The staff at the front desk were efficient, friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff were very accommodating. We appreciated having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The treadmill did not seem to be working, but we appreciated other conveniences.

Hotel is a little worn and dated but very clean with a good waterslide and free breakfast. Lots of free parking in a safe neighborhood. Excellent customer service with quick check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay here with two of our grandchildren. They really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The waterslide is very fast so you have to be careful.

Staff was very pleasant from checking in at the front desk to the staff in the breakfast room in the morning. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, water pressure was excellent in the shower. The pool was fun the kids the only downside was if someone went down the slide the pool is smaller and caused a big wave over the littles

Property was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking available. Staff friendly. Pool small, but kids thoroughly enjoyed pool and hot tub. Rooms clean, quiet, and appreciate coffee, microwave and fridge in room. Breakfast had variety of toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausages/bacon, hash browns and cereal. Was unsure if there was usually a self serve waffle option, or pancakes, as syrup on every table, but none during our stay. Sufficed for our purposes. Overall good experience.

We stayed for 4 nights and have nothing to fuss about. The staff was friendly each time there was contact and overall everything was very clean (I saw them spraying and wiping down the outside of the room door). Breakfast was very good and parking was so easy. Im very happy with our selection.

Bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the floor and around the toilet. The TV wouldn't work, staff came up to check it out and couldn't get it working. The elevators were terrifying, making groaning sounds when doors were closing and moving up and down the hotel. Only real positive we found was the kids really liked the waterslide in the pool area.

The location was perfect. The separate bedroom was what we needed. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Front desk was minimally acceptable. Kitchen area was very poorly stocked. Not even a paper towel. We found dirt and garbage behind a bed. Dead bugs in the lights. The pool is small and the slide ends in the middle of it. Big splashing on kids. But the vacation was great. We will return to Calgary but not to the hotel.

Nice enough room! Not luxury but spacious, with modern styling, and kept clean. We had the king suite with king sized bed, couch and coffee table, and the jetted tub in the back corner. The tub was nice to relax in. I’m plus sized and my fiancé is 6’5” - we each fit in with enough room for hips and long legs, and deep enough to have water to the shoulders. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee station, ice bucket w/ lid, with a safe, 2 fluffy robes, hair dryer. Our room was at the end of a hall, just across from the elevator so it was quick and easy to come and go. Having an ice machine and digital vending machine on our floor also next to the elevator was convenient. Pool and hot tub looked nice, was very busy and packed, so we didn’t use, just stuck to the tub in our room. The breakfast buffet was awesome! It was so nice to walk in and see all the continental basics (toast, bagels, muffins, with butter/cheese/hard boiled eggs/fresh fruit/yogurt cups) and a cereal station next to the coffee and juice stations, but also the hot station with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausages and bacon - was great. There was something for everyone and it was a great setup with the dining area right there. The cleaning staff walking about and the desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming to us, always asking how we were and if we needed anything. Which you don’t really see anymore, so that was also nice. They seem like they have a solid team at this place

The staff at this property were very warm and friendly. The hotel itself is very dated and in need of a serious facelift. Carpets look like they haven’t changed since the 80s. Beds are very well used that they almost bounce back when you lay down on them and the sheets feel like they have been washed million times. It fits the vibe of the industrial area it’s situated in. Based on staff and service it would be a 4. Based on the rooms a 2 at best.

Check in was quick and easy. Clean room. Very noisy, creaky beds. Any movement in/on the beds was so loud. Annoying when trying to sleep but the beds were relatively comfortable, sagged in the middle a bit. Had breakfast at 6:30 the first morning, was good eggs, bacon, sausage, mini pancakes, assorted breads, cereal. Second morning at 8:30, line up for breakfast was out the door of the dining area, skipped it. Staff are very friendly

The only problem we had with the room was that the air conditioner didn't work very well and it would be super hot and then cold. Too many blankets and then not enough.

During my stay, I sleep during the day and sleep during the day. I placed the "Do not disturb" on the door but on multiple occasions, housekeeping pounded on the door demanding access. I would suggest you either room these signs if your staff is ignoring them anyway or train your staff to understand what "Do Not Disturb" means

Our stay at Service Plus Inns and Suites Calgary was awesome. The staff were all super-friendly and helpful, especially Claudette who blew us away with her above-and-beyond disposition. The complimentary breakfast was great, and provided lots of options. We sincerely appreciated the pet-friendly nature of the hotel, however we did not receive a treat bag for our dog, as indicated on website; only remembered this small slight later, after we left.

Breakfast was really good. Room was good. But one thing really supersized, shocked & stressed me was that after we checked out, service desk called me & told me that their stuffs couldn’t see one coffee maker in one of the rooms that we booked & wanted to charge us $75 for that….😲🤔☹️…Didn’t even check it properly & started blaming us w/out asking anything & also made us to go back….when we almost there they called me 3rd time & said they found it…no Apologies or anything for the stress that created ...😟🤔😲☹️…That’s really unprofessionalism by them..🥸

Even after a month of notice, we did not get our rooms together, not even on the same floor, I understand they mentioned it is not guaranteed, but was not comfortable for us at all. Booked for 2 days, first day reception people were good, available and helpful. Second day called reception 2 times no one picked up the call, went to reception desk in person, no one was there to respond. Also the slide at pool, we felt like that can cause accident at any time, since the pool is small, and people with their full speed comes down from the slide right in between the pool, someone can get hit badly there. Hats off to the young lady taking care of breakfast area, she was amazing, making sure everything is available, was helpful and was very quick to respond, kudos to her for handling this much busy breakfast room efficiently. Nice and clean room, lots of parking, easy check in, good breakfast.

This hotel is in the middle of an industrial area with no amenities nearby. The breakfast was only from 6-9 weekdays and guests are forbidden from taking food out of the dining area. The front desk was short staffed. Not really good bang for your buck.

The location is good and convenient to shopping etc. The area looks safe. The breakfast has a good range of selections. The room is clean. I hoped to have a higher level room for the better view. But our room was in the main floor by the pool which is a little noisy and smelly. We cannot open the window fully. Overall, it is good. We were satisfied with our staying.

Ok hotel but in an industrial area so nothing much around close by for shopping or dining. Rooms were average but could have used a bit of extra cleaning as surfaces were dusty. Hallway smelled a bit like the carpets needed cleaning. Breakfast was good.

Affordable, clean. Breakfast was very understocked both days - the breakast server was clearly overworked and did not enjoy her job. Felt really bad for her. No excuse for the hotel to not have anough food to feed the number of paying guests. We were there 2 days and went hungry both days. Not acceptable when breakfast is advertised.

Service is good. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast food is very good but the dining room is very crowded! Line ups for breakfast are too long. Not enough staff in dining room to keep up with replenishing food and cleaning tables. Long wait times to make waffles. It isn't a relaxing atmosphere in dining room.

We stayed for one night and the hotel was very, very busy. Our room was very large and clean, a great blackout blind and surprisingly quiet. The pool was very very crowded and there was nowhere dry to sit to supervise our kids. And in the morning we had to join a very long queue for breakfast. But the breakfast offering was very good. Due to the room size and the great night sleep, we would stay again

Staff were great but our bathroom was not cleaned well. The area where breakfast was served was very hot, felt like no air conditioning. You needed more staff helping the young lady with that many people for breakfast. Not enough tables & tables were dirty.
