The Ben, Autograph Collection

I loved my stay at the Ben. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttles were quite convenient. I loved the complimentary bikes too. It was sad the rooftop restaurant and pool were closed but I would stay at the Ben again.

Great location and staff are wonderful. The complimentary shuttle is very convenient to get around. The only downside was the parking fee of $60.99. Seems steep to me.

$60 per night parking is absurd. Out of principle, I won’t be back.

Super disappointed in The Ben - the area around the pool was busy and the only seating section open for two days was cabana's that required a 500.00 minimum food and beverage charge each day. Skip this hotel for anything else in West Palm. The Hilton is nicer and cheaper. Also, the staff was very rude in the two Restaurants that in the hotel. Will not go back to this hotel.

Always enjoy our stay at the Ben. Pedestrian friendly, excellent rooftop and pool, and service from checkin onward is consistent and strives to please.

It is well located and well designed with a very good breakfast and cool rooftop bar!

The property was nice but the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful. The area around it was great where the restaurants are but we were followed by several sketchy characters and one night at dinner there was a disturbing dispute between a husband, wife and kids on the corner of the property involving the cops. We also called the front desk for the 6 AM yoga class the night before confirming the location and time and the instructor didn’t show up. When I talked to the staff they acted unaware and there are signs in every room as well as the elevator and we called to confirm. We made the most of our trip and I have never left a review that wasn’t positive but it was one thing after the other. There were a couple incredible staff members that were the only reason we didn’t leave the property.

The staff were excellent, and the property was beautiful. Drinks at their rooftop bar are a must! However, our room wasn't ready for over an hour after arriving- and we arrived an hour after check-in started. Then, the hallway our room was in smelled of male cat urine for our entire stay - the saving grace was that our room did not. For the price, I expected a cleaner shared environment and prompt service.

We cut our 5 night trip short due to our room being infested with bugs on our linens, night stand and on our baby's bottle. We complained to the front desk and they were not of much help. They strung us along for 4 hours that a new upgraded room would be available. After those 4 hours we went to the front desk for them to tell us that they were sold out and they wouldn’t be able to offer us anything else. They never refunded us the night we stayed & we had to pack up with our 1 year old and find a new hotel. After talking with some of the staff they had mentioned that this was an ongoing problem in this hotel and that they have been having a-lot of complaints about the bugs in the rooms. I would never stay here in the future.

Had a great 4 night stay at The Ben. Nice rooms, very clean property, and nice staff. Location was also excellent and the rooftop pool was really nice. Would stay again when I visit west palm beach again.

Beautiful property very chic and well decorated, staff is amazingly friendly and eager to help with the minimum detail since the minute you arrive, food is very good and the rooftop area is lively. Rooms are spacious, clean and decorated with taste. Walking distance to trendy Downtown area. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful! Super cleanliness, the staff was super accommodating, the concierge was absolutely wonderful -staff overall 10/10 experience. Hotel very clean, nice views, food and drinks were excellent. We tried multiple hotels in the area before officially choosing this one. Definitely the best one in West Palm for sure !

Housekeeping began a saga of one bad hit after another and management was unable to fix the problem. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I have disdain for this hotel and will never stay there again.

Building and common areas were nice and extremely well kept. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was fairly standard. The sink was clogged when we got there, did not have the standard shower items, had to get them from the concierge, deliveries of luggage came to my room in error, and booked a room with a "city view" but our window was looking at a stairwell and flood lights.

Room key fob kept not working and had to be changed a couple of times . Also, city view was actually view of a multi level parking lot

Very cool place with lots of energy. Clearly this hotel is happening. Rooms are really nice and the shower is awesome. The food at Proper Grit was fantastic. I will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property, great room, great area - pretty noisy rooftop area but thankfully, it wound down around 11:30 pm/12 am.

Wow! We loved this hotel. Location was great, walking distance to all the nightlife and dining. View of the ocean. Amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff was so great, even got us our room in the morning so we could rest after a night of traveling. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and has a coffee bar. Rooms were amazing. We stayed at the Four Seasons after this hotel and both agreed that The Ben was better. We even went back to take friends to the rooftop a few nights after checking out. Books available to borrow, bicycles available to use. Nespresso in room. Complimentary waters in room. They even had a car that could take you to and from local spots. Can’t wait to visit The Ben again!!

The Ben was absolutely amazing! The view from the room overlooking the yachts in the bay could not have been better to watch the 4th of July fireworks! The details in the hotel were really special, and include a moving bookshelf with a peekaboo into the shower! The welcome drinks and lobby area were perfect. We ate at the hotel 3 of 4 nights, the food in the lobby restaurant was fantastic. I travel quite a bit and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! We will be back!

The Ben Hotel is centrally located easy drive to Worth Ave and surrounding areas! I love the rooftop bar and the pool area! The rooms are a great size and very comfortable beds. Nice and friendly staff always available for anything you need!

I’m a regular at the ben almost2- 3 times a month. Asked for a 2 pm later checkout and got a bad attitude no.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The staff is 100% in tune to their guests needs. Room service is fast. The restaurant is excellent and we are from Charleston and are food snobs so that is saying alot. The rooftop bar is similar to those in San Francisco. And the beds and pillows are literally dreaming. What a fantastic experience-absolutely worth the price Wow! This has been an experience we will be talking about for years.

Wonderful place staff were amazing!

Check in was delayed, very noisy and busy at the hotel. Car took 40 minutes to come when we texted the valet. Way over priced for what the hotel is.

Staff was attentive and accommodating. Beautiful view.

Everything was walking distance

When we checked in we were given a efferent room than we pad for and then when I complained I was switched over to another room with a view. I booked two rooms and they were not even in the same floor. In the first night we witnessed a car jacking in the corner of the hotel. The hotel security guards did not assist the individual who was being car jacked and beaten by the assailant The sand night there was a false fire alarm at 1:00 am in the morning. While we were asked to leave our room in the middle of the night we waited in the lobby the crowd was that gathered was not what I expected from a hotel at $400 plus the night. There is a bar lounge on the 8th floor of the hotel it’s filled with young thugs and drunks. The surrounding areas are filled with homeless and again not worthy of $400 a night hotel in WPB. The hotel offers a ride to and from the hotel to bar by areas. Good luck understanding the individual who you are suppose to text for a ride and if you do he is too busy to pick you up. The next night again same crowd and not what you would expect. The manager did contact me and I voiced my concerns and experience - he did not even bother to make things right by offering anything complimentary which is what one does to make the experience less difficult on the paying customer. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a nice place to stay don’t stay at the Ben.

The Ben is a luxury hotel that is worth the little extra. Probably the best value in Palm Beach and downtown WPB. Very fun and walkable area.

Had a lovely three night stay to celebrate our anniversary. The property was outstanding and conveniently located to access shops and dining venues without needing a car. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations.Would highly recommend.

Hotel was magnificent. Food in the hotel restaurants was great. Service wasn’t as great in the restaurants but still definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel, well designed. We overall enjoyed our stay. Just not worth the outrageous price per night. Service at the rooftop is friendly but incredibly slow.
