vistelsen på Radisson RED var mycket bekväm och smidig, personalen är alert och mycket serviceinriktad. Alla pratar engelska och gör det lilla extra för att underlätta livet för oss resenärer. Hann testa gymmet som var fullt dugligt, + i kanten för att det är öppet dygnet runt. Frukosten är superbra och uppskattar att den startar kl 06. Great hotel, friendly courteous staff. Rooms were very clean, good variety at breakfast with made to order egg options. Rooftop restaurant and bar nice feature with gym. No pool but not a problem when busy sightseeing. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel moderno, bem localizado, com café da manhã sortido e saboroso. Porém achei a cama um pouco desconfortável e a limpeza do quarto foi no mínimo deficiente. Trocaram apenas uma das toalhas, não deixaram o pano de chão e não limparam o local do sanitário, sequer tiraram o lixo! Pelo preço pago eu esperava mais cuidado e atenção.

The check in was a little slow and was upset cause they charged me a long stay tax the only place that did that …. I’m Peruvian American and they still charged me that I stayed 2 + months in Peru and despite talking to manager which was by the way real manager but was introduced as the superintendent of stuff I should of stayed at casa Andina plus I almost got scalded with the water it was coming out extremely hot … but for a place like that they should keep up with it or they will get someone in hospital plus there was a funny smell in room

El hotel en general está en muy buenas condiciones, sin embargo el servicio deja mucho que desear. A pesar de que todos los días limpiaban el cuarto, nunca nos reemplazaron el agua o el café. Por lo tanto, la cafetera que tiene no sirve más que de adorno. Al contrario, todos los días dejaban dos rollos de papel nuevos, por lo que al hacer checkout habia 6 rollos de papel nuevos en el baño, uno encima de otro. Dormir no era fácil. Nos dieron una habitacion en el piso 7, justo abajo del rooftop, donde se encuentra el bar. Todas las noches entre las 12 y la 1 de la mañana arrastraban mesas y sillas como para acomodarlas al cerrar el bar. Esto era muy ruidoso y evidentemente nos despertaba, siendo dificil conciliar el sueño después. Finalmente, me parece que el hotel solo busca pretextos para cobrarte de mas. Nos cobraron por hacer early check-in para tener derecho a desayunar y descansar despues de un vuelo muy largo, me querían cobrar por perder la tarjeta (llave) del cuarto, y en la mesa del cuarto tienen una lista con precios de cuánto tendrás que pagar si dañas cada una de las cosas que estan dentro de la habitación. En general, esto me pareció de muy mal gusto.

The hotel was located near a semi-busy area so there was a bit of noise from the street. Additionally, on the weekend, you may hear music from the hotel bar, depending on what floor you are staying on. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It’s a great location - walkable and near many good restaurants. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! The room is a decent size, and I really liked that the toilet was separate from the shower area.

The rooms are all modern and clean. You will have all neccessary amenities and enough outlets. The rooms have smart TV so you can relax with your own content after a busy day. The airconditioning works very good what is nice in this climate. The breakfast is a good combination of a la carte ordering and a supplement buffet. There were many healthy choices and all was freshly prepared. The location is perfect as you can walk to both the beach as the centre of Miraflores. The airport bus also stops around the corner, this saves a lot of money.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is modern, clean, and staffed with friendly people who provide great service. WiFi worked great. Location is very convenient to the attractions in Miraflores - less than 10 min walk to both the neighborhood center or the beach.

This hotel is in the perfect area. Walking distance to everything and the Miraflores district feels very safe to walk around in. Lots of restaraunts and just around the corner from the tourist information center, which has a bunch of free walking tours and info about different excursions. Beds were clean and comfortable. It did get a bit warm at night, but seemed to cool off by morning. Breakfast was very good and there are a lot of options to choose from almost feels like a full restaurant.

Muebles de lobby bar y restaurante deteriorados, como de mucho uso. Ameneidades del baño, no siempre ponen todo, tuve que solicitar crema en dos veces, hasta que fui prácticamente por ella con la camarera. No quieren lavar toallas por ecología, sin embargo no hay forma de donde puede uno extenderlapara que se seque. Para el desayuno, hay que esperar demasiado, es bueno tener menu a la carta, pero el tiempo para personas de nogocios es importante, y demora demasiado, primero para que te traigan el menu, que no entiendo por que tienes que buscar al mesero para solicitarlo, y por el exceso de huespedes desayunando, el servicio de los meseros es nulo prácticamente y de igual forma se vuelve lento tener el desayuno que solicitas. Sugiero incrementar los contactos eléctricos en la habitación para turistas extranjeros. Furniture in lobby bar and restaurant deteriorated, as if it had been used a lot.
