Kitchen was serviceable; fridge good sized, 2 burner electric stove, microwave and toaster. No dishwasher. Service/Maintenance - very customer oriented and personable. in the short stay had a window that needed repair as it wouldn't close, a safe replaced as it would not close or lock and a burner replacement as one of the two did not work. Awesome hotel! Is affiliated with multiple hotels where you can use the pools, restaurants as well as a market for basic essentials, a bakery, a smoothie store, gym and a few laundry uses. Going back with extended family next year. Reasonably priced.

Decent Hotel for the price. It's a bit dated and worn but it is clean and they keep it fairly clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking is a bit tight but they make it work.

Stayed here for the hurricane, will be back. We had an efficiency great for the kids and I to stay for 3 nights. Definitely will head that way again if we need to escape the hurricane or take a little vacation. Love that you can pool hop all over the resort.

For once, a heated pool actually WAS heated! Felt so good since weather was a little cooler and windy. Maggie was so helpful and we just enjoyed the property and close walk to beach.

Really lovely property with nice if modest amenities. Somewhat dated property but super clean and everything you need. What made our stay excellent was Maggie and her exuberance and willingness to help! She makes you feel like family!

We stayed with our family. The property itself is a 10 minute walking distance from the ocean! Its a perfect location for enjoying the beach. We traveled with an infant, and needed a crib. We were provided a pack and play..however it was extremely dirty. The white portion of it was yellowed and stained. The room itself was roomy, and clean. There was beautiful seating outside, with chandeliers and comfortable chairs. The texting service was convinient. Overall, we would recommend.

Maggie, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The family suite we had at the Aqua Hotel was very spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Perfect location…would definitely recommend and stay there again!

More like an older motel. No food, services, or style. Furniture was cheap and plastic. Towels were worn and thin. TV service was poor and you need your home account to watch any shows. My room had a hint of weed smell. Hates that. No outlets by or near the bed so you gotta unplug things to plug in phone and you can’t reach it unless you packed your 6 ft cord. In room coffee tasted like crap. So I had to track down a walk to coffee which I never prefer on vacation. The tv was confusing. No cable, which was fine. Be prepared for ROKU and the service to it, very slow for some reason. Just really average. But clean enough and obviously location very very good.

This is an older property that's been given a facelift. It's priced accordingly for the area. The staff is extremely courteous and the location is excellent. It's a block off the beach. The room felt very damp the entire 3 days we were there, but other than that I don't have any particular complaints. The beds were very comfortable and it's extremely quiet and the parking is convenient.

This was our 4th time in Fort Lauderdale and the Aqua Hotel will be the ONLY hotel we will stay at going forward! The rooms are huge! We had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds; we had the privacy of our own room and our teens had their own bed so they weren’t fighting, at least not about sharing a bed! The entire property is so cute and well cared for! Our room was on the 1st floor and our front door opened up right to the patio with 1 of the 2 pools on the property! The rooms have a “retro-modern” decor and the beds are very comfy! The staff is the most friendly hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! We were greeted and cared for by Maggie! She is so friendly and helpful and made it feel like we were visiting our favorite aunt! I had a delivery to the hotel, she was attentive and was genuine when she said to reach out to her if we needed anything! I was able to text her when our a/c in the main room wasn’t working. She responded immediately and the a/c was replaced within the hour! The location is a huge plus!! It’s only a 1/2 block from Ft Lauderdale Beach Ave and the beach! The hotel has a freshwater and a saltwater pool and the pools have plenty of sun! We were visiting Ft. Lauderdale for our child’s annual sport event and we will definitely be staying at the Aqua Hotel every year from now on!

The location was good but the parking was difficult. Check in was not easy as there was no one at the desk. You had to ring and then it took 10 minutes for someone to come as there is no one on site. Nice seating area in hotel and great restaurants close by. All in all a good location but not great amenities/experience.

The bed on our room was very comfortable. There's a small fridge, coffee maker and a microwave - everything you need for a comfortable stay plus parking. We will be back.

Great location, one block from the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. Basic, but updated nicely. Enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and pool at property across the street. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful hotel in the BEST location in Fort Lauderdale Beach. It's only one block away from the beach, but it's so quiet and peaceful compared to the beach front hotels. It's got a beautiful, relaxing courtyard in between two pools. The staff is super nice and helpful. I've already made my reservation to return for a week in November.

This is my family and I second time staying at this location and we enjoyed it juat ad much as the first time. The rooms arw very clean, the neach is at a wallable distance, maybe 8 minutes or so. Staff is readily available and very friendly. We arrived past minute and were promptly assisted to check in. The only downside is that there are lyft drivers that block the parking lot, i believe just waiting to be able to service someone. They did move when we needed to park, but i can see it may be a source of annoyance for others. Otherwise i highly recommend this hotel!

Everything from check in to check out was a breeze! The location is prime! 1 block to the beach! Archibald’s bakery is a must! The only negative thing I can say is the hair dryer gave off an unpleasant smell.

Maggie, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The family suite we had at the Aqua Hotel was very spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Perfect location…would definitely recommend and stay there again!

There is no restaurant but there are several dining options nearby, Village Cafe is next door and we enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast there. The room was spacious and clean, it felt a bit dated but everything worked fine. Staff was exceedingly helpful, they saw us approaching the office with several bags, two ladies ran out from the office, took the bags and brought them to our room.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Aqua Hotel and it was an absolute pleasure! The staff is so nice, the rooms are big and comfortable and close to everything! We walked down to the Village Cafe every morning for delicious coffee at a great price! Honestly the best place for families in Fort Lauderdale hands down!
