Well let’s start with something positive. The room was clean and had a functioning AC. There was no fridge though, which is ridiculous given the tropic temperatures. There is a fridge in the „cafe“ which is specifically only allowed to be used by the staff. Speaking of staff: No staff for arrival, so no possibility to drop the luggage before check in. You are supposedly be able to leave the luggage in the cafe, unsupervised of course. The check in was not able before 3 pm although there was no cleaning process happening, so the room was ready already. The bed is basically a mattress on the floor which gave my sensitive back a horrible time. I guess the place is only appropriate for people with no back issues whatsoever. I really don’t mind basic accommodations, but this place is not just basic, it’s absolutely run down. The were chairs upside down all around the area for my entire stay. Seems like someone just wants to get some cash, but not wanting to keep the area in shape. You are asked to help sorting the trash which is ridiculous when you just have one tiny trash bin for your entire stay, which has obviously not been emptied. The accomdation is pretty much opposite the Kabira Bay Area, so you need to be good on foot for a nice walk (14k roundtrip) or you need to have a car. To finish the review positively, the water pressure of the sure is insane especially given the fact you are on an island. You need to go full throttle to get a decent temperature though.

Der check in verlief reibungslos und einfach., auch die Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat. Die Zufahrtsstrasse dahin ist eine Gravel Road. Das Bett empfand ich als durchgelegen, ich habe jede Feder gespürt, aber es gibt schlimmeres. Leider klemmte die Eingangstür, sie lies sich nur mit Geräusch schliessen. Bestimmt nervig für die Nachbarn gewesen. Basisausstattung wie beschrieben. Ich würde das nächste mal eine andere Unterkunft ausprobieren wollen, auch wenn es OK war.

Camere molto carine dotate di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un paio di giorni fuori dal mondo, zona comune fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare (indispensabile se non avete la macchina), proprietario gentile e disponibile, posizione comoda per le spiagge al centro/nord (necessaria auto/scooter)

海が近くてとても気に入りました。

海岸まで、歩いて行けます。シュノーケリングを楽しませて頂きました、石垣島の自然を満喫出来る最高の場所でした。
