館内静かで過ごしやすく、大浴場も綺麗にされてて凄くよかったです。大宮に泊まる際はいつも利用しています。18歳以下添い寝無料も家族宿泊には大変有り難いです。

とても清潔な感じです。ウエルカムドリンクも飲み放題ですし、お風呂もサウナがありいい感じです。タオルもお風呂に備えてあります。調子良くも、うどんを小鍋で煮たりと、楽しいですよ。

Hotel was 5 mins walk from Omiya Station, take the East (Central) Exit, walk straight ahead to the traffic light, look to the right, hotel is across the street between the bank and the parking lot. Nice lobby, very friendly and helpful staffs, help yourself amenities at the lobby, coffee and juice are only available between 2-11pm. Lots of food choices and shopping in Omiya Station and surrounding area. Will definitely stay here again...👍 Room is not as small as you think, because of the layout of the bed and desk...

昨年の一時帰国の際の利用に引き続き今年も宿泊しました。駅から徒歩2分という抜群の立地、盛りだくさんなのにお手頃価格の朝食、スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で気持ちのいい接客です。部屋は4人家族には小さいもののベッドの下にスーツケースが収納できるなど工夫がされています。大浴場は清潔でアメニティも豊富、サウナもあるため存分に楽しめると思います。ぜひこの先も今のサービスを維持してほしいと思います。

We came for the Billie concert and this hotel was perfect . a 10/10 recommendation for literally anyone. There's a co-working space, kids drawing/toys area, a "welcome" drink station, ice cream, amenities station(e.g. toothbrush/wipes/etc), breakfast, tourist info for the area, slippers for the room and hotel, and even umbrellas for rent.

到着した時にパーキングのことをフロントのスタッフの女性の方に聞いたら、外まで出て丁寧に親切に教えてくれました。その後、フロントでチェックインの説明をしていただいた女性のスタッフの方も、とても丁寧に説明してくださり、お二人のスタッフは★5つの対応でした。客室もとてもきれいに掃除されていました。朝食は和食を中心にいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。次回またこのホテルを使い大道思います。

這真的是非常推薦的飯店！！非常新、非常乾淨、床舒服、枕頭非常好睡，而且都香香的，房間設計非常非常好，很多設計小巧思，可以吊很多衣服大衣，讓房間空間非常多，房間空間完全足夠！2個人2個大行李箱沒有問題，房間裡沒有一個物品是多餘的，每一個我需要的東西房間都有提供！！太感動！！非常喜歡2樓大浴場，走了一整天雙腿腫脹，泡泡大浴場真的好舒服！以後來東京，應該會指定一直住這間飯店！

設備やサービスは若い方向けで、セキュリティや省力的なサービスが、旧来のホテルに慣れている年寄2人には、非常に使いづらくあまりくつろげなかった。それなりの宿泊料を要するが、スタッフも必要最小限対応を心がけているのか、積極的のサポートはなかったように思う。次回はおそらく利用しないと思う。

Location of hotel is less than 10 min walk to station & many restaurants so very convenient. Hotel is comfortable & clean with many choices offered for breakfast. The staff member Ikeda went out of her way to assist us with ensuring that we got to our next destination. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even walked us to the train station and showed where to purchase train tickets for Osaka.

朝食会場でのことです。ご高齢の男性客の方がブュッフェ形式に戸惑い年配の女性のスタッフに声をかけました。「これじゃのらないよね？」と尋ねた男性に対して「それにじゃあのるわけないですよね」と。あまりにひどい受け答えに驚きました。本当にあり得ないと思いました。ここの施設の利用は二度とないと思いました。どうすれば客に対しあんな返答ができるのか考えると今でも怒りを覚えます。

Location of hotel is less than 10 min walk to station & many restaurants so very convenient. Hotel is comfortable & clean with many choices offered for breakfast. The staff member Ikeda went out of her way to assist us with ensuring that we got to our next destination. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even walked us to the train station and showed where to purchase train tickets for Osaka.

The property was difficult to find. The vicinity was a bit run down, but the hotel was nice. The less stars because they felt the need to make us wear 2 styles of slippers - one inside the hotel room, and one around the hotel - both were super uncomfortable and cheap. They hurt my feet in different ways. Not only that, they told us that suitcases need to be under the bed - which did not fit. What else should they tell us what to do in our stay there? The 3rd star was for the food - it was good. But we will not be staying there - we don't need people telling us what we need to do beyond the obvious common sense and make it most uncomfortable.

Everything about this place was perfect! Bright, clean, fresh, friendly, tons of amenities and a short walk to the station (East side). The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Best breakfast buffet I’ve found!

Was quiet and clean and a good walking distance from shops and transport. The Onsen bath was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious but as a foreigner i wasnt sure how to prepare most of the breakfast items. Some information/instructions with pictures from a QR code would be useful. Overall would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at rEf Omiya. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small, but very efficient, clean, and well equipped with many thoughtful amenities. I would happily stay here again.
