This Hotel was just perfect for so many aspects !!! Loung area on 6th Level was so usefull for a coffee, small snacks or just having a place to go and play cards. The restaurant was great, enough parking lots, patio outside gorgeous and staff always available. Very good experience and don't hesitate to reserve your stay. Great choice !!

Hotel nice and clean and free coffee/tea 24/7 is nice. Gym is nice and clean open 24/7 too! The pool and waterslide was good. The hot tub could of been a little hotter and sad it was closed on day of departure.

We really liked the hotel. Check in was easy and very friendly. Our room was super clean, a great space and quiet. Staff were super responsive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, probably the best I’ve ever had for being included with a hotel room. My only issue was the pool was quite cold and the hot tub not very hot. But this area was clean and well kept.

I always stay at the hotel because it's a newer hotel, bigger rooms and clean, they have a good lobby and counter for guests. A big fitness center, ample parking, restaurants that serves a wide variety of food on the menu. The location is perfect as everything you need can be found in Regent area -Costco, Canadian Tire, restaurants, malls etc. There's a local brewery beside the hotel you can try. The breakfast buffet is awesome with wide selection including omelet station. Coffee and tea is available 24 hours - staff are all friendly and helpful.

I rated this hotel a three because when we checked into our room, I noticed the pillows were stained with some sort of powder like makeup. I hope they actually clean the room if I stay there next time.

Staff and breakfast were great. Kids enjoyed the pool. For a new hotel, not kept up as well. Room counter/ bathroom not wiped. Dirt buildup in corners and on top of trim. Shower walls had visible soap scum but glass doors were wiped. Cleaned counters with soap myself, white cloth was dirty. Floors had crumbs on them from last guests. Bed seemed to have clean linens. Appreciated tea and coffee in lobby area.

Shower in room poor water pressure and unclean. Shower at poolside looked old shabby and unclean. Felt very over priced for what i got. Staff in the morning not very friendly. Check in staff were nice.

The property was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the corner of the shower for example, and the pool was really dirty. There was brown scum on the ladders around the pool. Nice facility, but dirty.

Alarm clocks goes off at 6 am. Two visits in a row. Waking us up on a weekend. Told staff and they dismissed me. Two times in a row on different weekend in a different room ? I don’t think that's just a coincidence.

The AC unit was making a loud noise all night -even when switched off. Attempted to change rooms however none available - desk gave me earplugs - appreciated but not the solution. Loud person at restaurant bar bothering the staff who were nice and courteous but could have used some help to redirect this person - harmless but loud and commanding of all of their time.

Check in was soo slow and my key wasn’t working have to go at front desk again. I told them i am very tired and give me an other room . Manager told me he has to re- program the door and key . I raise my voice an ask an other room . He said he gonna call the police if i don’t calm down 🙄 come on what a threat . Never again not even able to accommodate a client

My room was stunning. It was so spacious and clean. Every staff member I interacted with was so polite and kind. The hotel itself was so clean and bright and not overcrowded in the common areas. I spent a week there over a long weekend and it was still a very quiet and calm stay. Travelling alone, I felt safe the entire time. The automatic lights in the stairwells were fantastic and the parking lot was very well lit. Breakfast was lovely and the 24hr coffee in the lobby was a highlight. I would absolutely stay here again.

The pool was unfit for use. The chlorine from the pool was literally burning the eyes and throats of the swimmers. This caused them to cough and have headaches for several hours. The manager did very little to compensate us for the inconvenience and hardship. A coupon for 2 free nights would have been nice. But no such offer.

The room appeared to be clean as well as the hotel. The breakfast was good with heated buffet style options and an omelette station. If you book though an alternate booking site, note that breakfast may not be included for the price but can be added for an additional cost, currently 14.99 plus tax.

It was ok. I find it interesting that they have a policy for third party bookings as far as their “free” breakfast is concerned. You only get a free breakfast if you book directly through the hotel. I still paid almost full price for my stay (over $300/night) yet I need to pay $14 per person for breakfast… we won’t stay here again.
