terrible, I tried to call them for 1 hour and 30 minutes and they said the line was busy. I went downstairs and they were not busy, and the servers were on their cellphones instead of answering the calls for the customers.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy bien, limpio y nuevo. Sin embargo, el servicio de las personas de recepción muy malo, nos tuvieron más de 30 minutos esperando la habitación, eran las 6:00 pm y no la tenían lista. No había jabón en el cuarto. Tardaban mucho en responder las llamadas y cuando las tomaban eran hostiles. El servicio de room service nunca contestó y me quedé sin desayunar. No tuvimos ningún upgrade por el tipo de categoría.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy bien, limpio y nuevo. Sin embargo, el servicio de las personas de recepción muy malo, nos tuvieron más de 30 minutos esperando la habitación, eran las 6:00 pm y no la tenían lista. No había jabón en el cuarto. Tardaban mucho en responder las llamadas y cuando las tomaban eran hostiles. El servicio de room service nunca contestó y me quedé sin desayunar. No tuvimos ningún upgrade por el tipo de categoría.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel cada año desde su inauguración. El hotel está nuevo y es elegante. La habitación cómoda, cama muy cómoda. La vista no es nada buena pero la habitación está insonorizada. Desayuno, cena y servicio a la habitación muy bien. Solo agregaría que no hubo mucho ambiente en el restaurante de noche y para ser viernes estaba vacío. Sí repetiría la estancia.

La habitacion es muy comoda co. Ropa de cama de lujo, mobiliario en excelente estado y tv plana de 50 pulgadas. El desayuno es extraordinario. Sin duda me volveria a hospedar en este hotel.

Hotel is very nice but AC was not working on the day we check-in, called it in and when we returned from our day it was still not working. Called front desk and they moved us to another room. Bar area is closed and restaurant needs more options. Breakfast buffet was nothing but fruit, eggs, beans, potatoes and vegetables. Need more options to be called buffet in my opinion. Everything around closed super early to eat at night.

The breakfast was not great. The food was average and the staff was unfriendly and would prefer to turn down any request. Only one waiter named Hugo was great, he would ask if you need something and help while displaying great attitude. You rescued our stay!

The hotel is beautiful, but it is a little misleading to call it an airport hotel since it is 1.5 hours from the airport. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast could have been excellent because it had all of the right things and was very attractive, however EVERYTHING, (eggs, sausage, and pancake pancakes) was cold, including the coffee. They did manage to get me 2 cups of hot coffee from behind the bar, but cold coffee is a non-starter.

Hola, la habitación muy cómoda y en general todo al 100. Lo único que se debe de mejorar es en la calidad de los desayunos, la verdad no estaban nada buenos en esta temporada que fui (Del 09 al 14 de Octubre).

El hotel es nuevo, bonito, moderno. Resalto la atención de los recepcionistas sobretodo de quién hizo mi check in. El sabor de los alimentos (desayuno y room service) nada relevante. Ama de llaves tristemente fue la excepción, los envases de shampoo y acondicionador estaban usados ( menos de la mitad de producto) y de los 3 días nunca pusieron más y resurgieron cápsulas de café pero no azúcar. Detalles que para el hotel podrían ser insignificantes pero para un huésped si puede ser necesario

We loved it here, we are at the top floor & the views were amazing! Everything is great except for 1, we asked the receptionist to book us a shuttle to go to the airport, she said the amount is 190 Mexican for the ride but when we paid the driver he said that it was 550 Mexican, he then called the hotel receptionist & I spoke to her & she said she made a mistake!?! ☹️ Just booked an UBer to go to the airport its about 200 Mexican.
