The pool was in need of a serious cleaning due to the rope being damaged and little pieces of plastic sting was everywhere. There was also two piles of poop on the pool deck near the deep end that was likely from the iguana we spotted the next day.

As many reviews stated, there are parts of the hotel that have not been updated. We stayed in a newly renovated building above the pool and it was very nice. Super clean and updated. The staff didn’t interact with guests much which is ok, but would be nice if they checked-in to see if we needed anything. Especially since they only clean rooms every 4 days, proactively offering coffee/water would have been nice. It was a close walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool was clean and warm. Would be nice if some room rates included parking.

I thought this place was great! They are pretty direct and clear with you on how to do things, they have beach stuff for rent and parking is pretty cheap. Friendly staff and they are smart about the keys and having a spar one locked in case you lose yours after operation hours. Only inconvenience was theres no elevator to lift your bags or wheelchair accessiblity but not a biggie. They had everything you needed, might stay here again.

Parking is $10/night, no elevator but many units ground floor for arthritic knees. Pool was heated and deck had many chairs for seating. Super quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to beach. Updated in modern fixtures for our king size bed, shower and seating area. Bar fridge and ice machine, Keurig coffee machine, cutlery for 2.

This was a perfect spot just a few blocks from the beach. The rooms are clean, modern, and stocked with dishes and cutlery. The outside has a retro motel feel. The pool is very nice and spacious. They upgraded us to the newer building which was very nice of them. We would definitely stay again!

Good clean and quiet rooms three blocks from beach. Hotel facilitated early arrival for a small fee that’s awesome! Beach equipment for a minimal fee compared to beach rentals. Nice pool and everything within walking distance.

Great location, room appeared clean but smelt awful. The smell even permeated a tshirt that I left out of my bag overnight. No idea what it was, but had we stayed longer than one night I would have asked to move rooms. Otherwise no complaints.

Overall pleasant experience . I know we are near the water and all but ants and tiny insects in the bathroom are gross and annoying. Still manageable for someone with experience living near the coast. Tv menu was a little difficult otherwise great clean facility.

This property had the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. In the past 50 years we’ve stayed in many hundreds of 5 Star hotels and resorts. This property beat them all in cleanliness and comfort! The room was small and cozy, but very well maintained. The management was very nice and informative. We highly recommend this property!

We stayed in the old building. Nice staff, clean and quiet place. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable and there were water bottles used in the mini fridge. The air conditioner unit was facing the side of the bed so in order to circulate the air around we had to use the ceiling fan and we ended up with stuffy nose the next day. Pictures are misleading. I'm sure they belong to the new building

Very cute and clean. Small but quaint. The rooms are remodeled and very clean, but the walls are paper thin. Can hear your neighbors perfectly- like too well. Beds are stiff and pillows flat, but still got decent sleep. Nice a cool rooms- ac works phenomenal. Quick trip, great walking Distance to beach and A1A.

Overall our stay was good! When we checked in the receptionist was a bit rude, so that was not the most pleasant welcome. Then she kept repeating to be careful with their beach chairs and umbrellas in a way that was not nice. The place itself is a little farther from the beach and restaurants. I think next time we’d book something a block up. Overall I would rate it an average stay.

The office closed early so I could not see anyone from this hotel. I got a call 3 hrs after I left (I left at 0730) saying the needed a credit card for additional charges for parking in front of the hotel. I could understand a parking charge if I was locked behind a gate or in a building but 20 plus dollars to park on the street? As far as the room It was not the worst that I have been in but it was close. I travel a lot for work and this hotel is off my list.

Booked a one-night stay for two rooms prior to a cruise. Thought it would be a walkable area near the beach. It was kind of run down looking outside and in the general area. Kids tried two restaurants and both were closed, so they ended up with WingStop. The lady who checked us in (only one room was ready so we were literally waiting in the second room in the rain because there’s no real office or lobby) was rude. She chased us to our room when she saw more people from our group go in and was acting like we had too many people. Sorry we didn’t want to wait in the rain because our other room wasn’t ready. Room was somewhat remodeled and nice enough inside, but I would never in a million years stay there again. I couldn’t wait to leave after paying around $550 for two rooms for a night. Awful experience.

My stay was great! Manager Chris was extremely kind & helpful in securing my room. Keeping contact with me about my room and reservations!! I was in the newly renovated king room! FULL body mirror, LED vanity mirror in the restroom to get ready!! The receptionist (sadly I can’t remember her name) but she was extremely polite, kind and patient!! Also she gave us buy one get one drink coupons for one of the restaurants near the beach! The beach is walking distance and it’s the quieter side of the beach !! restaurants are along the beach!!! Overall my stay was beyond pleasant, this is a great location and will be my new place I’ll continue to book!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS, & RECEPTIONIST (sorry I forgot your name)

We arrived at this place at 5:10 PM when the recption closes at 5 PM. Already, which hotel or kind of close the reception at 5PM?? Anyhow, this guest left a note for us saying contact us by phone, whatsapp email to get your code to get the keys. We did it gor 2 hours with no respinse from them. We contacted hotels.com who tried as well to contact us with no success… Then hotels.com said book snother room somewhere else and we will ask you to be refunded. Finally no refundat all, we have been charged. Stay away from this host

Hotel is very solid if you get the newly renovated units. The location is not the best as there isn’t anything very close. It was a pleasant stay, big room, very comfy and quiet. Just wish there was more around that we didn’t have to walk over 10-15 minutes.

The room is exactly what we expected. Studio style suite with kitchenette and an updated generous size bathroom. Plenty of room. Rooms were well lit, good storage (although the closet needs to be accessed through the bathroom). Nice clean pool and patio area, very close to the beach with plenty of places to eat nearby. Chris the manager gave us very good directions. A car isn't needed to get to nearby locations- we used Circuit which is like Uber for less. Check it out in the App store.

The hotel was awesome! The room I stayed in had a full kitchen with stove and oven. They also provided plates and cutlery as well as pots and pans if you wanted to cook in the room. The location was great, 5 minutes from beach and shops and restaurants. I'll go again!!

Such a warm and friendly staff. I upgraded to a newly renovated room for a slight charge and I was very impressed. Loved the room. I decided to extend my stay a few days, they were very accommodating. The hotel location is within 15 min walking distance from the beaches and restaurants on A1A, I will definitely stay again.

Place was 3 blocks from beach. Stayed in older building, room and bathroom was small. We were on 1st floor, could hear noises next door and upstairs. 2 bloks away was nice cafe" Archibald ", had my coffee and pastries there since there is no breakfast included.
