2nd Floor Corner Condo - Magnificent Mountain View with many windows to enjoy

We stayed at the apartment for a month while renovating our home nearby. The apartment is lovely and the views are gorgeous. It is well-equipped, quiet, and felt like a staycation. We loved how close it is to Sabino Canyon and other hiking trails. We enjoyed seeing roadrunners building a nest next to the apartment, as well as hummingbirds, javelinas, and a beautiful bobcat. There are stores nearby for essentials, plus wonderful restaurants. We would definitely recommend the property!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found ourselves surprised overall with the types and quantities of cleaning supplies provided. One is example was...we arrived late one evening and found ourselves needing to go to the store to purchase soap for the bathrooms. We were in touch with Spectrum the following and they took care of the issue. Otherwise the stay was fine.

So conveniently located to outdoor activities. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything, even little things you might have forgotten. We enjoyed cooking family meals, watching Thanksgiving day football on the large TV, coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise over the mountains, golf and hiking nearby. The host was very courteous and responsive to phone requests especially last minute when our check-in instructions went to spam!

The kitchen could use a nicer pots that are not forever chemical coated and a few sharp knives or knife sharpener, otherwise it is well equipped. The agency was super responsive and the place was spotlessly cleaned.
