Trevligt hotell lite ytterom centrum men med bra förbindelser. Utsökt service och speciellt maten. Rummen har högt till tak och väldigt fin inredning, man känner sig som hemma. Gymmet har väldigt hög standard jämfört med de flesta hotellrummen för att inte tala om deras bastuavdelning. Stora rymliga bastur och duschrum. Verkligen värt ett besök!

Upon arriving to the hotel I was immediately met with a warm welcome and smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and I was even given an upgrade which was a nice bonus. There was such a sweet note and dessert in the room on arrival. Staff have been friendly throughout my entire stay, always offering a warm welcome or helpful advice. The common kitchen was awesome, we made some eggs and bacon in the morning and had some snacks in the evening. Central location, easily accessible by transport. I need to give a special shoutout to Maria for her hospitality. Truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. (To the manager reading this please give her some recognition of her hard work)

I was in for a visit from the United States and wanted to find a place to stay that was easy access to downtown Heslinki but without the high cost. This place was perfect for me. The staff is exceptionally nice. The place was super clean and quiet with a great little workout room. There is a roof top bar and a beautiful restaurant and wine bar. I enjoy starting my day at coffee shops and discovered the hotel had a perfect spot for coffee and to get some work done. The location was great also. There is an outdoor venue with live music next door and a grocery store also. I walked and took a scooter to downtown. Highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again whenever I return to Finland.

This was my first trip to Europe. This hotel had everything that I was looking for and made my visit to Finland even more enjoyable. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable and had all of the amenities that I was looking for - nice room with a view, a great workout room, a very nice restaurant and roof top bar, and a very cool space for coffee and to get some work done. The location was excellent also - walking distance to downtown Helsinki, grocery store and an outdoor music venue next door, and nice restaurants. As a bonus it's a couple blocks away from Linnanmaki, the amusement park in Helsinki. All of that for a really good price!

I came over to Helsinki to go to the Slush technology show, but I came down with a virus on the plane over. I was pre-charged for my entire stay on checking in. The hotel layout was the most confusing I had ever found - it took me ages to find my room in the back half of the hotel as the signs made no sense. The room was set to 22degC and even though I turned it down to 20degC, in the morning it was still at 21.7degC - what is the point of giving people a thermostat if you ignore it? The bathroom was a wet room so everything got soaked when you had a shower. The skirting boards were painted black and showed up all the dirt they had failed to clean away. I was booked in for 3 nights, but the illness meant I needed to get home and to the doctors. The manager totally refused to offer me any partial refund so I got charged 3 nights and 3 extortionate breakfasts for 1 nights stay.

Very clean hotel. Great location near the tram station with easy access to Messukeskus. The only problem for a tea lover like me is that the room do not contain a kettle. To me, the kettel is more impoprtant than the mini-bar available in the room. However, They have a common kitchen that can be used for this purpose.

ヘルシンキの中心街からは少し離れていますが、トラム駅には近く、トラムに乗ってしまえば15分ほど中心街にアクセスできるので、特に不便は感じません。再開発されたお洒落なエリアにある、スタイリッシュなホテルです。部屋はお洒落で清潔。朝食も美味しい。トラム7番に乗れば中央駅、フェリーターミナルには直通でいけるので移動前の宿泊にもすごく良いと思います。

Modern, clean, quiet and super comfy. Plus an over the top super helpful staff. A little bit of everything in the calm safe neighborhood, that being said could use a couple more restaurants. One of the best beds ever. Would stay again for sure.

Pros : Staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful . Breakfast was outstanding . Local transportation was fantastic for reaching the city. Local area as quiet unpleasant to walk around. Cons: Presumably a local climate means you need well sealed rooms but they can become stuffy with no options for opening the room to air . Internet was iffy. Most of the time it seemed to work well enough but it was pretty slow and often the effort to reconnect after being disconnected for some mysterious reason, was difficult.

Nice hotel and great spa! Big but, the breakfast is not included and doesn't deserve 20€. We were really disappointed by the (lack) choice/food quality considering this. The snacks are also overpriced (8€ fora small bag of chips).
