Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria

Everything was great but the shower continued to leak through the night. Room 424.

We stayed 2 nights, room was very clean and service excellent also Valet parking was easy and secure.

The restaurant didnt appeal to the masses. The lobby was so hot. The shower was hard to turn on and then the water dripped all night. The rooms are tiny.

Hotel was good, but I didn't like the fact that after driving hours, so much traffic around, the room wasn't ready. Didn't appreciate the way the lady talked to me. I understand that there is so much to do in a hotel, but I'm not responsible. It's a valet parking only, but when you can't park in front of the hotel, what can you do ? It was too much for me sorry.
