Despite the name this is not a “palazzo” experience. A minimalist hotel room with the bare minimum of toiletries and very cluttered public space. I was in room 108 and woke before 5:30 am by excess noise in building. And then there is the cost of 12 euros for breakfast when they get the pastries from next door. A convenience but not worth the cost when you too can get at significantly less next door. Pistoia has other options

Could recommend this hotel enough. Location is superb. It has parking. Most friendly and helpful staff. The open spaces like the living area and facilities are excellent. The rooms are so clean and modern. decor is really nice. The beds are so comfy and even the pillows too!!

Had a wonderful time in Pistoia. The hotel was perfect and the room very comfortable and practical. The staff is extremely helpful and helps with tips what to do in the area. Definitely recommended.

Hotel did not correctly register my hire car to allow me to drive into the restricted zones of Pistoia to access the hotel and parking area, this resulted in a €100 fine in which the hotel refused to reimburse me for when I contacted them. Be careful!
