We had a lovely few days staying at the hotel. It was close to trams buses and trains. It has a lovely communal area with board games, a pool table, and kitchen with coffee - a great place to meet and mix with other people.

Nice modern hotel near downtown Helsinki. We took the compact studio but if I was to do it again, I would have chosen a larger room. It had everything though. We were able to do our laundry in the room. No dryer but there are hangers. The exercise room and spa area are really nice. The saunas are separated but there is a common steam room and whirlpool. Note to North Americans, it is not a hot tub, the water is not hot. But on the other hand, in Finland you can put water on the sauna to make it really hot. Very convenient to get to the airport. The 600 bus stop is just outside the hotel door and it goes to the airport in 45 minutes and it runs all night. The hotel has a young vibe but it is very quiet. Make sure you have a code if you arrive late as there is no reception after 10 PM. You have to self register which gives you a card that enable you to access the hotel, and your room. There is secure parking but it is limited.

Price is fantastic for the property. The rooms are well equipped with kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine with tablets to use them. Gym and sauna were great and jacuzzi is nice and powerful Communal room is nice and open with lots of facilities. Room for improvement: - Check in took some effort to do as you are left to figure it out and it is self service - one of the hottubs controls appeared broken and it is permanently on - would like there to have been conditioner in the bathroom as well as shampoo - steam room seemed not working which was a shame. I did really love staying here and am only pointing out these things to be hyper critical.

There is washing machine and cooking facilities inside of the studio, which is super convenient. The heating is a bit loud and not worked very well. The temperature in the room is around 20 degree, a bit cold for me but not a problem with duvet. The lounge and sauna is great! Smooth check in and check out! Definitely recommend to stay in.

What a wonderful place , communal areas , gym , sauna all great , my room had a washing machine under the sink in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen , the whole thing was clean , efficient , and worked ! The toiletries were simple but quality ,every thing in the gym worked and again for those that want a gym when traveling , it was small but high quality kit . I have nothing bad at all to say about the Noli , if I had to draw attention to a single downside, the immediate area outside the entrance . Had people hanging around with drink and drug issues . BUT nothing compared to other capitals . And I did not feel in danger at any point . I am looking forward and planning my next visit to the Noli Sornainen

Rommet var helt supert for en ukes opphold. Hadde det meste på et lite kjøkken på rommet. Kjøleskapet er rett ved sengen, dette bråkte veldig og var forstyrrende om natta. Vinduene er visst planlagt å byttes. De var så lite støyisolert at man kunne like gjerne hatt vinduene åpne. Flott spa område som trekker opp oppholdet

The property is located in a well connected area, only 10 minutes from the city centre. The room was overall nice, clean and it has been recently renovated. Nevertheless, the windows were old, so I could hear the road traffic as well as draft was coming in. The bathroom was nice overall, but there were mould marks on the silicone in the shower. Finally the lampshade had water mark stains. The property had a decent value, but some things could be improved.

This is a converted office block. The soundproofing of water cld be better. I had the toilet downpipe for upstairs right next to my bed. One has to ask to get a handle to open the windows and only some open at a tilt. The air-conditioning wasn't really working. The rooms were way too hot. And the tiniest sun heats the rooms up massively despite blinds. I was there in autumn and found it too hot it must be a sauna in summer. The cleaning cld be more thorough and the freezer shld be defrosted more frequently. The environment is very noisy and it's impossible to get a good night's sleep

The room itself was great. Very clean and lots of space. Great to have a washer as we were staying for 12 days. However, the room was way too hot (24 degrees) which made it difficult to sleep. We asked if there was any way to make it cooler. We were told that the temperature is controlled centrally and there was nothing that could be done. Also, the hotel is very quiet but there is a lot of street noise at all hours.

フィンランド最終日、12階角部屋の部屋に泊りました。海から昇日の出、日の入りが部屋から見れて最高のロケーションでした。部屋にキッチンがありますが共同キッチンもあり、宿泊者がそこでお料理を作りコミニケーション出来て、とても楽しかったです。また部屋にランドリーがあり、助かりました。ホテルすぐ近くにヘルシンキ最古のサウナがあります。とても良いサウナでした。また2つのスーパーマーケットがホテル側にあり、とても便利です。

Great location, easy access to the metro, busses, trams/ close to the downtown to walk around if you are up to it. The grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. Accommodations - all you need (but should have TV in the room, instead of renting it afterwards); friendly, helpful staff. Area was good to walk around during my stay, but after the dark especially, according to the locals, remember to be "streetwise". So I would definitely go there again.

The windows are old and not sound proof so the sound from the street was very loud. Self check in hotel, but ok easy to get in touch with the staff. Nice for long stays.

Location was close to the festival. Also close to a mall. My only hiccup during checkin was how slow and annoying the self-checkin was; tablets you had to push hard, and sooo many steps, plus of like 6 tablets only two worked for checkin :( Other than that: bed was amazing, bathroom was nice and clean, cute little kitchen, big cold refrigerator/freezer. Needed help gettint a code since I booked via Hotels.com so I didn't get a message prior to arrival. But the lady was so nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again. Didn't buy the breakfast. Good value for the price. My first time in Helsinki too. Felt safe aswell as a solo traveller. :)

not like other hotels, doors are always locked with no one on duty from 7pm to 8am. if clients arrived outside 8am to 7pm, they are not allowed to enter the building. Clients should be well informed of this piece of important information when booking the room.

Area was relatively under developed compared to center town area. Initial access to building is problematic from main road as it is code access dependent. Common spaces were excellent and modern. Gave a modern university dorm vibe. Don't expect 24hr front desk service or welcome crew. The check in was a bit confusing. Good Sauna and Spa. Convenient to public transit and groceries. Good kitchen plus an excellent common kitchen. Is like a communal co-op housing system but modern and up scale.

The area is easily reachable by taking 600 route from the airport. The apartment has been thoughtfully designed. There is a LIDL downstairs and K market as well lots of restaurants around. The check in communication was not up to the mark. We werent able to figure out how to go in.

Everything is awesome. Right next to a bus stop, a tram stop and a metro station, so basically you can go anywhere without a hassle. It is basically an apartment, so if you find eating out being expensive, you can cook your own food.

朝食をつけてたけど、夏至祭前日と当日は朝食券が使えるカフェがお休みだった。フロントの人に伝えたら後日返金されたけど、その点が残念だった。キッチン付きの部屋に泊まったが、それ以外は、部屋もキレイで最低限のキッチングッズも揃っていて、スタッフの人もとても優しくよかった！また利用したい！

The room is very good, comfortable and clean. It would be good if it had some basic things like salt and oil for cooking. And although it’s easy, the check in asks for passport number and picture even if you are from EU. It would be better to have the option for ID.

ヘルシンキ中央駅から、トラム6番で10分程度で着きます。バスも600番で10分程度。交通は便利です。治安が少し心配でしたが、酔っぱらいさんが少しいましたが、まったく問題なかったです。【良かった点】・キッチンが付いている。・食洗機、洗濯機がある。（洗剤付）・ロビーがお洒落・スタッフが非常に優しい・ベットのマットレスが硬め【悪かった点】・なし！次回も絶対泊まりたいです。フィンランドのホテルには、アメニティがないため、スリッパなどは持参が必要です。シャンプーとボディソープは、付いてます。

Självservice hotel. Fungerar okej men bökigt att hålla rätt på alla olika koder för att komma in på hotellet. Rummet var okej men sängen konstigt placerad och med huvudänden mot kontaktuttag och Wifi modem vilket inte känns riktigt sunt och hälsosamt. Frukosten på närliggande cafe var ju ganska begränsad för den vouchern man får så det är ju ingen hotellfrukost i vanlig mening. Ganska lyhört ut mot gata trots att jag bodde högt upp i huset.
