Really enjoy staying at this property. The amenities were top notch. My only complaint is for the price parking should be included. Choices were either $70 a day valet or pay yourself. It was bothersome to have to keep worrying about the meter. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful, modern property. A real shame that the gorgeous outdoor deck area visible from the restaurant was not accessible— “closed for the season” as of the day before we checked in. I wouldn’t mind sitting out there with a blankie and a hot toddy in the fall. But, overall, lovely place with a VERY friendly and attentive staff

Amazing, but is any hotel worth $1,000 per night, probably not, especially in Asbury Park with a view of a parking lot and only a partial ocean view. Pool and decor are lovely. Didn't bother with the crowded public beach. Given the hefty nightly rate, resort fees and parking fees are rather annoying.

The suite we stayed in was incredible. Its beauty was only outmatched by the view of the ocean from the pool, which the suite has direct access to. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped make our stay that much better. We strongly recommend staying in the suite, it’s definitely worth every penny.

Unfortunately the pool and outdoors patio were not available which is a major attraction. Also it was not mentioned that it is combo of hotel and rental apartments which has implications on setting - some parts are jot available to hotel guests, also no lobby on ground floor

We loved everything about this property, the staff were nice, the room was super clean and well put together, it’s in a great location - lots of different things to do in the area. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they were kind/thoughtful enough to send desserts to our room. Just excellent service all around!

This property is over $1200 for one night. I get there and the balcony was not cleaned off, the prior guests left a bowl of crumbs on the balcony and it went unnoticed due to no cleaning, curtains and blanket dirty, mattress cover ripped, couch had stains, there was ugly green carpet in the hall leading to the rooms, fingerprints all over the room numbers with mounds of dust. The bikes they offer are so old the seats are pointy and so uncomfortable. At least purchase “beach cruisers” since the beach is the main attraction. Nothing was included not even breakfast for $1200!!!! The pool was dirty and the floorboards were very uneven and unsafe. The furniture was outdated. Now for the boardwalk; flies and sand fleas own that beach! The boardwalk mall is old and there’s no air and everything is overpriced. It reminded me of Atlantic City dirty and run down! Overall I’ll never return!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate, food was great, view was amazing, I wanted to take the pillows from the bed home with me it was so comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in asbury park.

The staff was amazing and very attentive from check in, room service, restaurant and check out. My suite was very nice and spacious and opened into a nice relaxing garden. It is very clean and modern! I would definitely return to this hotel!!

Standard room is a little small but has high ceilings, our hardwood floor was really dirty. Shower is nice. There is easy access to amenities . The pool area and bar are nice but our servers were very slow with drinks. I don’t think overall it’s worth the price which is very high for the area.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. They are modern and comfy. The shower was awesome and the products smelled delicious! We stayed there off season and it was excellent. Looking forward to trying it during the summer!

Everything was excellent except for the air condition in the room. When we got back to our room after a late dinner, it was 78° and the thermostat wouldn’t make the room colder. We contacted the front desk and they brought us a fan and more batteries for the thermostat saying it would now start to work but unfortunately it never did. We woke up with it at around the same temperature.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was also superb! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because my partial ocean view was a view of the parking lot and if I strained my neck perhaps I could see a glimmer of the ocean.

I enjoyed the dunes terrace. This was a different touch compared the usual ocean view. I can not find a reason to be critical of this place. If things were to accidently happen it would be temporary like when the WIFI went down.

The stay was amazing. Restaurant inside the hotel was great. The bed was comfortable, rooms were very clean. The parking was good, no issues. The only thing I would change would be having connection with the tv. They had hulu, and etc with the streaming services but it had connection issues. The only other thing is reaching the front desk after 1am. Contacted several numbers but wasn't able to reach anyone. So we had to walk down there ourselves.

Excellent! Please note Michelle at the front desk is a valuable part of the charm of this hotel and a pleasure to deal with. Rohan & Vikrim ( sorry if I spelled his name wrong) amazing Bar staff who were so nice and down to earth but also enthusiastic about their job service beyond what I could ask for. The most special staff is George ! George is a great worker and I was so happy to see him again and wish him the world and more

This was one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in New Jersey. I was in town for my wedding and I definitely will plan trips back but to stay here again. George was the best and so helpful !!!!!!

You have to like going to Asbury Park. We have been going to Asbury park many summers just for the day. This past weekend we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and decided to spend the weekend at Asbury Park. So we booked two nights at the Asbury ocean club. It’s a bit pricey no question about it but worth every penny. The staff is excellent and welcoming. The property is new and situated perfectly right on the beach. The rooms are nice and have beautiful balconies. The pool is nice awesome. So if you want to spend a couple of days at the beach and see how the other half lives. This is the property for you.

Great staff. Somewhat quirky (but memorable), visually pleasing and comforting design. The shower in the middle of the room was a little strange, but everything else about the room design and extras were fantastic. Luxury feel, close to the ocean, and several walkable restaurants, bars and Stone Pony!

There were several problems. No pool. Coffee maker did not work. No hot water one day. Limited dinner menu and appetizer size dinner Too many extra charges. Spa services were excellent but too expensive

First time in Asbury Park! It was a last minute booking and glad we did. The property is great. Adjacent to the beach. New and fresh. My only gripes: 1. Parking was $70 per car per night and no one told us. To boot there was app parking right there. While the valet is convenient they should mention this upon check in. $140 plus taxes added to the bill at the end of the stay was a surprise. 2. We ordered room service. Food was quite good but took 90 minutes to receive. We ordered at 8:30pm and didn't receive till 10pm. We waited patiently, and it clearly held up the night. Additionally, we weren't interested in eating at 10pm, but we were hungry. Other than the above, I would stay there again.

Staff and hotel are absolutely perfect! We stayed in most of the weekend due to the rain, but took full advantage of the facilities and gym. Room service food was just as good as dining in. The menu isn’t large, but very solid items that are prepared by the main chef. Cocktails were excellent for a night cap. Definitely would return back!

A proper restaurant by the Pool would be a important contribution to the overall quality of the hotel .. Presently you are sitting on uncomfortable chairs fighting for shade .Needs to spend money on umbrellas and increase the options on the menu .. its a beautiful setting and lovely sitting area around the pool.. Needs a rethink on the Food
