Very fussy when comes to hotels…White Lotus didn’t disappoint. Felt very luxurious, room well-equipped, not overly large but perfect for a city break. Everything super clean and organised, bed and pillow super comfy. Toothbrush, cotton pad and buds, comb, shower cap all supplied. First hotel to see conditioner as well as shower gel and shampoo. Water pressure could do with a bit of a ramp up and shower head holder was a little loose but just a couple of bits of feedback for management to look into. I have long hair and didn’t make things too difficult or detract from overall stay. Staff super kind and friendly. Breakfast mainly Asian but they do whip up a lovely breakfast omelette and lots of croissants/pastries if want more of a Western brekkie. Ate in hotel 2 nights as husband upset tummy (not from hotel). Obviously higher priced than outside and i would say food was average to good. Good Western options but i enjoy Asian food for dinner and felt a tiny bit disappointed wasn’t more variety or a homemade type feel. However, staff absolutely lovely!!! Gym wasn’t huge but perfectly adequate for a morning workout. Lovely rooftop bar, great view. So though i may have mentioned a few areas for improvement we had an awesome stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!

One night stay … we had to stay at this hotel with a name like that! Besides that, it was excellent. Beautiful room, very quiet and excellent pool. A easy 5 to 10 minute walk to cafes and bars and various transportation right outside the hotel if you prefer that. Breakfast also very nice. Definitely value for money.

What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2. We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception. The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop anywhere in the hotel. We used the Skybar at happy hour and it had lovely views. The hotel is close to the bridge and lots of nice restaurants, we went to Nina’s cafe, which I would also recommend. I would definitely tell friends and family to book here if they go to Hue.

Lovely hotel with lovely design. The riverside view room which we stayed in was wonderful as we could see the river and the Imperial Citadel area. It's walking distance to the river and the shopping and eating areas as well. The whole see decoration and theme of the hotel was true to it's name. Buffet breakfast was included and we got to try many local dishes every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Das Hotel ist von der Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Wir haben ein Zimmer im 15. Stock bekommen, von dem aus wir einen schönen Aussicht über die Stadt hatten. Leider war gegenüber eine Schule die vor Beginn des Unterrichts so laut Musik abspielt, dass man davon selbst im 15. Stock wach wird.

We upgraded to a room with a view of the river which was nice. Room was comfortable and a good size. The shower lacked pressure and at times hot water which is really disappointing. Buffet breakfast was average. There was foam beads in the pool which thet tried to clean when I mentioned it to the staff.

Das Frühstück ist grauenhaft, ich habe mir einen Cappuccino für 2 Euro bestellt, lauwarmer Kaffee. Mitten über dem Bett ist der Rauchmelder, so hat man die ganze Nacht Beleuchtung. Das Zimmer war im 14. Stock, daneben die Strasse und 4 Schulen. Man hört ständig Kindergeschrei, unterbrochen nur vom Straßenlärm. Ruhig ist anders.

Hotel arranged for us to be picked up by taxi from the airport for 350000VND. They were incredibly helpful at check-in with a complementary drink and talked us through the offering. They stored our bags as we were early and we visited the citadel. At dinner, our waitress was so nice and friendly, chatting to us about Vietnam. Again at check-out, the staff were great. Breakfast had everything you'd expect.

Excellent stay at this hotel and excellent welcome with great info while waiting for our room. As we were early they assist us finding a car and driver to see the tombs. Oir penthouse room had amazing view and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Overall a very nice hotel.

The hotel was well situated near to the Citadel, the river and the town itself. The room was excellent (just like in the photo) with daily cleaning. The front of house receptionists were polite, welcoming and very helpful. Sadly the majority of the restaurant staff were lacking these skills and need to be aware that most of the clients were tourists who are there to enjoy themselves! It was if they really didn't want to be there

Amazing views of the river and old town. Modern bedroom, great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of items to choose from. Reception also helped us book a driver to take us to some of the local attractions.

Lovely room and hotel reception staff. Hotel is well situated for the river and walking there- beautiful at night- and it’s only a 15/20 walk to the restaurant and bar area. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant as we had a poor experience there.
