Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores, an IHG Hotel

Great experience at the holiday inn in miraflores. The breakfast is great. Hotel is centrally located and it is easy to explore the local area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is not heated though. The gym is decent, i was able to get in a good work out. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is perfect. Nice lobby with welcoming staff. Elevators work efficiently and the hotel has very good security. It has a nice pool area on the 8th floor. The paying restaurant offers breakfast from 5:am to 10:00 or 11:00am. Good choice of food, very clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, very clean, quiet and comfy. The bed linens and mattress, pillows are superior quality. The shower works well and the decoration in the room is modern (incl. laminated floors). Around the hotel we found good restaurants, shopping and easy access to transportation. The Kennedy Park is next door and very accessible. We took uber that worked very well. I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel. I give it 5 stars.

Excelente hotel. Bem localizado, limpo e com funcionários super solicitos, bem treinados e muito dispostos a ajudar. Deixamos nossas malas guardadas no hotel enquanto viajamos para Cusco e isso foi um grande diferencial, ja que pudemos levar para Machu Picchu apenas bagagem de mão, o que facilita muito a viagem. Academia de ginástica boa.

Clean facilities

Good hotel, comfortable and all. What I didn’t like is the fact that swimming pool is not heated. It is always cool and foggy and cloudy in Lima, what’s the point to have an outside pool with the water temperature of +10C ?! It should be heated !

Great location, full service hotel. Great breakfast buffet, staff very helpful and courteous. Nice modern hotel. Pool is outdoors , too cold in the winter.

Everything was excellent, the restaurant, the gym and the location

This Hotel in Miraflores - Lima - Peru was very good. The best for me was the security. Many people on the entrance and lobby making sure nobody that was not a guest can get into the hotel. Good location, close to good restaurants and cafes. The service was good, just one complaint: the shower floor needs an anti-slip rug. We have to use the towels on the shower floor to avoid an accident. Another complaint: the breakfast buffet was nothing special, very few options, low quality and too expensive. This hotel deserves a better restaurant. We went to Casa Andina Premium for the breakfast buffet that was cheap, plenty of options and exceptional. Stay there and eat somewhere else was the best choice. P.S. The two options of pillows were great (soft and firm), very comfy beds too.

The room was very clean. The staff specially the guys who open the doors are so friendly and attentive. Wi-Fi was okay i guess. I have an internet plan so it didn’t affect mee.

1. O chuveiro não tem vidro inteiro. Não consigo entender isso. 2. Nosso edredom estava tomado por ácaro. Fiquei uma semana alérgico. 3. Ao avisar a portaria no dia seguinte, fui questionado como se a culpa fosse minha. 4. Não fiquem nesse hotel.

the room smelled like urine, but the beds were tidy and clean

Hice un check in/check out al mismo tiempo porque me ayudaron muchísimo dejándonos en la misma habitación, pero nunca nos cambiaron sábanas 🙁 y hoy la limpieza realmente no fue buena

It was clean, quiet and confortable.

The room and lobby were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. The manager of this property always seemed to be a bit grumpy but his staff were always helpful and kind.

Amazing staff, great beds, great food. The only thing that was not great was the ac that didn’t work well but eventually, towards the end of my stay, a maintenance guy came by and fixed it

The shower water was not very hot. Also, the coffee in the room was not very good.

This hotel looks very new. The room is large and very clean. It is also very quiet to stay even the highway just within the view from our window. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant is also very good. Friendly front desk people too. Highly recommend!

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan, the bathroom door would not close properly. The cupboards could use a soft close hinge, makes too much noise while closing

Overall the stay was very good. We stayed on the 13th floor & the room was a good size, quiet & extremely comfortable. Items like hairdryer, iron & ironing board were a nice touch. Bathroom was spotless with powerful hot shower. Location wise, the hotel is good but probably at the limit of where you want to be in Miraflores - 25 minute walk from the Larcomar centre, 15 minutes to Huaca Pucllana etc. There were a few areas for improvement. Despite the general advice not to use tap water for cleaning teeth in Peru, only a small bottle of water was provided & not replenished. Other hotels we stayed in privided free filtered water. At Holiday Inn I was charged $4 for a small bottle of water!! It was our first night & my fiancé wasn't well so didn't want me going out in my own to find a supermarket. Whilst breakfast overall is very good, they serve you with coffee & don't seem to have enough staff so we were waiting for coffee quite a lot - even at quiet times. The coffee itself was often lukewarm & quite weak. On our last day we found that they'd deactivated our key cards about 10 minutes before check out so I had to go down to Reception. No explanation or apology- staff just reprogrammed them. Although teas were provided as well as a coffee-maker in the room, no kettle was provided although it was brought to the room when we requested it. Overall very good but as above, there's room for improvement

This hotel is located in a great location, walking distance from cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Also very easy to be located by Uber (or mode of transportation to get around Lima as it is very inexpensive). Hotel is very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Mattress is also great. I couldn’t recommend it enough. This is definitely a great hotel option when visiting Lima.

The most aggravating part of the trip was the transportation coordination. The staff send a link to pay for transportation but you must send them a copy of the receipt to confirm/ coordinate your transportation. When you are traveling to send copies of your receipt for a system that is the hotel is bewildering.

Staff speaks English. Breakfast was nice. Great Atmosphere. My requests were delivered quickly. Felt very safe. Shoutout to the guard who always greet us in and out. Also the room cleaners were polite and hardworking, Room service are pleasant. Only a few I could add, I wish there was a microwave and cheap bottled water.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is very lacking in places to hang towels, including the hand towel. Our room included breakfast which was a pretty complete buffet style breakfast with hot and cold items including fresh cooked omelet/eggs. Location is very central in Miraflores and walkable to a lot of dining options (great chicken restaurant, Siete Sopas 2 min away), Larcomar, etc. would stay again

Nice place for a tourist who wants to be in the centre of Lima , Miraflores. Ready access to Inka Market for local souvenirs, local shopping.

Good location, great hotel

This was an excellent property. It was modern, new, clean, safe in a good location. We stayed two nights, at a great rate, which included breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, and because on our last day we had to check out early to catch a flight, we were offered a to-go packed meal. The only suggestion I have for management, is that they install an additional towel rack in the bathroom.

Localização extremamente boa, perto de alguns restaurantes, comércio local e vias principais. Para quem gosta de explorar os lugares, dá para fazer bastante coisas a pé, já que o trânsito de Lima é meio caótico. Todo atendimento no hotel foi incrível e o quarto sensacional. O buffet do café era maravilhoso e cada dia com algumas novas opções!

Staff @ Lime restaurant was not friendly and failed to explain charges. They overcharged for services and breakfast buffet has very limited choices
