Despite its prime location, the street where the hotel is situated is surprisingly quiet and not congested, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Love love love!! Gorgeous stylish boutique hotel. Friendly staff, fabulous lobby area and outdoor terrace. Coffee machine and fruit bowl available. Funky laundry room/den conveniently located on second floor. Rooms good size and stylish. Close to Osaka Umeda station and local metro. Family mart a few doors away for those late night snack runs! Definitely recommend and will stay here again when back in Osaka!

We were incredibly impressed by the service and cleanliness. The location was good, located in an alleyway that was very quiet. I had several requests taken cared of immediately, including getting an iron and ironing board, and an early checkout request included having a take-out breakfast prepared for my family of five. Self service laundry facilities were well maintained. The only suggestion is that the breakfast be more of a self serve buffet type, instead of limited menu of three choices; that said, the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spotless, and room cooled down very quickly. Overall, an outstanding hotel

Staff and restaurant were perfect! Room was still dirty upon entrance, bathroom mirror was dirty and shower was dirty (I have pictures.) I called and asked them to have it re-cleaned and it wasn’t. Cleanliness could’ve been a little better but overall a good hotel.

The size of the room was great. It was really clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby and the availability of drinks for sale. I didn’t try the breakfast but 5here are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walk8ng distance. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel tastefully decorated and well-located 10 mins walk from Osaka Station and less than 10 mins to the nearest subway (3 stops to main area of Namba). The area is quiet: you get the energy of the city without the intensity and within a few mins of 7/11 and Family Mart. Room itself was lovely but would say small if you have large luggage as can’t easily open in the space. Slept very well, staff were very courteous and helpful when we had a problem with the TV (although the complimentary breakfast was extremely poor unfortunately).

The hotel is within a walkable distance to Osaka station. Staff is friendly but room is on the small side. We love the Japanese breakfast, which includes a juice and coffee bar, and the light meals offered after 8pm. It would be nice if they change the Japanese breakfast as it is the exact same dishes every morning.

I really enjoyed staying here. When I was looking to book somewhere I worried that it wasn't near the main areas of excitement but we had literally hundreds of amazing food and drink options within a short 6 min walk. It was also not too far from the station so we could get anywhere by train if we were going further. The actual room was quiet and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the provided shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel so good! The only (minor) inconvenience was that there is a window between the bathroom and the bed area and that let alot of light in at night which affected sleep a little. But the staff were all friendly and everything smelled lovely and I will absolutely look to book here again if I go back.

The staff, reception area, bar and lounge are all very high quality and better than you would expect for the price which is reasonable. The negatives were the sound as there are large ventilation ducts supplying the underground station which is a constant background noise because the glass isn’t very sound proof. We also found the room had signs of wear and tear.

Iv stayed at Zentis Osaka twice now and everytime its always a joy. The staff are really kind and helpful and go above and beyond for guests. The front desk was able to call my airline and switch my meal for me which was really helpful as i wasnt able to call myself.

The restaurant was not accessible without a reservation on a weekday night even though it appeared to be mostly empty. Not a lot of dining options in the area around 8pm. Most cab drivers did not know how to find the place; we were dropped off around the block more than once. Still, lovely hotel. Location a bit inconvenient if you like food.

Very new and fresh hotel in a great location in Osaka. The rooms are tiny— more like a business hotel but was good for a few day stay. We liked the coin laundry in the hotel as we desperately needed to wash our clothes after very hot and sweaty Osaka days. Walkable to Osaka station and many restaurants near by. The 2nd Fl bar was relaxing and the cocktails were delicious too.

About a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station but convenient to a lot of small restaurants. Surrounded by locals in the area so it’s not as touristy as it would be if you stayed closer to dotonburi. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!
