A great hotel, with a fabulous roof top pool. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe. The only thing I think the hotel could improve on is to provide service and cleaning of the pool area. Over the 3 times we used the pool, there was glasses and rubbish on the floor that stayed there for the 3 days we used the pool. No bar service and no cleaning of the pool area. There waas plenty of fresh towels each day but they should carry out a regualr clean. Apart from the pool area, the staff were fabulous and service great.

Nice location. Valet prompt. Cute decor, but repairs made in our room bathroom on the walls, 1000, were of very poor quality. The pool could use some umbrellas, no shade up there guys.

Front desk staff was wonderful, check in was quick and seamless. Room was clean and well appointed. Rooftop restaurant and pool was a plus but left much to be desired. Despite being next to each other no drink or food service was provided to the pool guests. You had to dry off and go inside to order and carry out drinks and food. No EV charging available. Only valet parking available at $31 a night despite sign saying $12 self parking.

It was amazing. My only complaint is the pool really needs to be cleaned on the tile at the water’s edge. It was black and my daughter could write her initials in it! Other than that, it was a great experience!

The hotel was excellent, the only problem was the pool was a little green and cloudy. They did check on it and were gonna shock it when they close the pool that night unfortunately we’re leaving that morning. They did offer us a free breakfast which was very nice other that our stay was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel lobby and front desk is clean and welcoming. The room was very small and the shower flooded the bathroom floor upon use. There was a smell of mold. But they moved us right away to a much better room and everything has been fine since.

I have stayed here several times before last time I stayed was less than a year ago and the property was pristine with beautiful, clean rooms and great food at the rooftop bar. Not sure what changed, but my room was filthy with heavy layers of scum all over the tile and the fixtures in the bathroom. Peeling paint and wallpaper, chipped doors and crack tiles more like a motel not a $300 a night hotel. The rooftop bar was my favorite place to grab something to eat after a long day of work yet that was also changed and the food was less than mediocre with minimum selection. extremely disappointed would definitely not come back.

The only issue with the Graduate which we won't be staying anymore is the WIFI. We are unable to connect via WIFI due to their interface. Love the hotel but WIFI access is a must.

Love the location, decor and theme of the Graduate. Room was very small for the price. bathroom is tiny. THe bar/restaurant on the roof top by the pool didn't open until 4pm and there was no pool side service until then.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The room was clean, but I do wish the rooms had better lighting. I had to take zoom calls from my room and even with all the lights on, my room was rather dark. I also noted that there was no mini fridge in the room, which would have been nice to have.

We stayed here for the location -on UofA campus. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. There is only one water refilling station in the gym, and if you want ice you have to call the desk to have it delivered, which isn’t a big deal except it took some time. The biggest complaint we had was trying to sleep. The air conditioner is really loud. It woke me up each time it turned on. The beds were kinda hard, and the pillows were really flat.

The property itself is exceptional. Clean. Attentive hotel staff. Pool and bar five stars. I hope they change their valet service though. They kept telling me I didn’t pay so my in and out privileges could not be honored. I pre-paid for my two night stay on the day I arrived so I could have in and out privileges. Everytime I tried to summon my car via text we instructed, the bill kept coming up that I need to pay. This went on my whole stay. So my car wasn’t brought to the front when I needed it and I had to explain to valet staff I paid and had to show them copy of paid transaction Everytime I needed my car. The hotel would be an A+ but my hassle w the valet prevented me from giving them 5 star review. They need to change valet system asap

The staff at the restaurant upstairs and the bar were so rude. We waited 2 hours to be served but the people who seemingly had "money" were brought order after order of food and they waited on them hand and foot. What they don't realize is we are big tippers, I'm a realtor and was here paying for me and my whole family to enjoy the 4th of July. Because i wore gym clothes and tank tops i was treated like crap. We'll be taking our vacations elsewhere going forward. The hotel was nice but we were there to spend money on incidentals and pay for the extra amenities, not be ignored.

Great location if you are visiting UOA, walking distance to campus and University Drive were shopping and eatery are located. The Graduate was great hotel to stay at, the beds were comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was great. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant. The views were spectacular. I highly recommend if you want a memorable stay.

I stayed here solo for 2 weeks for a conference at University of Arizona and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The University is directly across the street, so walking anywhere (even to restaurants like Agave House and Bacio Italiano) was a breeze. The rooftop lounge/bar had great food and drinks, thank you to the bartender Taylor for making me feel comfortable my first night! You and the other gentleman with you were hilarious. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING. Everything was very clean and kept up. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and so cute! I did not purchase breakfast when I booked so I didn't get any (went to Einstein Bagels), but it looked great and seemed reasonably priced. The only thing that I did not like was the parking options, it's either you park on the street and pay the meters every 2 hrs or you pay for the valet which I thought was expensive. Also, they seem to operate independently from the hotel so at times it was a little confusing with payment. All in all, I had a great time and everyone was so nice! If you're on the fence, just pick this place, I highly recommend you stay here!

You guys really need to add the Smashburger and Quesadilla back upstairs. They are your best food items and you can only get them downstairs until 2pm. Mike and the front desk staff are amazing as are the managers upstairs (David) and the bartenders. The location is amazing and so is the view from the Sky bar (best view in Tucson from the flatland). Treadmills were both broken and dangerous to run on the first day but when I mentioned to a staff member they were fixed by day 2 where the belts weren't slipping. Another thing I noticed is things are starting to fall apart a bit as I had my door handle broken and again they did come fix it. The staff, the view, and location is why we keep coming back as we have been staying here since they've opened as we are now on our second kid at U of A (one already graduated) but for the prices they charge on the weekends Hilton really needs to put some money into upkeep and listen to their best customers more. We spend way less time spending money upstairs now due to the menu changes and food options.
